As per the announcement made earlier, the second Charms lesson of the term is to take place, not on the room on the third floor, but in an enclosure in the grounds. This enclosure looks small but is, inside, much larger than a regular classroom. The roof is a mild cream-white and, once you step through the archway that serves as a door, you will see darker desks lining all four walls, leaving most of the space inside the room vacant.
The are large French windows set in each wall, letting light pleasantly flood in. The Professor's desk stands at the front of the classroom, and Jared is standing by it, gloved hands tucked into the pockets of deep black robes, as he waits for the students to start trickling in. Despite the weather outside, the insides of the temporary classroom are pleasantly warm, not too hot but certainly not too cold either.
OOC: Helloooo! Sowwee for the delay. You can RP your charries arriving, but the lesson will probably reaaaally start in five to ten hours. ^__^

Kurumi rushed to her second Charms lesson of the year, but stopped just short of entering. Were they really all going to fit in this? It look like no more than 15 people could fit and even then it would be very cramped. Stepping inside, and she should have seen this coming, that is was much MUGH larger than she expected. "Wow..." she said turning around on the spot to take in everything.
She then made her way towards Professor Descoteaux. "Good day, Professor Descoteaux," she smiled in greeting. Now...time to find a seat...

Belle was excited for charms. Last class she remembered she had a blast with the water balloons. Now she went to go find a seat, she saw the professor and said cheerily "Hello Professor!" She got out her books ready for class to start.
''Hello Professor'' Josh Carter uttered cheerfully once he entered the classroom. Then taking his place at the front of the classroom, near the Professor's desk, he faced everybody in the classroom with his famous overly confident attitude. ''SLYTHERINS!'' then he yelled to have everybody's attention. Well, at least the attention of Slytherin students.
''I have good news for you which you'll be all delighted to hear about.'' Hehehehe. *ehem ehem* ''From now on, I, Joshua Carter: the great hero and The Master of Everything will be your male prefect'' giving all the Slytherins a cool look the Gryffindor boy went on ''Great, is not it? I can tell that you are all pretty lucky for that matter'' Bahahaha ''And ah, if any of you should see the proof for that, you can have a close look of this. If you must, of course.''
And after those words and laughting rather loudly, he showed them the shiny Slytherin prefect badge (that he had stolen from Prerfect Evan) that was pinned on his Gryffindor robe.
Hah. Coolness...
This boy was dead. He was simply dead. First stealing HIS badge, then hiding out in his common room like a chicken until the class time to keep HIS badge... But see, even the most chicken person had to meet his fate, and Evan being his fate would not turn out to be nice for him. An infuriated Evan, to be exact, was disastrous. But than Evan also had to be responsible for the sake of his badge that was now in the hands of Joshua. If only he was given the chance, the real prefect could drown the boy in a spoonful of water. He had waited in front of the Gryffindor entrance for more than a few hours, but the boy, probably knowing that he'd be dead, hadn't come out. And Evan could see his sense perfectly: Wearing that badge in a classroom, and Evan wasn't able to punch him hard in the face. Yeah, he was so dead... after the class.
Flashing a short, stressed smile at the professor -because he was never mean to them, even in the hardest conditions- he walked fastly to the Gryffindor.
"Showing our lovely face, are we, in the presence of a professor at last?" he adressed the boy in a calmness that shocked even him. But he was pretty sure the boy would be giving him that badge today, in this moment in fact. Because there wasn't many place he could run now. Plus, the professor was on his side too. HA! He'd like to have punched him in the face before snatching back what was HIS, but... this was fair enough too.
"You're disturbing the class, Joshua, with your immaturity. You either give that badge to me NOW, or else..." He glanced at the professor, clearly suggesting he'd not be shy to seek help from the man. That 'else' also had some edge as well, but that wasn't to be made public. Not in front of a professor.

Nika wandered in and looked around, why are we having class here? Hmmm... As she made her way inside she looked at the front of the classroom where the professor was standing next to his desk. She felt very embarrassed for not having introduced herself to the professor before her first class. Nika walked right up to him this time deciding that it's better late than never."Hello Professor. I'm Nika Adler. I didn't have a chance to introduce myself to you last time," the short little girl spoke with a soft high-pitched voice.

Having gotten the notice of the setting for the latest Charms class, Simon made his way accross the gold ground, properly bundled up with his bag slung over his shoulder. He entered through the arch and was glad for the warmth he was greeted with.
"Hello Professor," he greeted with a nod about to find a seat when his thoughts were interupted by the loud announcement of his best friend.

"You as Slytherin Pre--JOSH!" he exclaimed before hearing the rightful prefect talk up andswering his unspoken question of where it had come from.
"No need for threats," Simon told the prefect trying his best to dispell the situation. "Give itback to him Josh," he told his friend as he turned to him.

