She stepped into the office and waited for further instruction. As she peered around the office she was surprised to rubber ducks in a professors office but I guess that what she gets for walking into a muggle studies proffesor's office. "Hello, professor Zookara. How are you?" she asked looking at him as he closed the door. "Im Rene Cullen." She introduced herself walking up to his desk.

"What's 'sup? Professor Zoo." Legend said coolly winking at the older man. Mature to the bone. Carefully moving into the man's office Legend took a seat at one of the comfy chairs. Hm, maybe they should get one like this in the Gryffindor Common Room? "Er- you do remember me right?" The man had said his name before outside but...still. The blonde was allowed to have his doubts.

Closing the door behind her, Jeremy let his eyes wander around his own office for a moment, mainly being used to seeing it from behind his desk. At the sound of her speaking up again he moved his attention back to the girl who was now standing near his desk.

"Oh, please, Rene, have a seat." And with that he gestured towards one of the vacant chairs and walked over to his own seat, lowering in it. "I am good, thank you. How are you? Excited for the upcoming term?" Jeremy asked with a smile, leaning back in his seat slightly.

And there was Legend, cool as ever. Yo! "Heya! How're you?" He assumed the 'sup' part of the boy's greeting was rhetorical which was why he didn't tell him what was up. Whatever that was supposed to indicate. Watching him taking a seat, Jeremy smiled at him, running a hand through his hair absently.

Hadn't he just said his name? Which normally meant he remembered him. Duh. "I do...obviously." He grinned, both amused and a little confused by the conversation. "Is there anything you wanted to talk about?" Or had he just come to pay him a random visit. Either was appreciated.

Kurumi entered Professor Zookara's office and the first thing that caught her eyes were the rubber ducks. Kurumi tilted her head to the side and stared for a few moments. Rubber ducks? Really? Those things really served no purpose. She had played with a few while taking a bath when she was younger, but she wasn't sure what the fascination wizards seemed to have with them.

As Kurumi took a seat, she also noticed the large spread of picture frames facing the opposite direction. What sort of personal photos did the frames hold? Perhaps they were embarrassing photos like Professor Zookara in a rubber duck costume. Kurumi set Walnut down on her lap and the cat immediately curled up into a ball. He had insisted on not being left alone in the Gryffindor common room with Heather's animated stuff panda. The thing frightened him.

"Good evening, professor," Kurumi smiled as she pet Walnut. The cat's tail began swishing back and forth a bit. "Did you have a good holiday?"

Fallon smiled at as the professor let her into the office. Her eyes were caught by all of the books that lined the walls. Wow. The professor really must've loved to read. She thought it was rather nice of him to hold the door.

Fallon took a seat. Most professors were okay with that and that's usually what they had you do, so she took no time in sitting down. "Hello Professor. My name's Fallon McCarthy. I just wanted to introduce myself because Muggle Studies is my favorite class." She surprisingly had kept her calm through that. She didn't usually go introduce herself to professors.

She took a seat and crossed her legs placed her bag on the floor and the basket in her lap. When the time was right she would reveal the tastey treat underneath the decrative cloth. She had work really hard on making them because it was hard to decorate cupcakes for a muggle studies professor.

"Thank you, sir" she said giving a friendly smile "I'm good and very excited to start term. This being my last year I want to make sure everything goes as well as possible." She was going to get right to the point but there really was no need until someone came by with more important matters. It was time to reveal what was in the basket she knew he must be wondering by now. "Sir If you don't mind, I have made some cupcakes for you." she said taking the cloth off of the cupcakes revealing cupcakes
with little duckies on the top.


"I was hoping since muggle studies was not my best subject, that you might take some time to help me get thru my NEWTs this year." She said hoping that he wouldnt think the cupcakes was a bribe for his help.

How was he? Er- well confused about a number of things but the Muggle Studies Professor was no guidance counselor! But he has still asked! Hm. Better to make sure. "Do you mean like how are you like you actually care or like you expect me to answer 'I'm good, you?' right back?" It was a good question!

Alright! Good, Zoo had remembered him awesome! Now that he thought about it there actually were some things he could speak to the Muggle Studies Professor about. "Well there are two things actually...one being an idea for a class this year." It was an awesome idea! It really was! And it was only a TAD bit dangerous. Legend was about to continue when he realized that he hadn't even shown the Professor any manners yet! "Oh, sorry Sir, forgot to ask how are you?" The sixth year grinned.

