Professor Hadley waited for the Ravenclaw and Slytherin players to enter the Gobstones court. As they took their places, she handed them each their appropriate gobstone bags, blue for Ravenclaw, green for Slytherin, each containing the appropriately colored gobstones. She then levitated the gray jackstone into position in the center of the court.
"I presume that before we begin, you have all familiarized yourselves with the rules. There is a zero tolerance for cheating and only one warning will be issued for playing out of turn. Let the match begin." | |

The Sneaky Snakes dig their fangs deeper to penetrate as Miss Destiny aims her stone and it rolls quite close to the Jack Stone. But its enough to cause the Jack Stone to spew some gob over the Ravenclaw players. Don't worry, Eagles, it's washable.

Spoke too soon, because Prefect Carmicheal wasn't about to let his Eagles go down without a fight. Professor Hadley took another sweep around the Gobstones table, checking to make sure no one was fooling the Jack Stone. And then from her peripheral vision, she spotted a blue stone rolling fast toward the Jack Stone in the center and managing to stop just prior to hitting the large stone. "Um?"
Oh. Who knew that Mister Clumsy, Fainting Captain could roll a gobstone?! Ravenclaw wins the round, as his stone knocked Miss She-Snake's stone out of the court. Quote:
