Iris wanted to go and explooooore the lagoon properly. Mainly that cove. She'd not had a chance to yet... It did look really interesting though. Wandering over to the waterfall, Iris stepped onto the big rocks at the bottom of the waterfall, trying to not get too wet from the cascading water. Slowly walking into the cove, she admired the sheer beauty of the place. It was dry in here, with only small pools of water about. It'd make a fantastic place to camp out in... that is, assuming that the water doesn't flood the place at night time.

Walking over to a large clump of fluorescent coral, Iris plucked some from the small pool it was growing in. This place really was absolutely amazing... It had to have been hidden by some kind of magic... some kind of magic that must've faded or worn out. How else would this place have stayed so empty and hidden for so long?

Macy skipped over to the less crowded section of the lagoon, sort of half-following the blonde Slytherin prefect/head girl. To be entirely honest, she hadn't gotten a chance to get to know the girl much, which was a shame considering the term was almost over.

Following behind her at a safe distance, Macy teetered over the rocks and ducked under the waterfall into the cave. OOOOHHH. This was pretty. Especially the glowy-coral Miss Head Girl seemed to be looking at. Dripping slightly from the waterfall, as well as her earlier swim, the fourth year trotted over behind the girl, making a musical pitter-patter on the ground.

"That's pretty," Macy said, picking some herself. She wove it into her hair, creating some sort of quirky, glowing headpiece. "I can see why they'd have wanted to hide this place- I don't think it'd be nearly as gorgeous if people had found it." Not to say that they didn't know how to take care of things, just that the place wouldn't be quite so pure and serene.

Now she could have her fun here. Isobel hadn't been feeling well; her theory is that she's coming down with a cold. Even as she thought it she felt a sneeze coming on and had to cover her mouth so as not to spread the virus. It should be a short-term thing, it would be over sooner or later. She hoped it would be sooner.

There was no one there. Humph; Isobel liked talking to people, being alone was not one of her specialties. She also did not like being bored. Hummm, maybe she should go find Damien...or Maybelle. For now she laid down near the water and let the sun warm her. She hoped no one stepped on her, she had kind of just laid down randomly.

" So what do we do here?" Wiliam asked the girl. " My name is William Starr" he introduced himself to the older girl. "Can we walk in the Lagoon?" William asked her.

Iris looked around for the sound of the footsteps, sighing as she saw that it was just a younger student. A Slytherin, if she wasn't mistaken. Had they talked before? Iris felt that they had, but couldn't be sure... She smiled at her, before carrying on walking through the cove.

"It is, isn't it?" She replied back, grinning at the girl as she put it in her hair. She was mental. Why would you want to put algae in your hair? (ooc: I got it wrong before... lolol. I'm too tired.) Maybe Iris could do something actually useful with the algae, though... Like using it to create fluorescent butterflies. They'd be brilliant... and would make pretty night lights for little girls. Gah! The thought of children AGAIN. Ever since that evening by the lake with Aaron, the thought of babies and small children made their way into every other thought!

Being pulled back to the cove by the girl's voice, Iris nodded in agreement. "I know... Maybe the Merfolk in the Lake will become aware of us being here after a while... and maybe they'll hide it from us again. That is, if they even remember it's here... The amour on the sand looks ancient. And yes, it's real. The prefects didn't put it there." She said, looking at the girl. The Head Girl kind of hoped that this place WOULD get hidden from the Wizards and Witches over the summer. She was being selfish, sure, but she didn't want to miss getting to spend every Saturday here when everyone else was.

One thing was for sure though: Iris was going to make damn sure this place looked like it hadn't been touched at all by Humans before she got on that train for the last time. Just in case the Merfolk ever do come back to this paradise.

Macy gave a sheepish nod as the Head Girl sighed quietly before answering her. Obviously she'd been hoping for somebody else, but they all knew that feeling.

The fourth year followed quietly behind her as they continued on into the cove. She was glad she'd put the glowy stuff into her hair at this point- it seemed to make a nice lantern. Though she'd probobly have one hell of a time trying to wash it out later. Oh well, she couldn't well complain about having flourescent strands of hair. Mace nodded as the older girl explainedthe possible future if the lagoon. "I hope they do," she said quietly. "They'll certainly take care of it better than anyone else ever could. And then maybe loads of years from now they'll leave and future generations will get to enjoy it for a little while. But I hope they always come back," she added wistfully.

