Having just exited her common room, the Ravenclaw prefect made her way into the corridor, humming under her breath. It was one of those rare occasions where she actually had no real pressing matter to attend to and she actually she didn't feel like holing up in the library to study.
Smiling as she caught the view from a window, the petite girl walked slower. She had no where to be, nothing important to do. Perhaps she'd take the scenic route and just spend the afternoon roaming the castle with no particular destination in mind. It'd been ages since she'd last done that.
Speaking of scenic....
Pausing before a particularly interesting tapestry, Ivory tilted her head to the side in curiosity. Hmm, funny she'd never noticed this here before. Taking a step closer, her lips curled up in a grin. Would you look at that, trolls and ballet. Heh.

What to do..hmmm what to do? Nessie continued walking rather bored. She had nothing better to do except walk her pygmy puff around like a wierdo. On the other hand Puffles seemed to be having the best fun a Pygmy puff could have. He was too bossy always having to get what he wanted. She dragged her feet wishing for something exciting, anything to happen.
She came to a halt, when she noticed a familiar tapestry. It was the tapestry that led to one of the best rooms in this place, it was the tapestry that lead to the room of requirement. She noticed there was a girl looking at the Troll in the tapestry grining. The girl must have either thought the tapestry was funny or she must have known what room was hiding behind it.
"Interesting Tapestry" She commented as she turned around to face the stranger. She then noticed that this wasn't just any student, the girl was wearing a prefect badge. Nessie looked at the badge. she wasn't afraid of Prefects or at least not the Hufflepuff Prefects. Staying where she was she looked back at the Tapestry. Puffles had now all of a sudden became shy, and hid behind Nessie's leg.

Starting slightly at the sound of a voice nearby, Ivory turned to notice a young girl. A smile lighting up her features she nodded. "Sure is, you know I always just ignored looking at this side of the wall since it was the Room of Requirement on that wall," She jerked her thumb behind her to signal the blank space of wall behind them. "But gosh, I'd never realized how funny it was." Giggling again, she stifled them and inclined her head to the girl.

"Nice to meet you by the way. I'm Ivory."
Now she remembered it. She was thinking like a really dummie today. The room of requirent was opposite the tapestry. Stupid me! She thought to herself. She turned around looking at the wall that she now knew led to the room of requirement. She remembered her last birthday when Zara had made a surprise birthday for her. It was awsome.
The tapestry was quite histerical now that she looked at it properly. She couldn't help but laugh a little. "Yeah it is pretty funny." she nodded as she spoke.
"Nice to meet you too, I'm Renesmee but everyone calls me Ness or Nessie" she said taking out her right hand so they could shake.
Regulus made his way towards the castle, taking in every nook he could find. Many rooms were found and he knew he had not found every secret within the castle one could find. He crossed his arms, staring at the tapestry and wondering who in the world would want something with a bunch of dancing trolls. Strange but this place was pretty cool.

August was still trying to find his way around this place and was heading out of the Gryffindor Common Room when he turned down the corridor that lead from the seventh floor to the moving staircases.
As the third year reached the partiularly strange tapestry he had passed the other night on the way up here, he saw that a boy had also stopped to take in it's.....uniqueness. A closer glance told August, by the looks of his house crest located on the robes, that boy was a Slytherin. He had heard they lived in the Dungeons, so why was he up here? "Hi there, you lost?" Auggie said with a friendly smile, standing next to him and checking out that bit of art again.

Her day of exploring had start out great. She started in the dungeons and had worked her way up the castle.
She had found a room that contained nothing but bed pans and a room that was full of dust that she closed quickly.
However the tiny Slytherin was tearing down the corridors, her little heart was pounding and she was scared. She rounded a corner not daring to look back in case it was gaining on her.
She saw Regulus and ran straight at him and with great agility jumped straight into his arms and locked her arms around his neck, "Please don't let it get me. Hurry. Run away, Please!" she was panicked and she was clinging.
Oh the horror!!!!

Regulus turned with his hand on his chin, deep in thought obviously until he heard a voice, following the direction. His gray eyes instantly glanced down to the boy's robes revealing that he was not a Slytherin but a Gryffindor. Charming.
"Lost," he asked, finally smiling, or more smirking as he placed his hands to his side. "Nah! I'm just..."

Interrupted were his thoughts as something ran and attached themselves to his body, or more like his arms. His mouth gaped and his eyes looked down, taking in the little Slytherin form that he met at the feast. "Harlow? What is wrong?" He turned to look around wondering who in the world would be chasing a Slytherin and why would she be scared?

