On both the inside and the outside, Mr. Constantine Masterson’s hut is clean and very professional looking. There’s a small flower off to the side of his little set of stairs and neatly cut grass on the other side. Inside, the hut is simple looking, containing all the necessities. His favourite photos of Madison and Jadyn are lined up nicely on the mantle above the fireplace.

Come on up and knock on the door a few times. If there’s no answer, just leave a note. He’s probably inside, but probably having an intense match of tug-o-war with Roma, his dog.

Knock ,Knock,Knock after waiting a Few min, pulls out a pice of parchment and scribbles a note

Mr. Constantine,
My self and a few outher American Students in Hufflepuff wanted to have a pic-nic, and due the how cold it is getting maybe a bonfire for Labor Day. Sat ,Sun,Mon. Is fine we would also like to invite the students and staff,of all three schools,what do we need to do to make this happen?

Noting that there was already somebody waiting for him on his bench, Constantine opened his door. The first thing he came across was the note from a hufflepuff student. He quickly read the note, raising an eyebrow at the name scribbled on the bottom. It wasn't one that he recognized...must be a new student.

Crumpling the paper up and chucking it aside, he leaned out to motion for his new prefect to enter.

After picking her basket up off the bench, Lori headed into the hut, and smiled at her Head of House. "Hey Sir! I er.. just brought you some cookies and stuff, and yeah... I wanted to thank you for you know... the badge and stuff. It's a real honour." And it was, you know, she felt like .. important.

"But yeah, here you go." The seventh year smiled at Mr. Masterson and took one of the treat boxes from the basket and handed it to him.

Masterson smiled and accepted the box from her. "Thank you very much, Miss Bristol. And, it's no big deal, really. You seemed highly competent for the position, so it seemed logical to give it to you," he nodded. "But, thank you. Are you ready for a new school term?"

Smiling, Lori shrugged. "Thanks, sir. I just hope I can be a good prefect, you know... I'm glad though... In a way. Is that weird?". It was weird, wasn't it? She was just a weird child with a weird view of things. Oh weirdo child.

Ready for the new term? Shrugging once more, Lorelai chuckled. "As ready as I can be, you know, big exams coming and the triwizard stuff. I'm excited, for sure. But I dunno about ready. Can you ever be ready for the unknown?" She supposed you could, it was just a skill she hadn't mastered yet.

He chuckled gently, heading over to a table in the middle of room and putting the box of cookies down. They were to be devoured later on in the evening. Perhaps as a victory treat to himself for giving Roma a bath.

"Mmm, no," he shrugged. "I guess no one can ever be ready...But, you can be ready to expect the unknown. You'll be fine," he added, nodding.

After Miss Bristol had gone, Constantine poked his head outside to see who the next student would be...

Brittany was a little surprised to hear him call her by her last name "wow he's good" Brittany thought to herself. She quickly rose of the bench giving a small wave to everyone before entering.

She did catch sight of him tearing down Mikey's note and she had to stiffle a laugh. He was going to be pretty disappointed but he would get over it. "Hello Mr. Masterson." Brittany said turning her attention back to the reason she was here. She gave him a small nervous smile as her fear returned. "Im Brittany Lee..But it looks like you already know that." She wondered did all the heads of house know theyre students. "Im sorry for opposing on you in your home but i didnt have the pleasure of meeting you at the feast so i thought i would now." She said giving him another nervous smile.

Masterson grinned. "I do my research, Miss Lee. I'd rather know who my students are, than look silly and make myself look incompetent in front of the other head of houses.". Like Lafay. Cough.

"I'm glad to meet you, regardless. I hope will help and assist the Hufflepuff house to victory."

Ahh so the Masterson liked to stay on his A game when it came to the huffies. She was going to have to keep that one in mind for later

"Of course I will." She said brightly. "Ive attended all of my classes and Ive been trying my hardest to participate in everything. I really Want to make a good example for our house." She said sincerly. She was a little upset that they snakes kept one uping the other houses in everything but she was hoping to change that...soon

Brittany Beamed with satisfaction. The head of House just gace her a praise and she was estatic about it. She would have to keep her hard work up.

"Oh No thank you Sir. Im sure I wasted your time enough today. I just wanted to introduce myself and now i'll be on my way. Thank you for your time." She said smiling at him and giving him a small wave before walking out the door.