Otherwise this beautiful place might just go to ruins. Just like the rest of the world. If anything, it reminded Macy of the first snow of winter. How when you looked out your window all you saw was flawless white perfection. And then everybody woke up and the whole thing was destroyed. A lot of things were like snow, she supposed. Except that snow came back.

Having established that, the fourteen year old took extra special care when stepping over the rocks, especially trying not to squish the glowy plants lighting the cave floor and walls. Wouldn't want to hurt it.

Penny had climbed up the rocks..she really wanted to go down the waterfall slide.

As she made her way there, she spotted a familiar figure sunbathing, her team captain, Isobel..

"Hi Isobel, enjoying the sunshine?"

Jonathan walked around the place and spotted this magnificent place. Wow. The Prefects did a pretty awesome job. He should thank the head girl iris for this. What she did to this place is just bloody wicked. It really is fantastic. Really.

Not many people have arrived to this area of the lagoon. Jonathan thinks this place is even better. He sat down in one of the huge rocks and soaked his feet into the water. It looked green but so was their uniform. So it didn't really mattered that he's OCD. He just want some relaxation.

Now, he's wishing he brought his journal and muggle pencil with him. The view is awesome to sketch right now. Really, really awesome.

When the first person came over to her Isobel opened her eyes, but when the second person came over she figured she had better get up. She sneezed into her arm before offering her other hand to the unknown boy.

"Isobel VonHue," she said cheerfully, but her voice sounded a little weird because her nose was kind of plugged. "Fourth year Hufflepuff, Quidditch Captain. She didn't usually listen to what her voice sounded like, but today she did to see if it sounded weird because of her cold-which it did-but she alsonoticed that she had a subtle French accent. It was fitting, considering she had lived in France for half of her life.

After she had intoduced herself to the boy Isobel turned and smiled at Penny. "Hey Penny," she said. "Did you enjoy the scavenger hunt?" Isobel looked out at the lagoon, it looked pretty epic. And fun. "Want to swim?"

Carter walked around the lagoon before finding a nice quiet spot on edge. He had to admit, the lagoon looked beautiful like a lot of fun. But, it wasn't enough to distract him. He sat down at the very edge of the shore with his feet stretched out in the the water infront of him. He wrote his name in the sand next to him as if to claim that bit of beach for himself.

And he was sure by himself.

He then leaned back on his hands and watched the water. Although, watch was probably not the correct term. It was more like staring blankly.

He stared blankly at the water.

Beth sat on her own, staring at the water moodily. It was her fifteenth birthday, and she was alone. Admittedly, she hadn't actually told anyone, but she didn't really have any friends to tell. She stared across the water at a Gryffindor boy, a year or two above her. She sighed, her dark blue eyes standing out from the pearly waters. She got up, and looked at the water, and something about it looked quite fun. Compulsed, she took off her shoes, and socks, and jumper and just stood in her school shirt, pale blue shorts and tie, She looked at the water again, and strolled over to find a good place. She let down her wispy blonde hair, and shook her head. She noticed the boy's name. "Hi Carter." She said quietly, and looked across the water again. Then she took a step back, and jumped in, splashing ripples across the still waters.

" Hi, how are you Beth?' Wiliam asked her. " I heard an owl or a birdie tell me it is your fifteenth birthday" William said to Beth. " Now we have to throw you a big party" William smiled. " You do remember me from class and the lake, right?' William asked Beth.

It didn't take Destiny very long to decide where her first stop would be. Of course she thought about stopping at the buffet, but all thoughts of food escaped her mind once she saw what was sitting right in front of her. A turtle! Ever since that one muggle studies lesson, where she told everyone about a turtle's super power, she had wanted to see it happen for herself.

Skipping her way over to the water, she scooped one of the turtles into her arms and lifting it up to examine it, she spotted a very familiar person not too far away. She still needed to repay him for that gravy incident, but one look at the look on his face told her maybe she shouldn't. He looked the way she felt not too long ago.