Reason: missed Evan
First Lesson outside.....well besides CoMC that was.
Knowing full well that Professor D. would have the space where they would have their class nice and warm, Patroclus battled through the snow, following the line of students that were heading towards the outdoor enclosure.
Arriving at he arch way, Patroclus smiled as the heat and warmth of the room washed over him. "Hello Professor Descoteaux!" the prefect greet the man, as he stamped the snow from his shoes, and the ends of his robe......which were rather damp.
"Actually Sir I have a question," he said as he pasted the Professor's desk and found a seat near the Front, "Would you by any chance be able to teach me the charm to dry the hem of snow-soaked robs....the hot air charm?" It would be most useful on a day like today, and after all they were only at the beginning of winter!

Raven nodded in agreement. "Yes, Professor, Please, it's cold here" He say
Jake looked over at the three younger males and raised an eyebrow after glancing at Descoteaux. Only the Slythering was being... reasonable. Which was expected; he WAS a Prefect.
Feh.
Prefects.
Jake cleared his throat loudly as he watched them. OHHHHH to crack some heads.

Hah. Coolness...
Sierra, who'd just taken a seat near Evelyn, quickly turned her head toward the door when someone yelled, quite loudly, for the Slytherins.
... No words could describe what happened next. There was a boy--Evelyn's boyfriend, Sierra thought--loudly proclaiming himself to now be the prefect of Slytherin house. He'd even shown up with the badge to prove it, which Sierra figured he'd somehow borrowed from Evan.
She wanted to be annoyed with him, but how could she, when he was so willingly donating to the cause? In other words, he was practically begging to lose house points, and if and when he did, that would just put the snakes even closer to that house cup.
Smiling to herself, Sierra simply turned away from the boy and attempted to mind her business. Really, though, she was keeping her ears wide open just in case those Lions lost house points.
Whilst waiting for Professor D's response to the Hot Air Charm request, Patroclus' focus was draw to a comotion that was taking place, and that was rather potenially problematic, Josh had stollen a badge from a fellow prefect and was now screaming at the top of his lungs.
Twisting around in his chair so he could make eye contact with his fellow Lion, Patroclus put on his Prefect Face, "Josh mate, seriously just give Evan back his badge, beside I thought you were a Lion......" he tried to be a non-nagging as possible, "And try not to make such a scene, you're interupting a professor's lesson, and putting our current points lead in risk.....please just think about what you are doing, and think about all the kids who have worked so hard for these points...." He didn't want to come off as a prat, but Josh need to be told.
Zanders attention was completley taken up by the silly Lion boy whod stolen the Slytherin prefects badge, gah he was awful with names , and he reaalllyy should know the name of his own prefect.

Marie walked into the outdoors Charms classroom just in time hear Josh announce that he was...
WHAT!?
How stupid was that boy? First he steals Evan's badge then he has the nerve to show up in a class and announce that he is the Slytherin Prefect... In front of a professor. Evelyn really didn't have a very bright boyfriend did she.
Walking over to Evan she looked over at the professor and greeted him. "Hello Professor." She then looked over at Josh and glared at him while listening to what his friends were saying to him. "Yes Joshua, why don't you listen to your friends here and act like a good little boy now and give back what will NEVER belong to you." The boy was really twisted if he thought he was ever going to be good enough to be a prefect... for any house.
Looking over at Evan she whispered, "Don't worry, he'll be wishing he would have never taken your badge when I get done with him."
Oh that boy was so getting kicked... and punched... and whatever else she felt like doing to him after class.
Charlie walked to the group that could basically be heard all over the grounds. As she sidled up she let out a simple, "Hello," before looking for a friendly face. It sucked that she was new here and still didn't know people. Even in her own house.

"Of course." she replied, nodding her head some. Eh, she hadn't thought of it actually. In fact, she mostly forgotten about how they were all soaking wet by the time they left Charms class.

Teehee.
Alright, so she totally ignored Salander afterward once she heard Josh's voice...and then saw him. And he was speaking to the Slythies? Now she HAD to pay attention. It was mandatory!
The obvious on her face however, slowly began to disappear as he spoke. Male prefect? For Slytherin?
She found that hard to believe, but once her hazel eyed gaze found the SLYTHERIN prefect back on the Gryffindor's shirt, her eyebrows shot up and mouth hung open in surprise. Where did he get that from? More importantly...who did he take get it from?
Seemed like her non spoken question was answered. Josh took Evan's prefect badge? SNORT!
Having full faith that Josh would be giving the badge back at any moment, whether willing or...not willingly...depending on how the situation goes, Evelyn leaned over to grab her bag and take out her notebook and quill to get ready for whatever lesson they would be learning today. That is, until she heard Patroclus' voice. And....Marie's?
SPOILER!!: O__O you two! Lemur boy and Marie

She didn't particular enjoy Marie's comments to Josh, yet...well no, she didn't like that. At all. It would have been even worse if she heard what she said to Evan, but since she didn't, Evelyn would just have to settle was a few glares at Marie.
And keeping her mouth shut. Not a good time to speak now.

