Fee walked to the observatory.This place was just soo beautiful.She knew it was kate night but the girl wanted to see the starts and what would be better than to watch them from the observatory?!Of course being here alone wasnt perfect, but she couldnt just wake someone up to go watch the stars with her right?!

And then she remembered the time she had been here with Hugo.That had been so cute and just perfect.Maybe they would come here together this term too? Just to hang out and search for the constellations.

Walking around the castle, Georgiana, walked into the Astronomy Tower and saw the observatory, hope she wouldn't get in trouble.

Merlin! how much she loved to see the stars and planets and saw that she wasn't alone, there was another girl here " Hi! the stars look so beautiful tonight, right?" she said looking at them "I'm Georgiana, first year snake, you?" said smiling.

Evelyn knew that really, she should have waited until night time to come up here since it's be much more beautiful and fun to gaze out into the stars then...well, a blue sky... but she was feeling rather bored in between her classes and decided to take a small trip up here. No one else would have been up here right? It was in the middle of the day!

Lazily dropping her school bag onto the ground with a small thud, having only been carrying a few things in it, the Slytherin crossed her arms over the front of her uniform and slowly took step by step, moving around the room until she had a pretty good view of the rather blue sky. Hmm, a few clouds here and there, and that really only made her be reminded of a certain Gryffindor she had yet to see.

Maybe she shouldn't have came up here. She was feeling a bit saddened now.

Heather walked into the observatory and to the railing. She loved looking out side and feeling the wind.

Chloe had been exploring the corridors after leaving her dorm. She caught sight of a Slytherin girl heading toward the astronomy tower. But why would anyone go to the Astronomy Towers mid day. She followed the girl and as she got closer she noticed the face was of a Slytherin girl who she hit it off with quite well at the feast. She had promised she would meet her at the lake a couple of hours ago but that was no matter. She entered the Astronomy tower and said, "Evi, what are you doing up here this time of day?", Chloe asked concerned.

She should have known this peaceful moment wouldn't last long. Even in a castle as big as this one, with floors and floors of rooms and hiding spots, one could still never find a moment alone, in peace and quiet.

Taking a deep breath, Evelyn glanced over her shoulder with a neutral expression. Might as well see who's intruding on her quiet time. The Slytherin stared at the girl for a good few seconds before turning completely around, uncrossing her arms as she took a few steps towards her, raising a brow in the process. "I must be losing my touch if I'm being mistaken for some Gryffindork nowadays."

"Huh. Sorry. I thought you were. Hey thats not nice. I am a Gryffindor and my name is Chloe Merets. Call me by the name of Gryffindor or my actual name. If you are going to be rude don't bother saying anything at all to me!", Chloe responded seriously.

Hehe, well duh, Evelyn knew the girl was a Gryffindor. It's pretty much why she chose to say 'Gryffindork' in the first place.

However, the Slytherin couldn't help but raise both brows as she once again, crossed her arms. Well now, look who was the one being rude. Narrowing her eyes, Evelyn nodded her head, blinking and sighing in defeat. "You're right." she admitted, shrugging her shoulders and taking the time to make sure her expression actually looked...sympathetic. "I should just, not talk to you at all."

Smirking, the dark haired girl started to move over to where she had dropped her bag from earlier. Yup, her quiet time and mood were now ruined. "Fine by me. And here I thought, I could have made a friend today."

Sarcasm? Yes. The girl's name, Chloe Merets, was taking note of though.

"Oh I thought so. You seemed like a nice girl at the feast but first impressions are just that. I know better now. And I don't want to be freinds with the likes of you if you are gonna be so rude to me. I don't need or want freinds like that Evi.", Chloe said calmly. This girl is not gonna get the better of her no matter what.

At the feast?

...Was the girl stalking her at the feast?