Gesturing towards the chairs absently, Jeremy found that the Slytherin had already taken one, which was fine too. It was just that his now unnecessary hand gesture might have looked a little out-of-place since it was well, unnecessary. Nevermind.

Settling in his own seat he smiled at the girl, and after a small moment of contemplation decided against introducing himself. She probably knew who he was, right? "Nice to meet you, Fallon. In which year are you in, if I may ask?" Oh, and she liked Muggle Studies?! "That's great. I'm looking forward to seeing you in my lessons then." He replied with a grin.



Her last year already?! *sadface* It was always sad to see students go at the end of the term. Even if he hadn't been teaching at Hogwarts for that long but he still had grown quite fond of most of his students. But this was only the beginning of the term so Rene and everybody else in her year still had a lot of time before them. Heh.



She had made what?! Jeremy even leaned forward in his chair slightly to get a better look at what was in the basket she had brought. With it still being in her lap and now finally without cover he got a pretty good view of what was inside and it was...CUPCAKES! Like she had said. But the awesome thing about them was what was on them. "Thank you SO much!" He beamed at the girl, genuinely delighted, before with a small teasing grin he added - after he had heard her next question, "You trying to bribe me?" He was only joking of course.



That...was a good question. Actually he had meant it more like a greeting-phrase and had not expected an answer but now that Legend asked he couldn't really say he didn't care. "Well, I do care obviously. But if you're just going to reply 'I'm good, you?' then you don't have to repeat it." Jeremy answered with a grin, curious of what his answer was going to be.

Somehow this was sort of scary coming from Legend. A LOT! "Oh, and what might that be?" He couldn't quite hide the smile playing around his lips as he leaned back in his seat slightly, ready to hear the boy's proposal. "I'm good, thank you." Dismissing his apology with a small shake of his head, he continued to smile at him expectantly.



After Kurumi had also moved into the office, Jeremy closed the door and followed the girl to his desk...always keeping a close eye on her cat. Or what he could see from it from behind. Walking around his desk he plopped down in his own seat, his eyes still on the cat to see what it did. In case it prepared for an attack or something. You could never know with those animals.

Focussing on Kurumi again, he smiled at her with a nod in reply to her question. "Yes, I did. I never knew there were that many different kinds of lamps to choose from." Yes, that probably hadn't really made any sense in the girl's ears but it did to him. "How about you? Enjoyed the summer I hope?" The THING was now moving its tail, did that mean something?!


And was that another knock on the door?

Fallon chuckled lightly. Apparently the professor hadn't noticed her sitting before he motioned for her to sit. She would not hold it against him.

Fallon watched as he took a seat. She knew that she had learned this professor's name, but for some reason she couldn't place it. Well, she'd figure it out eventually. She grinned. "Sixth." And she was so so excited about Muggle Studies. "I really look forward to them." Now what did she talk about. This was the reason she didn't do things like this.

Dude the office was getting more packed by the second. And all with girls. A certain Professor seemed to be popular with the female student body. Legend chuckled, that answer was why Zookara was awesome. "Well I'm not that good actually. But I guess..." Legend looked around the office. Full of girls. Plus Zookara was good looking. Something told him that HE would understand how the female mind worked.

Maybe. "..You could help me...with like...girls."

"Alright, so you know how we have covered like the basic Muggle Sports? Why don't we go into like the extreme sports? Like skate boarding or something." And if someone broke a leg to bad for them. "Or like all the sports in the Olympics and then have like teams and complete, and don't worry. I'll go easy on people." Smirk.

Kurumi still couldn't keep her eyes on the collection of rubber ducks. Did he know something about them that she didn't? Were they perhaps some hint to the answer of the universe? Or was this Professor Zookara's attempt to figure out which came first, the rubber duck or the egg? Or, something like that.

Turning her attention, momentarily back to her professor, Kurumi tilted her head to the side when he mentioned...lamps? Did that mean he was going to start a lamp collection? "Lamps?" Kurumi asked tilting her head more to the side. "I suppose there are many different types. All the lamps at my home are made out of bamboo and rice paper." Oh, did Professor Zookara know about rice paper? She may have just opened up an entirely different can of worms.

"My holiday was...alright." Kurumi shrugged cuddling Walnut who let out a soft meow. "Being home is, well, difficult..." OK, getting down to why she was here. Talk about non-magical mentality. "My mother is afraid of magic, so she took my wand from me the minute she saw me. She takes away my entire family's wands." Talking about this history between muggles and wizards may be something more suited for History of Magic, but Kurumi felt far too shy talking with Professor Welton. "Professor, why are mug--- non-magical people so afraid of magic?"

