Rapunzel was almost last on the train but here she was, back at HOGWARTS at last, and first to the Hufflepuff table.

Aaaah, home sweet home, Punz thought, setting down with a happy sigh in the exact center of the table. She glanced down at her Hufflepuff robes, double-checking the shiny little pin there. Ehheheheh. She'd managed to avoid everyone on the train but there was no denying it now - Hufflepuff was going to OWN this term.

And now she just had to wait for it to begin. Oh patience, such a hard virtue to learn.

Lima walked into the Great Hall excitedly. It had been over a year since she had been inside this wonderful room, but it had felt like so much longer. She practically skipped across to the Hufflepuff table and took a seat right beside Pretzel. She squeed and gave the girl a hug. "Pretzel!" she said happily.

For the remainder of the train ride to Hogwarts, Dominic was quite annoyed with Miss Blind girl. Of course he was special, but he didn't need to say that or rub it in. He knew that he was and nothing else really mattered. Girls were not only temperamental, but loud and annoying as well. "Stepping into anyone is wrong," he stated flatly. "If you had any mannerisms at all, or your eyesight were at least decent, then you'd know that." He remarked, as he followed the crowd into the Great Hall.

Hufflepuff - this should be fun.

Reluctantly, the third year shuffled over towards the Hufflepuff and took his seat. He was quite starved, considering due to unforeseen circumstances, he was unable to get food from the trolley. Stupid girls.

Turning towards the clumsy blind girl once more, he decided to tease again."And of course I'm right," he added smugly.

Seeing as nobody was at the the Staff table yet, Constantine decided to take the long way to the table, by taking the scenic route past the Hufflepuff table. Dressed in flowing, dark navy blue robes, he walked down the length of the table. His hands were in the same place as they were every year, in his pockets and usually fiddling with an acorn or a random quill.

He sighed gently as he looked along the table, a small smile appearing on his face as he saw Rapunzel, whom he had briefly met at the end of last year. He nodded his head in hello to her, and then continued along on his way, nodding his head at other students who had looked at him.

Christine walked in to the Great Hall and stopped for a moment. The place was huge, with five tables filling up with students. Someone behind her cleared their throat, and she realized that she was holding up the line of people trying to get in. Sorry she mumbled and rushed over to the Hufflepuff table. She took a quick seat, and put her hands in her head. Christine let out a deep sigh. There was only one table for all the people in her house, so she would have to sit with others. Christine is use to spending her lunch times alone, at a table that no one would sit at. She was unconfortable being in this kind of social situation. She tryed being friendly on the Hogwarts Express and everyone just ended up leaving the compartment. Christine let out another sign and decided to just sit here to herself. She wouldn't bother trying to start conversations with people and would only talk if they talked to her.

Christine lifted her head from her hands and realized who was sitting across from her. It was Dominic, the third year transfer. He seemed really annoyed, more annoyed then he was when he left her compartment on the Hogwarts Express. Christine decided that it would be rude if she didn't say anything to him. Oh, hi Dominic she said as she looked down and twisted a lock of her hair in her hands.

Rapunzel had just struck up a tune (something involving Puffs and Quaffles) and was humming slightly to herself when along came a lima bean.

"Liiiiiiiiiiiimaaaa!" she called out, hugging her friend right back. "Aaah, it's been ages, hasn't it? Seeing you and being home at HOGWARTS!" Punz grinned and gestured around the hall, making no movement to hide her excitement. Hoggitywartywarts - the best place in the world.

And speaking of the best place in the world.....Punz nearly melted in her spot when the best-looking man in the world waltzed by.

"Mr. Masterson," she muttered to herself, staring after him with a slightly-open mouth. She couldn't help waving dazedly at him as he continued on his way -and it was a good thing he didn't stop to talk either, cuz Rapunzel Ariel Black was breathless. Oh yes, her EagleBoy was cute and goofy and a good quidditch player and all...but he just didn't compare to The Neo. Siiiiiiigh.

Entering the Great Hall, Savannah made her way over to the Hufflepuff table, departing from Alexis with a slight wave of her hand. Tiger snuck quickly and stealthily ahead, going under the table, dodging feet as he went.