Shifting the turtle to under her arm, because she still planned on examining the thing, she made her way over to Carter and took a seat next to him. "If you don't blink, your eyeballs will fall out."

And that one fish looked like a piranha. He wouldn't ever see those eyeballs again.

Moving on to the next part of the lagoon, Louisa still had her suspicious mood with her. Inside of her actually. Anyways, she was about to look for either Vashti or Enya or Kita or anyone... she'd love to radiate the paranoidcareful signals to someone who would list-

"Pencil boy!" She gasped at the back of the boy. He was that cocky and big headed boy from the three broomsticks! She didn't really get along with him but she had to see what he was here for.

Hoping that he hadn't heard her, she sneaked up behind him and peered above his shoulder to look at his paper - he must've been drawing or writing something as always right?- he had some secrets going on and seeing a suspicious person in a suspicious place was never a good omen. She needed to be as quiet as possible to have enough time to process his writings or cryptic drawings but she was an eagle so fast and gracefulness were one of her best trai--

"Waaaaaa-" Louisa easily lost her balance and fell ON the poor boy, her stomach hitting the back of his head before she rolled down on the water in a dramatic splash.

So much for an eagle.

Of course, of all the people at Hogwarts he meets the one person he never wants to meet again. truth be told, they never had a nice chat the last time they saw each other. Jonathan even forgot her name to say the least.

Rude and very much opinionated.

As she stumbled and pushed herself into the water Jonathan smiled. He grinned. He wanted to laugh so hard but he doesn't want to. Was she spying on him anyway? Where did she come from all of a sudden anyway?

Jonathan looked at the Ravenclaw and his eyebrow slightly raised but the devious smile on his face was still on. "You know, for a Ravenclaw, you're not pretty much...." he wanted to continue with the word 'smart' but instead "living up to the house's expectation" he grinned.

It's fun to watch her.

Swearing under her breath, she didn't even bother to stand up. The lagoon wasn't cursed or anything.. right? O_O In fact, it might be a good idea to just stay in there and study the so-called suspicious place.. in Louisa's opinion of course.

Her plan might work perfectly if that boy wasn't making fun of her! She refrained from frowning or taking her wand out and hex the so happy rude boy. Instead, she faked a smile. A BIG ONE and crossed her legs while still on the water. At least, her hair was not wet. "I made that on purpose. I want to feel this magical old water." She lied and for affection she moved her hands under water in small circles, "It's great." Eeew! It's greenish and who knew WHAT lived in there.

"I thought snakes liked adventures and mischievous stuff." She smirked, "Guess not all snakes are impressively daring." She shrugged one shoulder and averted her gaze from the boy as if speaking to herself. She wasn't about to sit IN the water and get MOCKED. No freaking way!

Wow, Jonathan became more amused by her not-so convincing reason. "Yeah, because magical old water is all the rage nowadays" he smirked at the Ravenclaw who was still in the water. Well Jonathan wanted to help but then again, Jonathan doesn't like helping rude people. In fact Jonathan doesn't like helping a lot except to Slytherins maybe. Yes, he's nice to SOME people but he's usually nicer to Slytherins.

Jonathan chuckled this time as she commented about him and snakes "Is that a new witty banter?" he looked at her "I hear better insults from first years." he stood up and kept looking at the Ravenclaw. "You could learn a thing or two from them" well, if she was going to make more smirky remarks then Jonathan would be glad enough to leave. Jonathan likes teasing but he's not a big fan of arguing with other people especially to a girl.

So he'll pass.

She let an exaggerated sigh and bit her tongue because it was about to shoot a stream of what he called 'witty banter'. She got up, her skirt and the hem of her shirt were totally wet and dripping and it made going out of the water even harder.

"I don't want to learn anything from first years." She snapped, struggling to climb that big rock he occupied. She would be away from that filthy greenish water up there, right? It was worth trying. Her shoes, soaked, slipped a few times as she climbed up and her hands were flailing around for balance.. eventually Louisa was successfully on the rock, next to the boy who seemed to be leaving.