Reaching down to pick up her bag, the Slytherin slung it over her shoulder and stared at the Gryffindork Chloe before a quiet chuckle escaped her. "I don't know what you ate or drank at that feast to make you think that...but, we never met." she said, shaking her head in amusement, and a bit of confusion mixed in there as well as uncertainty. The girl didn't have some disease that gave you memory loss did she?

"And speaking of first impressions, you just ruined yours." Hehe, now THAT was funny. Really now, was that any way to talk to a fellow student? Taking a few steps towards the girl, the Slytherin smiled, though it obviously was anything but a nice gesture. "My name is Evelyn, not Eve, or Evi, or whatever you're calling me. Call me by my name correctly, or you will be referred to as Gryffindork for the rest of the year."

Smirk.

"Whatever. I don't care. And I shall use your whole name out of respect. And this is done and I am out of here.", Chloe said storming out of the Astronomy tower. Whether this was her first meeting with this girl or not she did not want to cross paths with her again.

Respect?

Well now, that was so much better. It really wasn't that hard was it? Just a little respect here and there would do everyone so much good.

Merlin, and here she thought the Gryffindor's pride made them too dumb to walk away. "Nice meeting you Chloe." she said pleasantly as the girl stormed from the tower, though if she new Evelyn enough as it was, there was definitely a second meaning behind her farewell. Hmm...

Glancing around, a smile appeared on her lips as she noticed she was once again alone in peace and quiet. Dropping her bag, the Slytherin girl sat down and laid her head upon it, making herself comfortable before looking up to the light blue sky. She had an hour before her next class. Might as well use her time doing something important.

Cloud gazing.

Braeden had far too much free time in his hands and not enough things to keep him distracted. He had already wandered around the grounds, purposely confused some students by the moving stairs, taken a nap in the dormitories... what else was there to do? Well, there was homework. Plenty of it. But he wasn't in the mood to get it done. At least not now; his procrastinating nature wouldn't allow him to sit and get homework done when there was still so much time left in the day.

Desperate for some entertainment, the boy decided to pay a visit to the observatory. He had always liked astronomy, even if his grade in the class hadn't really reflected it.

Brae was just entering the observatory as a girl stormed out with the force of a hurricane, apparently a fellow Gryffindor, nearly knocking him over as she passed him by. Whoa. He regained composure and turned in the direction the girl had disappeared to with a puzzled look on his face before turning back to the observatory. Was... something interesting going on inside? If so, he couldn't miss it! However, his hopes for anything interesting and exciting happening inside the observatory were crushed as he walked inside and saw nothing more than... normalness. Just a couple students cloud-gazing and minding their own business. How disappointing.

Hopefully the sky would provide him with better entertainment. The boy made his way over to the cupboards lining the rounded walls of the observatory and pulled out one of the smaller telescopes available to the students. He settled near the window and gazed through the telescope. This wasn't nearly half as fascinating during the day... Well, whatever. Maybe he'd find a UFO or something. His hopes wouldn't be crushed again just yet.

A few moments passed like this, with the boy just examining random clouds and their fluffy texture, birds passing by, even some students flying around near the grounds... He led his gaze a little further to the left, scanning the skies without real purpose, oblivious that the sky seemed to be getting brighter and brighter. Until he found himself staring straight at the sun. "GAHHH!"

Of course; leave it up to Braeden to gaze straight at the sun with a telescope and leave himself blind.

Of course, curiousity got the best of Ellie. She was going to wait until night time to go to the Observatory, but she couldn't help it. She loved the sky. Almost as much as food. The brunette walked into the room and saw an older boy peering through the telescope. Uh-oh. He was heading straight for the sun.

She reached her arm forward (as if that would do anything). "Hey, you-" She was interrupted by his mad yelp. Yep, he found the sun alright. Eeep. She walked briskly towards him. "Hey, are you alright?" She asked, trying not to laugh. Poor guy... but seriously, it was a bit funny...

Oh, Merlin! He was blind! He was BLIND!