Reason: bag...not back.
(too lazy to quote) XD Evan, Simon, Patroclus, Marie and Jake, Sierra, Evelyn ;)
9 3/4 ticket holder / The SS Mentalist / Sherlock / The Master Of Everything / Josh + <3 = Ev
The Gryffindor's natural confident attitude was all that could be seen when one looked at him as the boy eyed the Slytherin students again ''And, you lovely snakes, i want to add this too before i happen to forget about it: Nooow i gueess you all must obey me. Fail to do so...well...i have not thought over that part yet but be aware that i'll make something up soon'' BAHAHAHAHAHA! And Josh was about to leave the front of the class to choose himself a nice desk to occupy during the lesson when a furious looking Evan appeared and again made the mistake of trying to look like the good prefect. Meh!
Turning to face him, the great hero (as he calls himself) gave the true Slytherin prefect a little smile ''Why should not i? Everybody loves my lovely face, Cartwright, unlike your always grumpy one'' he stopped for an instant as he glanced at the badge he had aand...bleh. He, of course, was not disturbing anything. The class had not started yet, had it? Surely not. But Joshua was not going to comment on that part ''...or what? Dude, are you going to make me got bright pink underwear? Oh, that's scary. I am sooo much terrified'' after those words the sixteen-year-old boy pretended to be shivering and then laughed at the Slytherin Prefect's face.
Once he heard Simon's voice, demanding to know what he was doing, Josh stopped laughing at looked at his friend with a rather innocent expression. It was apparent from his exclamation that the Captain was not happy with the joke his friend was performing. ''Just having a bit of fun, mate'' he replied before giving Evan another look and turning back to face Simon ''Umm...why does not he come and try to get it himself? If he has enough guts and strenght to do that, of course''
It looked like this was going to be a problem for him while his only intention was having fun. He meant no harm. And there was no harm except poor Cartwright's damaged ego. As he considered this Josh half laughed again and simply eyed the Gryffindor Prefect when he heard his familiar voice. And what he was saying...just made the Gryffie raise his eyebrows ''Of course, i am a lion. Ever doubted that?'' hearing this statement, to be frank, was a bit annoying. Especially coming from a housemate. ''And for the sake of an half eaten apple, why would i want to interrupt a lesson unless i plan to protect Evelyn from a weird kind of mental harm caused by any unnecessary information? Mmm no, no points are going to be lost for a simple joke''
Hah...
Now who was that female voice? Josh was talking to the prefect for his house, could not she see that? Act like a good boy? BAHAHAHAHA. Now this was something new. With the smirk on his face, the Gryffindor faced the snake girl, Marie, and eyed her some before he took a deep breath and spoke ''I am a good boy, actually. I saved your prefect from the burden this badge caused because i heard him complaining about it. He was not happy. So i saved him by taking his badge away'' Yeah, did this make sense to you she-snake?
As Marie whispered something that Josh could not hear, the lion boy ignored those two and looked around the class at the other students again. Some of them were watching the fuss at the front of the class and some were just being busy with their own business. Good choice. Because Josh did not really wanted many people to watch this since none of them seemed to comprehend that he was only joking for the fun of it. Aha, the Gryffindor saw Mr. ex-Stutters Jake looking at his way and, since there was a professor in the classroom, he only stared him back, the next moment focusing on others instead; like those Slytherin girls.
The one who looked like to be a first year, as Josh observed, looked like she had been watching too but when he saw her turn away the Gryffindor moved his dark brown gaze next to her only to see...

Unfortunately it looked like his adorable and irresistible she-snake was not really happy with what the boy was doing. Yet since the girl's sight made the Gryffindor froze for a moment and his heart to beat faster, it was obvious that he missed her pretty much, he was unable to do anything else for a couple of moments just staring at her. Then, when he finally managed to snap out of it, Joshua took the badge off and looked down at it before he approached Evan to give it back.
If Evelyn was not happy with it, the last thing Josh wanted on earth was annoying her.

