As Lannes toured the castle, he came upon the third floor. The day had been confusing, the moving staircases and other magical things. When he arrived to the armory it was finally something he could relate to. Lannes took great interest in history, and the armor therefore fascinated him. When he was in France he studied the French knights, and his love of the greek and Roman mythology such as Troy, brought him to liking armor, and magic. The armor here however was meaningless. What it was from was beyond him. It looked very little like the Knights Hospitaller or Templar, or any other muggle knight order. Never the less, he like this corridor.
"I shall come here more often."
And with that he departed to tour the castle.

Must... make it... out to greenhouses.... must... fix.... pppoor Devil's Snare.... must... take off... these... boots....

Stumbling around the corner from the Hospital Wing, Professor Bunbury clinged to the wall and desperately searched for a place to remove her shoes. She had to get away from the Wing but she also needed a better escape plan that would not involve injuring her precious heels in the process. Besides. She had run around this castle barefoot once before... no one would notice this time around.

Ah, the Armor Gallery. That would do. Bunbury scuttled in and plopped down behind a giant shiny piece, untangling the little ties on the side of her shoes.

Sneakers pounding the stones, Tino burst into the hall. "Which way did she go?," he demanded, to an empty corridor. It echoed. But there was the faint sound coming from the right.

Clamp-clamp clamp-clamp clamp-clamp

It was unmistakably the pattern of heeled boots. Either that, or there was a miniature horse on the loose. Tino loosened his school tie, and began to run that direction with a very determined look on his Greek face.

One boot off! AHA! Smirking to herself, Bunbury began on the other shoe but froze at the sound of another pair of feet echoing into the armor gallery.

Her eyes wide, she peeked around the suit she was currently situated behind, and seeing no one, Bunz went back to wiggling her foot out of her boot. Then she was SO outta here like... like a Bunny on the lam.

Slowing up, Tino huffed as quietly as possible, and came to a halt by a rather large suit of armour holding a jousting pole. The noises had stopped. Had she stopped running? That meant she was standing still. She could be anywhere. Or she could be gone. Hmmm.

Tino stood stock-still, assessing the situation. No one could apparate, and he didn't think Bunbury could run very fast in her big shoes, so she had to be around here somewhere. Probably pointing a wand at his skull right this very second. . . no one could fool Tino, he knew she was pure evil, and now she had stopped trying to hide it. Which made her exceptionally dangerous. Her cover was blown.

Cupping his hands to his mouth, Tino took a deep breath and shouted. "I know you're here, Bunbury! Surrender to me now and maybe the Ministry will let you keep your boots! There's nowhere to run!" Although, it seemed, there were plenty of places to hide.

AHHHHahhahahh they had sent the Crazy One after her! The Ravenclaw without a brain! Bunbury almost knocked over the armor behind her when the boy started shouting... about... about the Ministry!?!!

But she hadn't even done anything! Yet!

Sneaking a glance around the armor again, Bunbury started crawling on her knees to the door. Where was the Crazy One? Not...hmm... he had come in a little bit, he had to have.... but... all she wanted to do was escape.... cursing the boy would be too obvious and besides, he still freaked her out.

Bunbury took a breath and then grabbed both her shoes by the heel, looking at them mournfully. Sigh. She might never see them again. But what had to be done had to be done.

Swinging the left boot around to gain momentum, Bunz let the shoe fly across the room and right into a big, shiny piece of armor. It was a perfect throw because the entire suit tipped over and into another piece... and that piece managed to knock a shield off another suit... which triggered the launching of an arrow across the room....

And she didn't even need to throw the other boot. YES. The domino effect was enough of a distraction. Bunbury popped up from her hiding spot and high-tailed it to the door. ESCAPEEEEEE!

All Tino saw was the blur of a flying boot. There was a terrific crash, and then all of a sudden, the knight with the lance was lunging towards him. "It's aliiiive!," Tino screamed, scrambling for his life. The headpiece was clearly looking at him, staring at him, coming for him. The pointed lance, which had probably just been sharpened, flew at the boy's head. It was going to gouge his eyes out! At the last second Tino tripped and went sliding across the floor, arms over his head, and the knight smashed into various pieces after him. CRASHH. The murdurous helmet clanged and came to a landing, two inches away.

Still curled into a protective ball, Tino lay there cringing as the rest of the room noisily flew apart. The display shields fell from the wall, weapons skittered across the floor, and worst of all, all the heads of the suits had somehow been knocked off their armored bodies. He held still for a moment, waiting for the clamor to stop, before peeking out from under his arm.

Tino's heart was still going like sixty. He had been certain his life was about to come to a dishonorable end--defeated, unarmed, by a jouster . . that he now realized was hollow. Or so he hoped. He kept a wary eye on the series of helmets that littered the floor, picking himself up. There had been a flash of pink near the door, he was certain. And now Tino wasn't just offended by this vagrant teacher's disregard for students, he was furious. This wasn't about his mission to uphold rules or safety or honor. This had become personal.

"STOP, FIEND!," Tino bellowed. And he took off in hot pursuit, blazing fury now fueling his legs.

Step. Step. Step.

Walking was something Jule did alot lately. Bored, bored, bored. The typical life of THIS twelve year old. She didn't even know where her cousin was these days. Probably trying to prank someone and faling miserbly. haha.