No, really. He was. At least in one eye.
Braeden blinked once, twice, thrice, a million times; but his vision was no longer what it used to be. Half of his world was crisp and clear, the other half consisted of blindingly bright white light. No matter how many times he blinked, the brilliant white blob wouldn't get out of his sight, he couldn't see past it.

Through his right eye, the boy could see a girl with brown hair approach him, her voice echoing in his ears, seeming far away. It took him a moment to realize that she was talking to him; he couldn't help feeling a little lost after that... horrible experience. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said with a casual smile, trying to look nonchalant.

Two seconds later, he was already confessing.

"Actually, no, I think I'm blind," he said, more honestly this time. Though the way he confessed it made it seem like going blind was as normal as a stroll through the park. "Unless someone's got their wand lit too bright, but I doubt that's really it..." he muttered absentmindedly, covering his blind eye with his left hand. It didn't make a difference to his sight; he still couldn't see anything to his left. Was he really going to be blind forever?! But... but... he was still so young! Not only that, but he was planning to lose his eyesight either from old age or through some risky Indiana Jones-like adventure, not by doing something stupid like gazing at the sun through a telescope. Uwaa.

She watched the boy blink several times. She wasn't sure she heard him. Of course, she would probably ignore someone too if she had just stared at the sun through a telescope.

Oh, good. Words came out of his mouth. She raised eyebrows at his smile. Liar. She walked towards him slowly, not sure if she should panic and send him to the hospital or remain just as calm as he was. "You know, you'd think that you would be a little less calm if you had just found out you were blind." She muttered. She stood in front of him and watched him cover his left eye.

She thought for a second. "Okay, er... Try closing your eyes for thirty seconds and let your eye adjust back to the darkness." She suggested. Pff, like that would work. Oohh please, don't be blind. She shook her head. "Okay never mind, that was dumb." She said quietly. She pondered again. Wait a minute... Ellie's mother was an eye doctor. This happened to her friend at home several years back! "Oh!" she exclaimed, remembering what her mum had done.

"Here, let me try something." She stepped towards him and covered his right eye with her hand, letting his 'blind' eye adjust all by itself. She lifted her other hand up infront of his left eye and slowly waved two fingers infront of it. "Let me know if you can see any movement at all." That's what her mother had done... right? Please...?

Braeden couldn't help but give a bit of a lopsided grin as the girl with the brown hair pointed out that he should be a little less calm. She was right. He wasn't sure why he wasn't freaking out more about it... Should he cause a scene? Maybe he could be excused from class for a couple days. Hmmmm. Hey, this could work to his advantage! However, before he could consider this too much, the girl was now suggesting he close his eyes for thirty seconds to let his blind eye adjust to the darkness.

Brae saw nothing ridiculous with that plan. He had just closed his brown eyes when the girl decided maybe that wasn't the best thing to try. He opened his eyes again and raised an eyebrow slightly. Okay, if that wasn't going to work, then... what would?

Next thing he knew, she was covering up his good eye. GAH! Now he really was blind! With his good eye covered up, all Braeden could see now was... well, whiteness. He could see the observatory just very vaguely, like a very, very light sketch on a white paper. But everything else was blank. He could just barely see the girl standing in front of him, waving her fingers, but he had to furrow his brows and squint his eyes (or eye) to try to see sharper; everything was still too blindingly bright. "I see movement, yeah..." he admitted, "but I'm not sure what exactly it is that's moving." All he saw was a sort of blur, some motion behind the bright white light.

At least he wasn't completely blind. And it wasn't the first time Braeden nearly-blinded himself by staring straight into a bright light; it usually left him momentarily blind, but with time his eyesight would return to normal. However, he had never looked straight at the sun before. Through a telescope. That was just... a trillion times worse.

"This isn't going to be permanent, is it?" he asked, a bit of panic beginning to taint his voice. Oh Merlin, he didn't want to be blind! This girl seemed to know what she was doing (or at least she certainly seemed to know more than him), so he trusted her predictions blindly (no pun intended).