Simple. Innocent. Confused. Everything wrapped up into one question.

A sixth year already?! At this Jeremy regarded her for a moment, once again trying to recall any memory of having met her before and/or having seen her around Hogwarts at some point last term. But, nothing. So she was new? "Have you transferred here from another school then, Fallon?" He therefore asked, hoping she had in fact not been here last year.

If she was going to reply 'Oh yes, and I attended ALL of your lessons and even came by to visit you in your office a couple of times' he was going to smack himself for forgetting. Hopefully there wouldn't be any need for that.



See? That was why he had insisted on getting a proper answer from Legend...because in fact it seemed he wasn't that good after all. Hopefully he would be able to help...unless this was something related to his health then he was probably better off going to the Healer. Of course he would be glad to accompany him there but then it didn't really make a lot of sense coming to him first because well HE wasn't a Healer, far from re-

His thoughts were however abruptly interrupted as Legend finally voiced what was on his mind. "Girls?!" He repeated quite surprised, his lips already curling up into an amused grin. "Well, I can certainly try. What's up with the girls?" Not that he was an expert - yeah right, that was why his own love life was just perfect *snort* - but he could do teenage-love-drama-hormones-problems. Hopefully.

"Extreme sports?" Jeremy echoed, clearly rather confused by Legend's suggestion. See, he had been right about his suspicion about this being dangerous. Next he was going to suggest they were to go extreme-mountaineering in the Himalayas. "We can certainly discuss Olympics...but what kinds of sports would you have suggested we actually TRY in class." Not that that was ever going to happen.




Failing to notice Kurumi's repeated glancing at his rubber duck collection since he was too busy keeping a watchful eye on the little THING on her lap, Jeremy didn't explain what was up with them. Obviously.

"Mhm...lamps, among other things." He sighed with a smile playing around his lips, finally glancing back up from the cat and at the Gryffindor's face again. "Rice paper?" He repeated, hoping Alysson wasn't going to make the same discovery any time soon as then they would have yet ANOTHER lamp. "Do they come in different colors?" Hopefully not.

Oh no. That sounded bad. "I'm so sorry, Kurumi." Jeremy automatically leaned forward slightly in his seat, a truely sympathic look on his face as he listened to Kurumi's little story about her summer...and her mother. Who had taken away her wand. He considered her next question for a moment, choosing his words carefully. "Well, I think it all comes down to the fact that Wizards are indeed able to inflict pain on Muggles - and have in the past, as I'm sure you know - a lot more easily than vice versa. And of course I assume-" He actually KNEW this. "-that they automatically feel inferior to those with magical abilities. It's something they don't have. Do you understand what I'm trying to say?" Not that that was any excuse for her mother's behavior. "Have you tried talking to your mother about it?" Maybe he should talk to Kimber about writing a letter to the girl's mother.

Kurumi decided to leave their lamp chat for a little later. No need to get the man over excited about rice paper items. Then there were the erasers. Kurumi had an entire drawer at home filled with erasers. She had five in the shape of hamsters.

Sometime that Professor Zookara said got the wheels in Kurumi's head turning. Wizards are indeed able to inflict pain on Muggles . She had read many articles in the archives related to that topic. Having pain inflicted on yourself by a wand carrying wizard would certainly make you fear magic. Perhaps that would even be enough to make you want to take away your own children's wands. "I understand, Professor," Kurumi nodded and her eyes glassed over a bit. "I have tried, but she refuses to discuss it. Father, he always looks really sad when I ask him about it...he's a pureblood wizard." Kurumi wasn't sure why she added that last bit, but it seemed like vital information. "My brother's don't know anything either." She had asked them over and over again, but they had no idea and had just accepted the wand taking as part of their life when they came home. "My mother even makes me wear brown contacts when I am home," she said blinking her violet eyes several times. "I think, they remind her that I am different..." and she certainly was different. Her hair changing colors...being too afraid to ask about that...finding her father's picture in a book in the library but it being some other name...

Walnut let out an unusually loud purr and then stretched himself out so that he was almost as flat as a pancake. Nap time appeared to be almost over...

Fallon listened as the professor offered her a question. "Not exactly." She tried to think of the correct way to word this. "See, I was here before, but last term, my father homeschooled me." She wasn't going to go into deeper reasons until the professor asked.