Ocean blue eyes gazed around, sparkling with excitement. She was so very happy to be back, a year was far too long; it wasn't just the friends and professors that made Hogwarts feel like home, it was the castle as well. Beaming, She waved hello to her house mates that had already arrived, and slid down onto the bench.

Dominic was shaking his head ever-so-slightly as he gazed around the Great Hall. Just one giant mess room if you asked him. Sighing, he noticed an older gentleman walking by the length of the table. And then not too far down the table, a blond girl was practically drooling over him. Silly girls.


The third year might have still been alternating his glances between blondie and tall mysterious dude had it not been for the sound of his name. Looking across the table, he was astonished to find out that by chance he had sat down next to McFlirty. "Oh hi," he replied back, noticing her look down right away as though ashamed. "Seems we keep up with each other better than I thought..."



Still watching Christine twisting her hair, Dominic then eyed a rather bubbly girl slide onto the bench next to him! He blinked astonished as to why she might have chosen him over someone else. Not like he was anything special, except the new guy in Hufflepuff but there were probably a gazillion new firsties that would have been friendlier than him, no doubt. Ones that wouldn't be trying to blend in.

Sighing, he shook his head and turned his attention towards the staff table, presumably, wondering when food would be served. And completely ignoring the brown-haired girl.

She smiled and said, "I KNOW! I'm so excited! I'm home at last." She sighed happily and started taking food. It felt like ages since she had a proper meal - the stuff at Bella's was not nearly as good. "I'm waiting for Mads to come. I have no idea what happened to him." She frowned and turned back to Pretzel, who seemed to be busy making elaborate gestures. She leaned back slightly so as not to get hit in the face. "So how was your summer?"

Her green eyes looked around the house tables. She could see people who she knew and people who she had no idea who they were. A smile spread on her face when she saw the Hufflepuff table. She wondered if she should walktowards it now, or should she wait until later to see her friends. Her body shook with fear. Had it really been that long? She had been a second year girl who had two loving best friends she had meet since their first year, and wonderful best friends who were younger as well. She took in a deep breath and began to walk towards the Hufflepuff table.

Her heart was racing and she began to wonder if like Themea had they forgotten her? Had Taylor found another best friend? Had her romantic life gotten better? What about the others? Had they had a good life while she was away?

She hoped they remembered her. She had missed them dearly and didn't know what to do if they had forgotten her.

She suddenly stopped and Misty the stuffed panda popped out of her robes and looked around for Vince. She had to get him back for making her were a ribbon.

MJ's quickly caught the little trouble maker and smiled. "No, now behave." she told her and smiled.

It's now or never

She began to walk towards the table and sat down near a friendly face she recognized.

"Savannah?"

Christine looked back up at Dominic when he said hi back to her. She then laughed at his comment about them keeping up with eachother, remembering the flirting from the Hogwarts Express. But you did say that wouldn't be a problem for you Christine said with a smile on her face. She had lucked out. Someone she met on the train was also in her house. That fact soothed her nerves a bit. Christine didn't want to annoy Dominic. Oddly, it was easy for her to talk to him, so she decided that she would stop flirting with him. He probably was only flirting back to be nice. Although Christine was quite beautiful, no one has ever flirted with her, or look at her that way. So it seems that we are in the same house together, what are the chances of that?

Jason puts his haand ove MJ's eyes. "Guess who?" Jason told MJ.

"Eeep!" A strange cute noise escaped her mouth as someone covered her eyes. It had sounded like a mouse and MJ blushed. "Jason?" she asked knowing it was him. She recognized his voice anywhere. "Jason, you almost gave me a heart attack." she told him.

She looked at Savannah holding her breath. She was already a nervous reck from wondering if anyone would remember her. "What are you doing here silly?" she asked him and saw that his robes said Gryffindor. "So you're a Gryffindor, that's great. It suits you." told him.

She tried to warm up her hands. Every single time she was nervous or was about to become nervous her hands would freeze.

