Snorting, Joshua crushed the piece of parchment and threw it at the icky stone floor where it hopped once and remain still in a corner as he walked in Dungeon Five. How ironic it was that he started it with the word 'Dear' instead of some other specific words. Maybe this could be taken as a good sign anyway. *Sigh* ''This place stinks!'' he said as he approached the desk there. Merlin's pants, he hated dungeons! And this was even worse than the Potions classroom. Wait! The Potions classroom looked like a paradise garden of colourful flowers next to this.

And he had to suffer this odious place because of that Jake kid. Grrrr and grrr more grrr. He was going to show him who was the boss once he got rid of this trouble, of course and he believed he could handle a stinky, damp dungeon and the stuff inside it no matter how much he hated it. Hmmm. He glanced around. Maybe a little bit more light could make it better.

Whatever...

Professor Lawson strolled casually into the detention check in and stopped just inside the door. "Nice to see that you are on time Mr Carter." Marcus gave his wand a flick and 'accioed' the Gryffindor's wand, which he quickly pocketed.

"Sign your name in the register and then head over to the Hooligan Hole, I will meet you there shortly." Lawson turned on his heel and left the room.

Josh turned around when he heard footsteps echoing in the damp room only to see *Grrr* Professor Lawson. And nice to see him on time! Was that sarcastic, too? ''Yea. I never miss my important meetings'' he said with an obviously fake smile. Ohh my wand!! My Salamander wand! He glared at the professor with narrowed eyes as he took his wand and left the room immediately. Just before that what did he say? Hooligan Hole? What?! ''What! I'm not a hooligan!'' he yelled after him but he was already gone. So forcing himself not to pronounce the insults occured in his mind about Lawson he took the quill on the desk to fill the register form.

Then he left the room to get to the *eyeroll* Hooligan Hole

Mina shouldn't get rid of the feeling of dread in her stomach as she walked into the dungeon. She was still kicking herself over why she was there. She really should have known better and just waited for try-out. Her nerves were just getting the best of her. But she couldn't take it all back now and she just had to take what was coming to her.

It was only a matter of time, in her opinion, before she would get into trouble and have to serve a detention. At least it was early in her time at Hogwarts, she tried to reason with herself. Better now then later. The logic made sense or at least she was trying to tell herself.

It's just one detention, you can make it through it.

The old musty smell of the Detention Check-In room always brought back fond memories of his school days many, many years ago and it also sent a chill down his spine. Smiling, he stepped into the room and saw that Mina had arrived.

"Ah, Mina! Please sign your name in the register and report to the Criminal Cell so that your detention can commence," he said rather cheerfully and he stepped out of the room whistling a cheerful tune.

Mina turned to see Professor Vindictus enter the room and he was whistling. Normally that wouldn't bother her, but at the moment she wasn't feeling that was a good sign at all. "Yes, professor." she replied as she did as she was told.

Looking down at her shaking handwriting, she took a deep breath. Just one detention, it won't kill you. If so, why was she still terrified so? Shaking her head, she turned and left the room.

Carter entered the dungeons. Detention time. This would be his first time ever in any kind of trouble. He didn't really care though. His whole world had come crashing down because a promise to a friend. He wandered around the room spotting a register. Mina's name was in it. He felt a pang of guilt and hurt. Stupid, stupid Carter. He sighed. Whatever the Professor planned for him couldn't be as bad as what was going on his life. And with those thoughts he signed in an awaited the Professor.

The cheerfull whispering echoed in the corridor and became increasingly louder until the whistler himself entered the Detention Check-In room. "Ah, I see that you already signed in, Carter," Vindictus said after glancing at the clipboard. "You need to report to the Torture Chamber immediately so that we can get your punishment started."

He then turned his back and walked out of the room, but he wasn't whistling as he left.

Well...detention.

Josh walked into the familiar, disgusting and damp dungeon. Rose was not around...yet and he wondered how she would feel like once she sae that nasty place. Maybe it was nasty for him after all and she would not react it that much for she was already living in dungeons, was not she?

Moreover, there was one more topic he was wondering about; was Lupa extra angry at her for making her cry at the slumber party? Was that going to contribute on his detention? Eeek! She was scary, for sure.

Trying to keep his mind away from those thoughts, he wlked to the desk. He knew what to do pretty well since it was not his first time there.

The professor had to be kidding. Giving her a detention? Giving HER...a DETENTION?! It was, unbelievable! Walking down to a part of the dungeons she'd never been before, Evelyn glanced around, frowning since it didn't look much different than the other dungeon hallways and rooms, only to spot a familiar head of hair.

Pffft....Josh. Everything from the slumber party was still reeling through her mind at the moment. Ugh! If only she could have brought that camraderie potion with her...That would have surely livened things up. Oh that would have been the best detention ever.

Seeing him do...something, she wasn't sure, she stealthily walked up behind him and peaked around his shoulder as he walked to somewhere else. A sign in? Really? Whatever...

"Carter, Flores." She said to the two students smiling, "If you would follow me to the lover's lair please." She said and walked out the door. Most likely they would have thought they were going to the hooligan hole... but this... this would be more fun.

Wow, Detention Im so scared she thought saracastically. Violet walked in the Dungeons. She looked around, and saw how weird the place looked. They have a check in? She went over to the desk and put down her name, house and year. And then she waited, with a bored look on her face, just looking at the dungeon wall.

Vindictus didn't even bother to change after the Quidditch game and walked into the dungeon. "Oh, goody. Fancy seeing you here, Violet," he said rather sarcastically. "Report to the Hooligan Hole immediately."