Charms was outside? Cool. Sakura was sick of being stuck inside so being outside was a real relief. She loved cold weather. Only technically they were in an enclosure... But still they weren't inside the castle.
"Hello Professor Descoteaux," Sakura said as she walked past the man to claim a spot in the enclosure and get ready for the lesson to start. She simply observed what was happening with the other students, content to wait and people watch.
Professor Descoteaux was sooooooooooo fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine. Mia entered the classroom with a huuuuge smile on her face that was most defintely directed in the Professor's direction and she had just opened her mouth to greet him when she heard some students arguing with each other.
She turned her head to see that Gryffindor boy that Marie had kicked last year being the centre of attention. Now Mia had no idea what was going on but she was getting some bad vibes from them.
EEEEK!!!!!
Mia moved closer to the Professor. "Er...hello Professor Descoteaux."
Can I stay here with you before chaos breaks out??
Since when did Professors insist on lugging their desks everywhere? Seriously? It was strange to see the thing right there. Even though it was inside it was still just...strange.
Those thoughts however were quickly dismissed with all the hullabaloo around a stolen Prefect badge. Gryffindor stole Slytherin? Epic win! Except that some people seemed to be boiling just a little over the situation. Shaking his head a little at what he considered unnecessary tension, he slipped by Josh, clapping him on the shoulder as he made his way to return the badge.
Then he moved just to Arya's side, dropping his bag on the floor beside hers and folding his arms across his chest and giving a slight nod and smile to the Professor. "Morning Sir. Excellent heating you have installed." Or maybe that was simply the hot air of the rest of the students.

The perfectly preserved paleness of Salmandrius Beaugustus Malfoy's visage was due to the fact that he studiously avoided spending ANY time in the outdoors. He cast a disdainful eye upon the swarthy, freckled cheeks of his classmates and very pointedly lowered his wand - from whose tip a parasol had been charmed to extend. As weak as the Scottish sun was during this time of the year, he could not take any chances.
Though as much as the walk over to the enclosure took a mighty toll on him, everybody knew that one could not hold a Charms lesson without one who actually possessed charm in abundance (namely: Sally B).
"Good morning, Professor..." Sally paused on his way over to his desk, "Discotheque?"
curly haired prefect - "sometimes I get angry!" - 30/90 - *chicken emoji* - probably @ Disney - I speak dog
Alex had no idea what to expect as he headed out to his second charms class--after all, the class wasn't in the actually CLASSROOM so something had to be up, right?! Carrying his books under one arm, he walked into the enclosure and was surprised to find that it was actually pretty warm in here. A little too warm, actually, but Alex was always a little toasty no matter where he was.
He waved cheerfully at the professor before heading over to an empty desk. He plopped down in the middle of one that hadn't been taken and placed his books to the corner of the desk. With that, he yawned and looked around. Some people seemed to be arguing about something...ehh well. Whatever it was did not concern him and he was just fine with that, thank you very much.

Amadeus strolled into the classroom, giving a nod and a smile to the professor before taking a seat at an empty desk, removing his leather messenger bag from his shoulders after sliding into his seat. Taking out his wand, eagle feather quill, ink, and a fresh roll of parchment, he placed them neatly on his desk like a typical Ravenclaw would and leaned back slightly in his seat, glancing over the students that were already in the room and those that were shuffling inside and conversing with others. Pursing his lips, he remembered that he had quidditch practice tomorrow. Hopefully a bludger wouldn't slam into his back this time around and nearly knock him from a broom. The blonde unconsciously rubbed his lower back, wincing slightly before bringing his hands to rest lazily at his side.

"Hi Professor."
Smiling at the Professor and giving a little wave, Ivory folded up her parchment and stuffed it into her book bag as she spotted her best friend not too far off. Gosh, she had been preoccupied lately. It felt like ages since she'd last seen her bestie.
"Hey you." Giving her a quick hug, Ivory plopped down on the neighboring desk her eyes looking around the enclosure curiously.

Arya had busied herself with undoing her scarf and removing her head gear while watching the scene with the Griffindor prefect when her bestie, who she hadn't seen in forever, arrived at her side. A smile spreading across her face, she returned the hug before settling into her seat. "Haven't seen you in awhile." And boy did they have some catching up to do.
Just as she was settling back into her seat, her other best friend had arrived, widening her smile. She gave him a playful nudge, she finally did settle back into her seat. The heat was nice in here, wasn't it?

"Okay mate?"
" I agree with you" Rex told Patty. " U am not in the mood to lose points" Rex said to Patty. " Yhe Lions are working hard to get all their poits" Rex explained to Patty.

" Josh, we have not really talked this term" Rex told him. " I kind believe you are asting like this now, you had been so cool last term" Rex said to Joshua. " Last term, you would have been mad if somene took another's property" Rex explained to Joshua. " Give the Slytherin prefest is badge and please do not lose points for our house" Rex smiled.

Well that was a change in events.
Opening her notebook, Evelyn moved her glare gaze from Marie to Josh, only to see him taking OFF the badge and looking as if he was about to give it back. Huh, she would have thought he'd keep it until Professor What'shisname told him to give it back.
See now? He was a good person. Just having some fun is all.
SEE MARIE!? SEE THAT?!!

Oh gah, it was the dogasaurus. The Slytherin couldn't help but roll her eyes some. "Relax Trigwell." she said, leaning back in her seat as she crossed her arms. "He's giving it back." Unless he was blind and couldn't see that.