She really wished that she could think of his name. Fallon tried to think of all of the names she'd heard. She just couldn't put any of them with his face.

"Professor SHHH." Legend's eyes widened as he quickly began to making shushing noises. Did the man forget that there were a bunch of females already in his office? Wasn't that against some law? You know the one stating that you were not allowed to talk about girls with girls around. Zoo, had to learn from Legend. Sometimes you had to be more slick."They can hear you." He muttered, his eyes darting from the two Slytherins to a Hufflepuff. Sure it wasn't about them but still! "Do...those species purposely confuse you about their feelings? Like you know if they like like you or not." It was what he observed. That and girls liked to randomly kiss boys. Especially boys who were their friends. Three completely different occasions had proved that to him.

"Okay, not the hard extreme sports but you have to admit sir that they are way more interesting that Football-or Soccer." Kicking a ball around for 90 minutes and only scoring around 2 times? Um watching people jump off mountains and do cool flips with like skies was MUCH more interesting.

The Olympic idea seemed to get him! Legend sit up straighter in the comfy chair as his head began to swamp with ideas. "Well...like 100k running maybe? Swimming, maybe even table tennis, ORRR trammeling!! But if you want to go back to extreme sports then like, snowboarding or skiing! More winter stuff." Snow was soft! So too fall why skiing wouldn't hurt....much.

"Hello, Professor." Heather said entering cautiously. "I'm Heather Miller. I was going around introducing myself to all of the professors. I lived with muggles for a couple of years and had no idea this was a class. I can't wait until it starts."

The way her eyes glassed over slightly, clearly upset about the whole thing, made him feel even more sympathy for her situation towards her. This had to be horrible to be so mistrusted by one's own mother. "Well, but this is clearly upsetting you." Go him for stating the obvious. "Would you...maybe we should talk to your Head of House about this. Would you like her to maybe talk to your mother? Or at least send her a letter." He would do it too but then again this was probably Kimber's job.

It was quite sad to hear her talk about how she wasn't accepted for what she was at home...by her mother at least. And her father seemed to just keep silent about it all. "I'm sorry, Kurumi." He repeated with a sad smile, going over what she had said over and over again in his head. Her father was a pureblood so why didn't he just explain it to his wife?!

A rather loud, uncomforting noise got him out of his reverie, and made him glance back at Kurumi's lap...it had moved. It was still moving.



Homeschooled. He wondered briefly what that was like really. Not that he regretted going to school but it certainly would have been interesting to experience that, probably. Apart from the fact that it probably wouldn't have been very...productive.

"Oh, how's that?" Jeremy asked, clearly interested in the reasons why somebody would suddenly homeschool their daughter for a term right in the middle, between fourth and sixth year. Had something happened? Was this related to the flooding thing which had been mentioned at the start of term feast. Or that fight club?



Jeremy mock gasped at his shushing him but decided to play along, therefore glancing at the girls too when Legend did. "Oh, of course. I'm sorry." He lowered his voice into a whisper, leaning closer to the boy slightly as if that were to keep the girls from listening in. Though, somehow most girls had the ability to eavesdrop on anything if they thought it could be gossip-worthy so he wasn't really sure how well that was going to work.

And that WAS a good question. "Sometimes I like to think so, really." Jeremy replied with a hint of bitterness in his voice before going on, "It might even happen that they keep you in the dark about how they really feel and finally choose to tell you when they've just informed you about how they made out with another guy." He stopped himself, realizing that somehow he had left the grounds of superficially answering the question and had gotten a little...well, subjective. "I mean, you know, maybe, that might happen." Not that it had happened to him or something. "Why, what's up with the girls?" He asked, trying to get Legend's attention back to his own problems. Not that they'd ever digressed or anything...

Back to his wonderful idea. "Well, yes, I suppose. But then again I personally think Rugby is more interesting than Soccer and I'm still not going to teach you guys how to play that." Yeah, because that would just be...too dangerous. Just as extreme sports. "But think, Legend. What am I supposed to teach about running...or swimming." They hopefully all knew how to swim. "And trammeling, seriously? You suppose we're going to catch something in the Great Lake?" The Giant Squid wouldn't be amused. Nor would the merpeople. And whatever else lived in there.

Oh good, the girl had apparently heard him call out to her and had moved into the office. More girls. Why couldn't Legend have brought some of his friends? Jeremy was sure they'd all have questions on the super-secret topic of girls. Not that he minded of course but you know.