There was only one place that caroline wanted to be tonight, the observatory. It was beauitful. The perfect place to just relax and look at the stars. Caroline loves the Astronmy stuff. She aced Astromny very year. She walked over and took a telescope, she set it up. She started looking though it.

Georgiana saw the stars through her window in the girls dorm and couldn't help the need to go to the observatory. Finally she reached the Astronomy Tower, from here everything looked amazing.

She turned around and saw a Slytherin girl looking through a telescope, "Beautiful night, right?" she said. Georgiana loved everything related with stars, moon and planets, definitely Astronomy was going to be a great subject for her. "I'm Georgiana, you? Mind if I look the sky with you?" said with a smile

Ellie silently begged that it would work. She somehow felt like she was responsible for making him become... un-blind. He said he could see something moving... "Well, that's a start. Is it, er.. getting any better?" She asked, still waving her fingers. She hoped so. She kept thinking back to those many years ago when her friend had been staring at the sun. Ellie had "triple-dog-dared" him to stare at the sun for five mintues. Well... He did, only blinking a few times. Both her mum and his had gone ballistic. Silly eight-year-olds. She remembered watching her mother waving her fingers in front of his face and having him focus on them until he could see again.

"Well if I remember correctly," she began. "You're eyes are just taking time to adjust back to normal light. This happened to one of my friends a long time ago... sort of." She said with a light laugh. "And you didn't stare at the sun too long, so no, it shouldn't be permanent." Hmm. Let's hope not anyway...? She took her hands down. "Any better?" She asked. And hoped.

Caroline brushed her long blonde hair to the side as she looked into the telescope again. She was trying to find the star, Maia. Caroline turned when someone had addressed her. "It's a Perfect night to come up here and stargaze." She pulled her eyes away. and put her hand out "I'm Cari, well Caroline but you can call me Cari. She smiled "if you want, it sounds cool to me"

Braeden followed the blur of the girl's hand as it moved before him, his brown eye following its movement though still not deciphering exactly what it was looking at. However, after a few more moments of this, he did begin to see more clearly, and was eventually able to tell it was actually the girl's hand. He grinned like a doof when he came to this realization, completely oblivious to how strange he and his new helper must have looked to everyone else in the observatory, covering eyes and waving hands. But who cared about that? His eye was getting better!

"Wow..." Braeden muttered as the girl explained to him what was going on with his eye, and how she assured him this wouldn't be permanent. Thank Merlin. "Are you some sort of healer in training or something?" he asked, his eyesight almost completely back to normal now. At least he could see her clearly now, and though there was what looked like a white stain in his eyesight every time he blinked, for the most part he was almost completely back to normal.

She... she did it! She healed him!
Actually, she'd just covered one of his eyes and waved her hand, but Braeden was easily impressed and easily believed anyone to be a miracle worker. "I'm Braeden, by the way," he said, just then realizing he didn't even know his saviour's name yet. "And no, I don't usually make a hobby of staring at the sun through telescopes; I dunno how that happened..." he added, feeling the need to explain himself. But if he didn't, she'd just think he was some weirdo who walked around purposely blinding himself, and though Brae wasn't the brightest of minds, he wasn't that stupid either. He valued his eyes. They... showed him the way around!

Georgiana was still looking at the sky while she was talking and then turned around to shook her hand "Hi Cari! nice to meet you" she sat down next to her looking at the stars, she wasn't that much of looking through a telescope but did enjoyed looking at the stars and planets more near.

"Love Astronomy too, right?" she said looking at her." I've always enjoyed this, everything looks unknown and... beautiful" *sighs*. She smiled back at Cari.

Caroline grinned I LOOOOVE it! It's my best class." she looked up at the sky and nodded. mysteries beyond our knowledge, it's so beauitful and Amazing" Still looking up at the sky. Caroline looked over at the girl "So first year, Huh? excited I bet"
