Eww, rat guts?! Sky even like looking at rats, now she was going to have to clean their guts? All for a stinkbomb? Egh. She managed to keep her mouth shut (not even asking how long she was going to have to do this for), and started working.

Aurora entered the room and waited for Professor Lafay... she wasn't quite sure what the professor had in mind. If it was something to do with rat guts then she wasn't that bothered - she worked with them all the time in her experiments. To be honest, the only thing that could really freak her out was... but no. Don't think about it. For all she knew Lafay could be a legilimens and decide to use her fears against her...

"Ladies." She said upon entering the room. "Now... your wands were returned to your bedsides, where you will retrieve them when the detention is over. Now, I will ask you to sit at a desk, and tell me exactly what you did wrong."

She leaned against a wall and crossed her arms.

Sky stopped what she was doing. So she wasn't supposed to be gutting rats? Egh! She got up and went to a desk and sat. "Well, what I did wrong was throwing a stinkbomb during the house meeting," Sky replied, sheepishly. She didn't even try to explain why. She figured that an explanation wasn't what the professor was asking for.

Aahhh... "I was disrespectful during the house meeting." she said. "And caused a disruption when we should have been listening to the head boy and girl." That was it, wasn't it? Otherwise she had no idea... and it was not fair to be in detention for something she didn't know she did...

"Very good child" she said to the girl and parchment and quill appeared on her desk. "Write what you think goes into making a stinkbomb. Write them one at a time please."

"Yes..." She said tapping her foot. "But what exactly did you do?"

What did she do..? "I threatened Wist and Sky because they were being rude about me..." she said. Yeah, she was kind of embarrassed about that... She was going to open her mouth to tell Professor Lafay that she wouldn't have actually cursed them but she figured that it wouldn't get her anywhere...

What does go in a stinkbomb? Sky had no clue. Well, that wasn't exactly true. She did have some idea of one ingredient. So she wrote that one down. Had to be something to make it ignite, right?

Then Sky heard Aurora accusing her and Wist of being rude about her. Since when was it considered rude to quietly point out how mean someone was? But Sky kept quiet and continued thinking of stinkbomb ingredients.

Hecate's wand came out of her sleeve and into her hand. She cast a spell on the desk, which transfigured into a glass box around the girl. A shower of gunpowder fell on the girl.

Shackles came from the chair and wrapped around the girl's ankles. "Alright... that seems to be correct..." she pointed to the other girl's glass cage, "Now write another down." She said.

Okay, Sky was scared now. Everything she wrote appeared to be going into the glass case that was now around Aurora. Not to mention the shackles around her ankles were cold. Still, Sky kept her mouth shut and wrote another ingredient down.

Wh-What..? O_____o Th-this was surely dangerous... Don't be silly, she's set students of fire before, you've got it good... Aurora thought. She didn't dare to move... she was covered in gunpowder...

In a glass box.

She was trapped in a glass box.

She was trapped, she was trapped... she was... oh god, this was worse than flying. She kept incredibly still as she watched Sky write down ingredients... Oh god... if that kid got something wrong...

Hecate looked over at the parchment and said "Ammonium sulfide, that's used to mimic rotten eggs." She said and tapped the parchment and the works transfigured into new ones 'Rotten Eggs.' "Next ingredient?"

50 dozen rotten eggs dropped from the ceiling into the girl's glass cell, breaking over her head and spilling all over her.

Sky cringed as she watched rotten eggs fall into the case, effectively egging Aurora. Actually, Sky thought it was kind of funny, but managed to hold in her laughter and keep a straight face. P-p-p-poker face. Aurora was really going to hate her for this next one:

Where is she going to get the tomato sauce required to get rid of the smell? The kitchen's closed to students! Sky shivered in disgust at that thought. Sure hope there's a spell strong enough!

Aurora flinched as the eggs broke over her. Eurgh, she was going to be sick... She tried breathing through her mouth but that didn't help much. Now would be a really good time for one of her stress nosebleeds... it might block up her nose... But no. The one time that her stupid thin blood would have come in useful it was being normal.

She was going to kill Sky. She didn't even care about the stupid Serpent Sidekicks thing, she was going to murder that kid.

The desk for the girl transformed into the same glass cage the other girl was in and a spray coated the girl's face... did she have her mouth open? Who knows... it was a long... stinky skunk spray. "Yeah... this stink bomb doesn't have Skunk spray... you lose a turn."

"So it looks like the ball is in your court? Tell me now, don't write, what is the next ingredient in this stink bomb?" She asked.

Aurora tried not to choke as she opened her mouth to speak...

come on Aurora, think! She had made so many stink bombs in her life... There was one that used a photo-developing solution... It had... ugh... REMEMBER...

Oh yeah...

"Glacial acetic acid?"

Oh god, please! Please be right... though it burnt to touch... She could feel the pressure between her eyes... if this lasted much longer she was going to bleed all over herself and that would not be pretty...

unless that potion had worked and her nose was actually working again...

Seriously Aurora, this is NOT the time to be thinking about that... she thought to herself, trying not to retch.

Sky cringed when her desk turned into a glass case matching the one Aurora was in. Yep, she knew what was coming. She tried not to gag as she was drenched in skunk spray. This had to be considered child abuse! Sky panicked as Aurora named the next ingredient. Sky knew it would burn her skin. Please let her be wrong!

"I'm baffled by these big words you both are using. Glacial acetic acid is in stink bombs because it adds a pungent smell similar to sweat... Like large, burly, hairy man sweat." She said and smirked. "It is correct though."

A shower of nasty burly man sweat came over the girl...

"So ladies... there are more ingredients like... stinky cheese..." and some crumpled moldy cheese came falling in both glass cages. "And, let's not forget curdled milk..." and that came falling down in each cage. "Oh... and my personal favorite..." two week old fish came falling down into the cages.

"There is one more ingredient... who knows what it is?" She said with a smirk.

Sky was trying hard not to gag when she heard Professor Lafay ask what the last ingredient was. Oh surly she wouldn't… she thought. "Human…poop?" Sky replied, trying not to gag and hoping she was right.

Aurora didn't know... she really didn't... All she knew right now was that she was going to either throw up or faint if she didn't get out of here in time... "R-rotten fruit?" Because that smelt awful...

Oh... there was one more thing she did know. She was going to kill Sky. But not in front of Lafay... because this was... eurgh...

"No... not in this stink bomb anyway." She smiled.

"Not exactly... Flobberworm dung is probably the foulest smelling dung in the world." She said with a smirk. And a shower of Flobberworm dung covered the girls in their cages.

"Now... to set off these stink bombs..." Would they ask for a reprieve?

Eurgh... even worse...

She couldn't wait to get out of here so she could go and lie in the lake forever - no amount of soap and water was going to get this off...

Wait... what? She was going to set them off..? Surely that meant...

Gunpowder.

Aurora's eyes widened "Set them off?" she managed without gagging. "Please don't hurt us." Sure, the smell she could deal with... but if she had been hurt and her parents found out she would not be coming back to Hogwarts... and she really loved it here...

And she really didn't want to be hurt... she just... she was really really scared right now, trembling in her seat, and she didn't want to think about the fact that Professor Lafay might be about to blow them both up!

Wait… what?! Set them off?! The blast alone would seriously hurt them, not to mention the glass! "Please no!" Sky plead, seriously starting to freak out. "I've learnt my lesson, just please, don't set them off!" Yes, she knew she sounded pathetic, but right then she didn't care. She just didn't want Professor Lafay to set the stinkbombs off!

"You've learned your lessons?" She asked the girls? "What is it that we've learned?"
