Alessia was sitting at her desk, her cloak on, and her hood pulled over her head... though the full moon still had a fortnight before it was to appear. On each desk there was a sheet of parchment explaining the Final Exam: Quote:

The rune in this top position represents that which stands in your path. The meaning of this rune can be an obstacle, or an indication of what to expect on the road ahead. 5.Inner Powers (Center)
The rune in this center position represents your source of personal power in this situation. What forces at your core will help you to achieve success in the current situation?
I will walk up to your desks one by one, and you will pull 5 runes out and lay them accordingly, once you have it pulled write your findings as they relate to me, and turn them in. ooc: This final has two parts... In class RP where you will say what runes you pulled, and then turn in your findings in a PM. You may say in the RP that I walked up to your desk, before making your selections. This thread will stay open, and I will accept PMs till April 11th 11:59 pm EST. | |

Clifford was scared. Finals were scary. Professor Lupa was scary. HE HAD REASON TO BE SCARED!
Aaaaah, he need to chill. Deep breaths. Right.
Heaving a deep breath, Clifford moved to one of the desks, his own handmade runes at the ready. He could do this! Hopefully.. and when Professor Lupa approached hi desk, the sixth year drew his runes one by one, placing them in cross shape on the table. 4.

Copernicus was extremely nervous as he took his seat and removed his bag from inside his satchel. Just five draws and he would have to start his reading. He practiced some deep breathing before reaching into the bag. Each rune was laid out on the table in order. 4.

William was sitting nervously, fidgiting in his seat as he took deep breaths to calm himself down. He wasn't so sure about this exam; he had trouble with the runes, they just didn't like him. Hated is more like it.
Well, let's get it over with he mused as he dug into the bag, eyes closed and began pulling out the five runes once professor Lupa came to his desk. He gulped as he began placing them in order.

Cela was nervous for this exam, because she desperately wanted to do well for Professor Lupa to show how much she appreciated what she had learned in the class during the term. She took a seat and looked at the board, reading it a few times very carefully before relaxing slightly. She could do this!
She waited until Professor Lupa approached her desk and gave her a quick smile before drawing the runes.

Anna pulled the parchment on her desk closer to her and began to read the instructions for the final exam. It didn't seem too difficult, but it didn't necessarily seem easy either. Professor Lupa was extremely intelligent in the art of Runes, so Anna knew she'd have to work really hard to turn someone in that the professor would consider acceptable. Ready to get started, Anna plunged her hand into the Rune bag and laid out her runes as she'd been directed to. 
On a piece of parchment, Anna wrote:
1. The past = Uruz
2. The present = Fehu
3. The future = Wunjo
4. The challenge = Hagalaz
5 Inner Powers = Kenaz

Tobi took his seat and read his instructions carefully. He wasn't altogether sure about this, but at least he wasn't bound to his seat by magic plants today. Right?
He took out his bag-o-runes, though he wasn't too sure Professor Lupa would have much liked to hear it referred to as that, and plunged his hand in plucking out 5 runes in succession, laying them upside down in the cross pattern. When all five had been selected he turned them over... and scribbled their names down on parchment for reference.
Now to figure out what they mean...

Jane saw muddy Prefect Carden being all so serious. He wasn't that Pappa Flutta-Puffa muddy dirty boy from Herbology at all. He was sooo.... was he possessed? Blehh. Jane was a little anxious to start this finals. She had one down already, and now she's worried if she did well or not. Maybe she failed..or something..maybe BunBunz took gabajillion points off Gryffindor because of it. Jane could hear people thinking Runes. She needed to tune them out. That wasn't very normal. But she knew that.
Professor Lupa was giving out chocolate frogs!!! Aweeesomeee!!Maybe the chocolatey sugar will help shut out the noise. Jane shook her bag of Runes rather noisily to drown the voice. Ooops. "Silencio!!"Jane continued to shake her bag more violently now. She liked doing those lucky draw thingies. She stuck her hand inside the drawstring bag and poked around for 5 Runes.
She got: 
Jane smiled and sat quietly, thinking of what the stuff she pulled out meant. All, while waiting for her chocolate frog!! Hoping she will get one.