"Hello Heather. Nice to meet you." He turned to smile at her before getting up for a moment to gesture towards the only seat which was still vacant. "Please, have a seat." Settling back into his own once again, he couldn't help but be slightly amused by her next words. "Why yes it is a class. Has been for a looong time now, really. So I suppose I will see you in my lessons then?" He asked with a small grin.

Heather gratefully took the seat, she nodded her thanks to him before sitting down. "Forgive me professor, I am a pureblood but my parents never went or heard of Hogwart's. I'm afraid I don't know a single thing about this school other than what I have seen. And while I do have a unique ability to give a psychological profile of almost everyone I meet I can only observe so much about a building." Heather may have only been eleven but she liked surprising adults with her somewhat vast knowledge. "Yes, you will most definitely see me in your class. I do quite love to study muggles. There's not really a class here I wouldn't want to take. To be honest though, Professor Lafay scares me a little bit." She smirked.

HA!! So he wasn't the only one who thought that! Legend knew that he wasn't completely deluded on that fact. Zookara thought so, too and the man had to be right.

Legend blinked, slightly confused. That was...kind of close to his situation. But his was more simple? Or...more confusing. It depended on how you looked at it. "Er- did that happen to you Sir?" He did seem slightly bitter on the subject. Reaching over Legend gave him two small pats on the back. "There, there. Don't worry dude, they are a real pain." He would tell him to let it all out, but they were guys..and he was a professor....so that was weird.

"Alright so- there's this girl who I do not like. Cause she's my friend but she likes me- or said she did." Legend shrugged, whatever old news. "But then after I found out over the summer that she dated my Ex-Best friend- and i was like DUDE I thought you liked me. Not that I cared or anything but....Ex-Best friend ya know?" Where was he getting with this? Oh yeah! Girls...confusing. "And then last year my other friend went and kissed me! But...she still considered herself my friend! How does that even make sense?" It didn't too him. It was completely bonkers!!

"Yeah! Let's play Rub-" Aww man! Come on Zoo! Rugby would have been fun to play too. Sigggh. "I dunno! You're a smart dude you can make something up." He coooould if he tried! "Sure! That would be awesome! We could stop and say hi to Barty the Squid while we're at it!" That was the Giant Squid's name right? Legend was unsure but he was pretty certain it was. "Come on, last year we saw Giant Spiders in the forbidden forest, in one class. You gotta top that Sir."

Fallon should've known that she was going to have to explain herself. Then again, the story was kind of interesting. "Well, even though he won't admit it, my father still doesn't feel comfortable sending me here. The only reason I'm back this term is because he says I complained too much about being home." Yeah. She'd left these little details out when she told her friends. They only needed to hear about the fun parts.

"But to distract me from that, he took me to Italy to see my grandparents." The one's I'd never met before... The trip and the homeschooling was somewhat worth it. She hoped Professor What's-his-face didn't think she was spoiled or anything like that because she really wasn't. Her little brother was the spoiled one.

Kurumi shook her head. No, talking with her mother wouldn't fix things, it would probably only make matter's worse. "No, but th-thank you for the o-offer Professor," Kurumi said bowing her head and keeping it so. "Mother is not the type to do something without reason. Father shares everything with my brothers and I, everything but why..." he had changed his name, which Kurumi had only just learned from some library research. "...mother is the way she is. Growing up..."

Bored with all the talking, Walnut found his new surroundings much more interesting and jumped off his master's lap to sniff the strange man's shoe. Not a bad smell, but not a good one either. Walnut wasn't very fond of the scent of leather. Oh? A table? Wonder what is on top of it?! Shaking his bottom a bit before he jump, Walnut landed with the grace of a Cornish Pixie on Professor Zookara's desk and waddle right in front of the man hardly giving him a second look. Oh? Funny flat box looking things! Walnut then jumped across and onto the table where the professor had set up many photo frames that faced the opposite direction and pawed at one knocking it over. Walnut peered down at it and sniffed it before moving on to the next one...and the next one...


"...until I came to Hogwarts," Kurumi finished looking up at the professor for some advice. Just then, she noticed Walnut was missing. She had been so focused on telling her story that she had lost track of her cat!

What was it with all those people thinking Hogwarts wasn't safe?! Those mentions in the speech at the start of term feast and now Fallon's father. He really needed to talk to somebody who had already been here for a couple of terms. They just had had a Triwizard Tournament after all where nobody had been hurt, how much more dangerous than that could it get?!

