The driver and snack lady sit up front in the driver's cab, but there are plenty of other compartments up here. Prefects have their very own!

Kevin wandered up to the front of the train dragging his trunk behind him and sat in an empty compartment and sighed he was now returning to Hogwarts and he was glad to get away from his aunt his placed his trunk on the seat beside him and place Bubbles cage and Ralf's cage up on the shelf

Ginny walked onto the fron of the Hogwarts Express. She was very excited of being back and finally for her second year. She couldn't see anyone she knew.

Lissa wandering into the front of the train with her trunk, owl cage and other stuff with her. God this was hard. She looked for a compartment and saw Kevin. "Hey Kevin," she spoke after opening the door. "Mind if I join you?" she asked.

Kevin looked at Lissa and said "Of course Lissa your more than welcome to join me"

Mina stepped foot on the train again and moved toward the front of the train, just as she did last term and the term before it. The front compartments were the ones that always felt right to her and a part of her knew she was a creature of habit. It was expected of her and maybe her friends would find her there. But she highly doubted that now, well now after what had happened in the past few weeks.

Finding an empty compartment, she settled in as she placed her messanger bag and Diana's cage beside her. The little owl hooted at her and gave he sad eyes, which she answered with a frown. Her owl could sense something was wrong and didn't like it. Shaking her head, Mina looked out the window as she folded her legs under herself and sighed.

You did this to yourself, so you have no one to blame but yourself. You are who you are.

The voices were right and she knew it, but she didn't have to like it. Her mind was still swimming with so much stuff and she was move confused than anything now. Pictures and memories kept flashing in her head and she couldn't stop them any more. She was really in for a long term, she knew it already.

"Lissa", Ginny called out to her with her trunk, owl and all her other stuff with her. "Do you mind if I join you?", Ginny asked as there was another boy in the compartment she didn't know.

"Thanks!" Lissa looked out of the compartment and saw Ginny. "Hey, Ginny! Sure." Lissa smiled at her, settling her stuff down.

Lily-anne pulled her trunk onto the train with a bit of help from her dad then picked up Felidea basket and Tytoni cage from her mum she smiled at them one last time and kissed her mother on the cheek before wandering down the train as she did she spotted Mel with kavin and a girl she didn't know she made her way towards them and smiled "mind if i join you" she said heaving her trunk to her

Kevin smiled at Lissa and said to her friend "Your more than welcome to join us" Kevin smiled at Lili-Anne and said "Sure you can join us"

Chelsea walked in the front of the train and looked around. She shuffled over to the group of people that were already sitting down.

"Hey guys... do you mind if I sit with you?"

"thank you" she said with a smile attempting to lift her trunk onto one of the over heads

Kevin said to Lili-Anne "Do you want some help there" Kevin looked at the girl who spoke and said "I don't mind at all"

"Sure, how are you all?" Mel spoke, sitting down.

"No, not at all." Melissa thought that she would wait to say her name because she had no idea if anyone else would come in.

She smiled greatfully "if you don't mind" she laughed "i not very stong" she said
"yeah i'm good can't belive i'm finally on the hogwarts express" she said cheerfully

"Thanks Lissa", Ginny smiled at her.

"Thank you very much", said Ginny as she smiled at him.

Kevin smiled at Lili-Anne and said "Of course i do not mind" Kevin helped Lili-Anne put her trunk up on the shelf, Kevin smiled and said "I am Kevin and you are"

"Thanks guys." Chelsea says to Kevin and Mellisa.

"So... I'm Chelsea. I'm a first year, and a muggleborn, so I have no idea whats going on here..." she says as she fidgets a little in her seat.

Kevin smiled at Chelsea and said "I will help you settle in Chelsea and you will not be alone"

Selena wandered onto the train and looked around. There were already students on the train. She looked for an empty compartment, it was a good thing she got there early. She peered inside one, full. Then the one next to it, occupied. She looked in the one after, empty. Selena lifted her trunk, struggling to put it at the shelf above. She hated being short. After successfully placing her trunk up along with her owl, she opened her messenger bag and pulled out a book. 'this seems to be quite a long year...' Selena thought to herself in an eerie silence. People were already chatting with others. She felt a bit out of place... She opened the potions book, and started to read.

Chelsea smiles, "Thanks! At least I've got someone to get through this craziness."

Thin hair tied back into a fluffy, magically-dried ponytail, already dressed in her school robes, Wesley levitated her heavy trunk onto the train (all by herself!). After solemnly crossing her heart, sealing her promise to brave the tall and scary Owlery and write, the 14-year-old gave a last wave to her family before turning to face her other family. Her school family.

She was early, she knew she was. But the train was already beginning to fill. And Wesley was happy to be back.

After briefly considering the idea of levitating her trunk all the way to her compartment, the Hufflepuff decided to pull it by hand. Much safer. Grunting with effort, the short (but still taller than last year!) girl managed to move it down the hallway before simply giving up.

Maybe she was out of shape. Maybe all the butterbeer she drank the night before hadn't been such a great idea. Or maybe her trunk, now loaded with a sleeping bag and some muggle exercise clothes along with the rest of her school things, simply weighed more. Whatever the case, Wesley was done. She was going to find the nearest compartment, and then she was going to rest.

Joining two other (younger?) girls at the door, the brunette joined in the chorus, giving her best smile, "Do you think you maybe have room for one more? Maybe? Please?"

Kevin smiled and said "No problem Chelsea and everything is pretty crazy at times" Kevin smiled at the girl who asked to join them and said "Sure the more the merrier"

Mel smiled at her, she was cheerful too, even more now that her hair was dry. But that conversation with Amy left her in wonder.

"No problem Ginny!" Lissa exclaimed excited.

"Your welcome. Nice to meet you Chelsea. I'm Melissa, Melissa Bellator," she could be formal when she wanted to, she smiled at Chelsea. "I'm a first year too and a muggleborn, I'm sure that you will do alright." Lissa spoke positively.

"thank you" she said with a smile and took a seat "i'm Lily-anne, its nice to meet you"