Skipping along the corridor, Laura winced slightly as she jared her shoulder. Why was it still hurting?! She had half a mind to go back to the Hospital WIng and ask for something for the pain, but she didn't want another cookie. Although the effects on the inside had worn off, her body was still acting happy. Why was she skipping?!

Seeing someone she recognised in the Armour Gallery thing-y, Laura paused outside it. "Hey Jule," she called softly, stepping inside.

Jule was walking along, as she heard someone say her name. Her brown curls turned with her head, as she saw who it was. "Sup, Laura," she grinned. It was a while no see. "Happy belated Birthday," she said and laughed. "Sorry but it accidentally slipped my mind, but I got you this," Jule took out a small box from her robe and handed it to Laura.

Smiling slightly, Laura took the present from Jule and opened it, her eyes widening in awe. "Oh, wow..." was all she could manage. Slipping it onto her wrist, Laura twisted it around, grinning as it caught the light. "Jule... it's beautiful," she managed. Thankfully, someone had wished her a happy birthday, even if it was late. Hugging Jule tightly, she let her go and grinned.

"So, how've you been?" Laura said, realising how long it had been since she'd last seen her bestie.

"Glad you like it," she smiled. She really was sorry for forgetting, honest mistake. She thought she might have been the only one who remembered. But that was okay. At least Jule was happy that she remembered, last minute though. "Not much, just making sure my aunt is healthy and doesn't die on me any time soon..." she said and sighed the last part. But her aunt was in the hands of her best friend.

Having taken two candids already, Tibi opted to walk around the school to take other pictures without folks around. Wandering into the empty armor gallery, he wondered if a shot down the hall trying to catch all of the suits in the frame at an angle would be a good shot.

Walking up and down the hall, eye pressed to the viewfinder, face scrunched up. He was sure he looked rather odd as he paced. He was about to snap a picture grabbing the entire wall of armor, when he realized that armor was shiny. A flash would reflect, right?

Pulling the camera away from his face, Tibi looked at it to find how to shut off the flash. The hall was plenty light and a flash would make a glare. Satisfied, now, Tibi raised the camera again and grabbed a shot of the hall full of armor.

Alexandra stomped into the armor gallery and spun on her heel to face Lorcan. "What have you done to your wrist? And fix my hair now!" she said grabbing his wrist to have a look.

"Ow! Stop pulling it like that it hurts!" He glared at her. "It's my wand hand so I can't fix your hair until I sort it out." It was a distinctly strange shape. "I don't know what happened. You were running off and then I fell over on top of it and there was a nasty noise. Did you jinx me?"

THe corners of her lips started to twitch as she witheld her laughter. She said innocently, "Me? Hex you? Ne.... okay okay I sent a tripping jinx at you and yes I can fix it. Just hold still." Still holding in laughter she pointed her wand at Lorcan's right arm and said clearly and confidently, "Episkey."

Lorcan watched her start to laugh. "Oh that's nice that is! This is your fault this is." He was feeling decidedly grumpy and was glad that she still looked like she had candy floss for hair. She cast a spell over his wrist but nothing happened. "What was that meant to do? I'll have to go to the hospital wing." He turned on his heel and walked away from her. Humph, see how she likes it.

"Lorcan! Quit being so DRAMATIC! It's a bit funny and you know it!" Lexi called after him.

Miles walked down toward the place where the suits of armor were and looked over his shoulder. Nothing wrong with a little exploring.... Well nothing too wrong with it. Looking at the suits of armor he studied them curiously. Why were they here really.... But those swords...they looked coooooooooooool. Hmm...

Why on earth was he going into the armour gallery? Looking a little confused Brody followed him into the gallery, before calling out his name. "Millles" She giggled, twisting a strand of hair around her finger. Was she going to tease him for coming in here? Maybe. Unless he could tell her about armour.

Miles nearly jumped a foot as he heard his name and he turned around to spot Brody. "Don't DO that." Walking toward her he looked at her curiously, "How'd you know I was down here anyway..." He hadn't told anyone that was for sure. Thinking quickly he grabbed her hand and led her down the gallery, "You can help me. Not sure with what since I don't even know what I'm doing but...it'll be fun with two people."

"Why noot?" Brody giggled, grinning at him. She liked scaring people, and it had really worked that time. Eurrgh! Wyy was he leading her down here? It wasn't like she wanted to look armour. She was a girl for goodness sake!
"Milles do I havve too?" Brody whined, she didnt want to look at some silly armour. "Actually I have something to give you."

"Because it'll give someone a heart attack." Pulling her further into the corridor he looked around and stopped at the last suit of armour. "I want to move these." Why? Who knew... It was an instinct. To throw people off. He looked past the suit of armour at Brody curiously, "Something to give me? What is it?" Far as he knew his birthday hadn't magically changed and was still next month.

"Maybe I like giving people heart attacks." Brody smirked at him, as she actually let him pull her further into the corridor. It wasn't like she had anything to do. "Move them then?" Brody shrugged although she had no idea why he would want to move them.
"For making me feel better before?" She shrugged, pulling out a
box and handing it to him. "I cant begin to thing of what might have happened if you hadnt been there to comfort me."