"What were you doing here anyways? I thought you carried your pencil and notebook with you at all times." Her voice was neutral, curious actually. She gestured with her arms around her, "And this place is beautiful to be sketched." She wasn't an artist or didn't have the artist's eye but hanging out with Enya had that effect on her. Believe it or not.

Yes, Jonathan is about to leave when suddenly she turned nicer? What's that all about? Cold water got her thinking? "Well for starters, i wanted to have some relaxation" seeing as she ruined it though so Jonathan is better off at the common room, sleeping perhaps?

She looks very wet and isn't the water freezing a bit? Jonathan looked at her from top to bottom. "Just because you saw me with a muggle pencil and notebook once doesn't mean, I draw all the time" he smiled at her, not a smirk nor a grin but a rather sweet smile. Odd.

As she gestured her arms around herself and talking about how beautiful it is to sketch the place, he leaned closer to her face "I'm just tired" he smiled at her. Well, he could be up for more teasing with her but maybe they could start over and not be in bad terms with each other?

Why was he smiling..? So much..? She didn't return his smiles because he obviously treated her like a child! And Louisa didn't like that. She was thirteen! A teen! Her face was all mellow though and no smirks or frowns were shown.

"You seemed pretty absorbed at the three broomsticks with those so I thought that-" She broke off and shrugged, "Whatever." He didn't have to justify anything and she wasn't really that curious about why not sketching this place. She was convinced that he had secrets in that notebook so...

Tired? Suddenly? Wasn't he just sitting here and staring blankly at nothing? When she bumped into him and fell.. oh. "Okay. Sorry to bother you." She said, rather bitterly, and threw her butt down on the rock, gasping silently as she almost slipped again. She wasn't going to beg him to stay or anything, if he wanted to leave, he could. It was exhausting being rude all the time. Besides, she technically knew him.. she was known to be nice to people she knew. It was only strangers that got a piece of her mind. However, he seemed so hasty to go away, she could just sit around and wish that one of her friends show up. Hmph.

Carter said a vague "hey" as someone greeted him and jumped into the water. He wasn't sure who it was... he hadn't been watching. He was too busy staring straight ahead of him. He willed the day and the term to be over. But he knew it was in vain. Magic didn't work like that.

Soon someone else came by. She helped herself to the spot that he had claimed for himself. (Not that you could tell anymore. The waves had washed it away.)

His eyes were going to fall out? Maybe that would be better? He couldn't see Caroline, so maybe it was no good to see at all.

"That wouldn't be the worst thing that's happened to me this week." he said sadly. He turned toward her to explain when...

He blinked.

And blinked again.

"Destiny. Why do you have a turtle?" And more importantly. If they were giving them away, why didn't he have one.

Oh my god,everything here was soo beautiful.In this moment Fee was really happy that she wore her light pink bikini under her summer dress. How could she not jump into the water and enjoy it?After all the girl loved swimming and in the last month it just wasnt possible in the lake.This lagoon totally came to the right time.

Getting undressed and placing her bag,clothes and shoes somewhere she could still see them. Adn then there it was:the rope swing.Now that was really tempting.Grinning toherself the Slytherin made her way up to them and grabed one of them.

Ready.Set.Go.

If it wasn't for Kita. Caroline wouldn't have even been here. These days she had been keeping to her common room, which was still no near where that she wanted to be. She hadn't been any farther then the Kitchens still what had happened. But Kita had talked her into getting out, and coming to the lagoon. She had found her tranfigured her nornal clothes into a bathing suit.

She climbed up on a rock and let her feet dangle over the edge of the rock. Where was that girl? She had convinced her to come, but if she had to wait on her longer, she would just leave.Or maybe she would stay here she hadn't seen Carter since the shut the door and didn't want to chance it by walking about the lagoon. She just wasn't ready to see him face to face, and didn't know when or if she'd ever be able to.

" Want to take a dip in the lagoon?" William asked Fee. " Is that your new bikini?" Willaim asked Fee. " You look very cute in the bikini" William told Fee. " Hugo is a lucky boy" William smiled. "Wait for me" William called out. "