August wasn't sure what to think of the boy's reaction to him asking if he was lost. He had said no, yet it wasn't common for a Slytherin to randomly be up here just steps from Gryffindor Tower admiring art at that. What students did that? Auggie was far too trusting and niave about the Houses and their 'implied or stereotyped' characteristics to pick up on anything though.
Before he could say anything though, a small figure darted towards the two boys from down the corridor and hopped into the air landing into the other kid's arms. August had ducked out of fear of both: being tackled and or being attacked by whatever was chasing her. "What is it?! What is it?!" he said looking around, trying to prepare him for whatever creepy thing could have freaked her out so much...maybe it was a House Elf?

Her breath was catching, making it hard to swallow and hard to talk. Why wasn't he running away too? "Its coming!" she clung tighter around his neck. "We have to get out of here!" it was going to eat them all! Didn't he know that!

Her crazed eyes swung around to look at the other boy, whom she had completely ignored in her haste to get to safety. "Its the mud people!" she squeaked and shook Regulus. "We have to go!" Why weren't they running away.

Regulus had no idea what to do, where to go, who..."Mud people?" His eyes glanced from the little Slytherin towards the Gryffindor boy with confusion. "Who are the mud people?" Clearly someone had to have an insight on what was going on and who was chasing Harlow or someone was just playing a nasty trick, one he would not put up with and would definitely seek his revenge.
He was not about to run and frankly, he was trying to stay as calm as possible but Harlow seemed to shake him, wanting him to leave. "Just calmly tell us who is chasing you and I'm sure that the Gryffindor, here would be more than willing to assist the situation." Not like Regulus was going too or anything unless someone messed with his hair.

August stood back up from his ducked position after he was sure no other small people would come running and jumping on him and listened with eyebrows raised as the girl started to sputter out things about Mud people. "Ummm not trying to be rude but, what the heck are you talking about?" he looked back and forth between the two, yes she had a green crest on her robes too, Slytherins, hoping this wasn't some joke against him.
The Slytherin boy had began to ask her what was up and then just referred to him as 'the Gryffindor'. Hmpf. "Oh my name is August Goldstein by the way."
Whoops he had forgotten to introduce himself. Wait no, a tiny person ran and jumped on the boy he was talking to.

Still clinging to Regulus for dear life. She was not letting go of him till he saved her. She looked between the two of them and tried to calm down enough to explain. "I was exploring and I walked into the room that was empty it was dusty and I should have left but there was a pretty closet. And I wanted to see what was in it because my mom puts all her pretty things in closets. So I opened the closet and the mud people jumped out and tried to grab me!" She got scared all over again.
SHE WAS WEARING ALL WHITE FOR MERLIN'S SAKE!!
She was trembling. Harlow was really scared..and they were just standing there!!

Between the Gryffindor who was now called August, the name of a month, and Harlow, Regulus was getting dizzy from his eyes teetering back and forth between the two. "Nice to meet you, August," he spoke up after listening to Harlow's explanation of the Mud People. Clearly Harlow saw something within the 'dust' closet and his brain worked into overtime, smiling as he knew what she was speaking of. "I'm Regulus Morani." His Italian accent fluttered as he spoke his last name.
He then turned his attention towards Harlow, smiling gently to help ease her fears. "Harlow, love, those are called boggarts, nasty little buggers that when you see such things, all you need to do is speak 'Riddikulus'." He smiled, allowing his words to sink in for a second. "Truly they are ridiculous, are they not?"

Whaaaaaa?
August's eyes bulged from their sockets in shock and he raised a hand to his mouth in horror. "Oh my gosh, that sounds horrible. At least you got away, Harlow is it?" he asked curiously, after hearing Regulus speak her name. They definately needed to help her, he would be terrified too.

"Its nice to meet you too Regulus." he nodded, catching the Italian accent but decided to ask him about where he was from at a much less terrifying time. He looked towards the boy wondering what the plan to help Harlow was and then he said two words: 'Boggart' and 'Riddikulus' that made no sense to Auggie.
"Umm I'm Muggleborn so can someone please explain to me what's going on here?"

She looked at him finally deflating a little, "A Boggart?" she asked him shyly. She had only heard of them. Never seen one and didn't know how the operated really. The mud was everywhere "But they came toward me and tried to touch me," she said. Harlow was trying to make sense of what Regulus was telling her, she was still clinging to him however. She was at least two feet from the ground so that was a good thing. "It was so scary," she told him in a tiny voice.