Maybe Fallon could answer some of his questions though. "But why is he not comfortable with sending you here?!" Jeremy asked, trying to get some information out of this conversation. Italy? Nice, he had never been there but he had heard it was nice.



It wasn't until Legend actually reached out to pat him that Jeremy realized what exactly he had just said. Oops. Trying to do damage control - who knew how gossipy Legend was - he put on a grin and quickly shook his head. "I was just using it as an example...and to get you talking." He added with a rather cheeky smile, while leaning in again to be able to hear his little story. Oh, teenage drama, how I love thee.

Jeremy wasn't sure he had got everything about who had kissed whom and who liked whom and who was whose ex. No, not even ex, but ex-best friend. Right, because that all made sense. Not. "So hang on, let me get this straight. You like this girl...who likes you too, but then she kissed your best friend. Sorry, no ex-best friend. And then there's this other girl who kissed you?" Somehow he had the feeling that the most confusing part about this all was that Legend himself didn't know what he wanted.

The boy had honestly believed that he was going to play Rugby with them. Seriously. "We'd need way too many cushioning charms than appropriate for a Muggle Studies lesson. Besides, I do have a curriculum, I can't just teach whatever I like." This term more than ever. He truely considered the trammeling option for a moment. Pay the Giant Squid a visit? See if he actually existed. "But then again, what's so exciting about trammeling. I'm sure you'd all get bored with it pretty quickly." Hearing his comment about giant spiders in the Forbidden Forest he chose not to comment but just raised his eyebrows at him.



Forgive her? She was actually apologizing? "Oh, don't worry about it." Jeremy dismissed her apology with a grin before adding, "Where did your parents go to school then if I may ask? Either way, I'd advise you to read Hogwarts, A History then." Because a) reading was awesome and b) the book in particular was both interesting and entertaining, so what was not to like?

Hecate? Somehow she seemed to have that effect on people. Most of them anyhow. "Hehe, oh, how's that? Why does she scare you? Is that related to your psychological profiling ability?" He was just a little sceptic about how good Heather was at this, since he knew from his brother how hard it was to do it.



This...was honestly breaking his heart. Kurumi just looked so sad, and now even a little ashamed. This was so wrong. "You sure? What if I talked to her? I am from a Muggle family." He wasn't sure if this made any difference or not but it was at least worth a try. "Oh, I'm sure she does have reasons, I wasn't suggesting she doesn't." Otherwise she would just be a horribly injust mother. He just didn't believe that they were justified when it came to her children...and her husband too apparently.

Too lost in thought about how to handle the situation, Jeremy completely missed the fact that the cat had left its position and was now on the move. It was only when it was practically IN HIS FACE that he noticed it being anywhere but Kurumi's lap. "Get it offffffffff!!" He slowly inched forward slightly, and pulled the already knocked over pictures towards him to safety.

Veeeeeeeeery slooooooooowly, so as to not provoke the cat.

Professor Zoo, was cool but he didn't fool the Gryffindor. Legend wasn't stupid enough to believe that the outburst was just something to catch his attention. But it was alright. He'd find out about it later.

Nononono. He had it all WRONG! Jeesh. You would think a Professor would be able to understand such a simple story. "Noonoo." He sighed. "I don't like the K-the girl who kissed my Ex-best friend. Well..I like her but only as a friend. And yeah, she said she liked me. And...my other friend did kiss me." There that was simple, wasn't it? Legend thought so. "So like...why do you think girls are so confusing?" That was all he was getting at really. Annd one thing else actually. "Walnut! Stop that," Kurumi scolded as she reached out for her cat who easily slinked away towards more of Professor Zookara's precious pictures. Kurumi was still holding out for a rubber duck costume picture, but she didn't seem to be having much luck as he was scooping them up quicker than she could try and take peeks at. Walnut, on the other hand, seemed to be enjoying checking out pictures and the professor's grabby hands. Oh, did this nice man want to pet him? Deciding to take it upon himself, Walnut jumped off the desk and right onto Professor Zookara's lap where he curled up into a ball and purred softly. "Aw, Walnut likes you," Kurumi chirped clapping her hands together once. "He was just saying hello."

Kurumi couldn't see Walnut because he was hidden from view due to the desk, but Kurumi could certainly hear him purring. "I don't know if it would make a difference," Kurumi said returning to their conversation prior to all the kitty chaos. "Mother has had four children attend Hogwarts now, myself and my three older brothers, but her opinion about magic hasn't changed at all..."