Once she was gone, he walked just outside his door, and called "Next!" to the next student in line.

Fidgeting with her backpack she hadn't bothered to put back on properly and instead held in the front between her two arms, Katie smiled happily. This visit would - or atleast she thought it should, - be much better than the one last term, though Masterson had been very nice to her then it just wasn't her ideal situation to come talk to him about. "Hello Mr. Masterson, how was your summer?"

Bobbing her curly haired head a little bit, the Hufflepuff girl stepped inside, her dark eyes glancing toward the couch and then floor where the toys had been last term, half expecting to see the teeny tiny future badger herself sitting and playing. "That sounds like a well spent, relaxing summer!" Katie's smile grew when a cat and bunny were added to the list, rather amused at the thought. "A cat, too?" Or maybe not that relaxing, if the dogs chased the cat and the cat chased the bunny. Or Jadyn chased the dogs and the cat and.. yeaaah.

"Mine was good, very fun - except for one small incident that was.. really not so pleasant," She added slowly, remembering THAT little problem. Blinking, she shook her head. "Otherwise, very good. It was nice to spend lots of time with my family again." Katie missed them already, but she was fifteen now and being homesick was not an option.

Katie hadn't expected that question. Hesistating a moment, the girl spoke up once more, "The friendship kind? Kind of. It was more a problem of.. having two friends who don't like each other. At all." Apparently. Making a bit of a face as the memory came to the surface, Katie went on to explain, "You see.. Mister Masterson, Legend's family and my family go way, way back, they're close, so we kind of- no, we do live in the same area, really close. Same street and everything.." Trailing off point, she wrinkled her nose. "Anyway, you could say there was a bit of a.. problem, between Legend and my friend, Hunter."

Taking a seat in a chair at the dining room table, he listened to her story. Once she had finished, he gave her a consoling look. Or, something that he HOPED would look consoling. He was still learning how to do this.

"Yeah, that would suck," he nodded.

Katie nodded her head in agreement. "Boys do grow up and mature and everything normal, right? I mean.. they kind of have to at some point, don't they? Atleast a little bit?" Merlin help her if they didn't. "An older boy back in my first year here told me that they do, but he didn't sound very confident about that." She added, pulling out a seat across from her Head of House.

Constantine grinned guiltily and took the opportunity to scratch his chin. "I am, of course, right to assume you want a truthful answer?" He would give her the truth, of course, but she probably wouldn't be very fond of it.

Sitting down, Katie placed her chin in her hand, almost nodding her head again but stopped. "Truthful, please. I could easily get a very biased answer from any boy in my year." And naturally, Katie would take Masterson's word, good or bad, over a fifteen year old boys any day of the week.

Constantine took the opportunity to consider what he would say by scratching his chin. It was only when he stopped that he relaxed back into his seat and start to talk. "Well, some boys do grow up to mature men. However, it's not a scientific fact, but I think that at least 99% of the time that they grow up and still act like idiots. Not as much as childhood, but it's still there."

Nodding slowly as she absorbed the answer she was given, remaining quiet while she thought about it, Katie finally looked back to her Head of House as she spoke. "I was afraid of that." She admitted. That was assuming they did make it through school, something Katie wasn't so sure of. "We won't have another Tri-Wizard Tournament at Hogwarts for atleast another four years, right? That'll be after we leave school, and one less reckless stunt I'll have to worry about Legend and Mat getting in to." She paused, the corners of her mouth tugging down in slight concern. "They drive me crazy more than half the time, and always on purpose, yet I prefer them alive and in one piece."

Annnyway. "Oh!" Remembering part of the reason she had come, Katie shifted in her seat. The Hufflepuff reached down to grab her backpack from near her feet and tried to find the right zipper she was looking for. "Mister Masterson, is Jadyn here?"

Constantine gave her an encouraging smile. "Eh, don't be so negative," he shrugged, leaning back in his seat. "Have faith in them. I know I said that boys still grow up to be idiots, but sometimes they'll surprise you."

His smile faded a little as their conversation changed for idiot males to his baby girl. "Oh, no, Jadyn isn't here this term. She's at home with my wife, her mom. Why?"