Yeah, just throwing that out there.
Harlow nodded viguriously. "Yeah I had to run really fast. Good thing I didn't have on my Mary Janes, but I had on my trainers." she wiggled her foot so he could see her black and white Converse sneakers lacing up her leg, over her white leggings. "I like your name," she told him in a soft voice. She liked name if you didn't that already.

Charles was walking down a corridor that led to the Gryffindor common room. He's just been to see Swiss, his owl, and he was irritated. The owl hadn't even looked at him and he supposed that that had to do with him not visiting it for a whole week. Well, Charles thought irritably, he was busy, what with school starting and him being in his fifth year and all. Not that he cared about fifth year, just that everyone was being weird about it. He supposed that he'd have to get Swiss something, some extra-honeyed owl treats or something like that, to make it up to him. He didn't much fancy asking Cheryl to borrow her owl to send off a letter, it was embarrasing enough with Swiss being all this puffed up without Cherry knowing about it.
He stood for a second and watched the tapestry of Branabas the Barmy, sniggering at the sight of two trolls hitting his head with thier clubs.

Tori went up to the seventh floor to wait for Paulie. Being a Slytherin meant that she had to climb like a 100,000 steps to get to his floor, and what's more, she had met her least favorite person in the world along the way. UGH. GREENGOTHFACE.
Shaking off her sudden burst of anger, Tori paced back and forth in front of a ridiculous tapestry featuring a troll. She paused and crossed her arms, leaning back against the wall to better study the silliness.
"Heh. Trolls. Trolls can't dance."

As Paulie strolled down the corridor on the seventh floor, he realized how convenient this meeting location was for him - what with the common room being up here and all - and, in addition to this, he also realized how much of a haul it would be for poor Tori. Heheh. Poor, poor Tori.
Speak of the devil, there she was, pacing back and forth like a sergeant. He neared her right as she quit the whole pacing deal. "There she is," he smiled, sidling up to her. "Did ya get a good work-out coming up here?"

Tori turned around at the sound of Paulie's approaching voice. She grinned and gave him a tight hug.
"Psh. I don't need workouts," she informed him, gesturing to her slim self. "Right?!"
He'd BETTER agree. "But I'm glad you're here. I've heard there's LOTS of interesting things to see on our tour."

Hah! There she went with her boldness again. He narrowed his eyes, scrutinizing her for a moment. "I donno.. your ears are lookin' a little chubby."
Yes, yes - the tour! The whole reason behind this meeting. Or, the main reason, at least. "Oh yeah? Good! I didn't think Hogwarts would disappoint." It hadn't so far. "Off we go, then?" He nobly offered his knightly arm.

Her ears were looking chubby?!! CHUBBY? Tori gasped and immediately, both her hands flew to her earlobes, which she tugged at nervously. "Are you serious?" the girl asked, her voice full of self-concern. She looked up at Paulie with a mournful expression. "Do you really think my ears are fat?"
That was like, the worst thing ever!!!
Pushing that thought aside, Tori grabbed on to Paulie's knightly arm and started down the hallway. "I saw some weird signs on my way up here," she told him seriously. "One was about like.... mustaches...."

Paulie suddenly gave a laugh when her hand shot to her ears and pure horror passed over her face. "No! 'Course not," he assured her, still amused that she took it to heart. Could people even gain weight in their ears? It seemed absurd. "Your ears are pretty."
He hasted his first two paces to catch up to the girl that was tugging his arm down the hall, then fell into proper step. "Signs about mustaches..? What'd that one say?" He glanced around at the walls, but so far they were just plain walls.

"So, how was the princess' first week?"
Oh good, good, he HAD just been joking. Tori smacked the knight across his chest for that one. "Thank you." And? AND? What about the rest of her? AHEM? Tori still stared at him somewhat expectantly after that comment.
"I forget its words exactly," she continued, shrugging a little, "but it was like... a RULE. There's this suit of armor we'll pass by that had the rule posted above it about all the suits need semi-permanent mustaches." She giggled a little. "It seemed like a prank, even if it did look like, really official."
Huh. Hogwarts.
"My first week was.... okay," Tori answered slowly. "I ran into my enemies too many times though. I need you to protect me better, Sir Knight!" Also, not to mention how many house points Slytherin had lost.