"Correction; I said that it wouldn't be a problem for me, but I didn't think that you would be keeping up so well," Dominic replied back, a slight hint of smirk playing on the corners of his mouth. For some reason, he found Christine different. Almost like mystery girl in the bookstore. It was refreshing and enlightening, which made him wonder if mystery girl was here now. The thirteen year old would remember her dark silky hair and green eyes from anywhere. Looking around the Hall, his topaz eyes fell upon her seated at . . . The Ravenclaw Table!?

Figures. She was probably just messing with him when she said she didn't like books either. Besides, what 'claw in their right mind would not enjoy books? If Dominic knew anything it was that claws were most notably the bookworms of Hogwarts.

Taking a deep breath, Dominic looked back at Christine and realized she had asked him something else. "It seems we are in the same house," he commented back, unfortunately. Green would have looked better on me...

Looking over her shoulder at the Gryffindor's table, she tried to see if she could find Alexis, Sammy and Dusty, but seeing as that wasn't the easiest thing to do from where she sat, the sixth years attention turned back to the many happily chatting students of Hufflepuff.

Noticing the boy beside her shaking his head, Savannah's curiousity perked up, eyebrows raising ever so slightly. Was there something she missed? Everything seemed fine at their table, no real commotion or anything. "Hello there," Savannah greeted, deciding to talk to the kid. She hadn't seen him before, but the boys had gone their seperate way from the girls last term, so maybe he wasn't knew.
A puzzled expression washed over her face, confused for the first two seconds of why that voice seemed so very familiar, she nearly forgot to turn to the female addressing her. As she did, it all fell into place, "Oh my gosh! MJ?" Savannah half-asked, half-squealed. Rising from her seat, the brunette was very sure of who it was. She grinned widely, shock still preventing any real words from flowing out, that didn't stop her from hugging the seventeen year old, tightly.

" Just came by to say Hello MJ" Jason told her. " Hope to see you around" Jason told MJ. as he went back to his table. "Oh yeah, hope to see you around too Misty" Jason told the magical panda.

Charlotte entered the Great Hall and looked around nervously. She noticed MJ and Jason standing near the Hufflepuff table, and quickly headed over to them. "Hello guys." She said tentatively.

"Hello Charlotte" Jason told her.

"Thanks Jason." she told him and gave him a smile. "You are very sweet, and hopefully we will se each other around." she told him.

Misty the Panda heard her name and looked at Jason and jumped on the table and waved.


As her eyes looked at Jason who was probably going to go back to his table she faced savannah and decided that Savannah did not recognize her. She felt something inside of her break and held back tears. She pushed the blond hair out of her face. She was about to look at her plate when Savannah suddenly called her name in a squeal.

Before she had any time to react, or even answer back she saw 'vannah rise from her seat and look towards her. MJ's lips spread into a smile as Savannah hugged her tightly. "Yes, it is me." she told her and hugged her back

Savannah was no longer a little girl, she was a young girl. MJ smiled. "Oh my god, your hair gotten longer from last time I saw it and," she laughed. "I think you are taller too, then again I wouldn't know to say es or no, I haven't grown myself." she told her and smiled. "I missed you so much." A tear rolled down her cheek. "It's so good ot see you."

MJ heard her name being called and looked up still huggin Savannah. She waved at her afraid that if she started to speak once more she would begin to cry

Mari walked to her table feeling her heart rising too fast. Home, sweet home she thought smiling broadly around. Everythign seemed to be too perfect, way too perfect. Sitting down she thought msot likely it would not be perfect for long, but for now she just wanted to eat and have a nice time. All her house mates were chatting merrily around. She had to admit it was kind of contagious.

Merlin, it had been a long time since she last saw MJ; how long exactily she was unsure, the girl had a small tendency to disappear alot. Luckily, she always re-appeared. Like now. "I probably am," Savannah said through her giggles, refuring to her height. She had grown since the last time MJ was around; she was more than likely not going to grow anymore, now that she was sixteen. Her mother had always said girls stopped growning at that age. "I've missed you so very much too!"

So now Molly, and MJ were both back for their final year, and her second to last. Now that was more complete, thinking back to her first year. "You're all grown up too," She acknowledged, pulling back from the hug. Tears were visibly filling in MJ's eyes and begining to spill over, Savannah bit on her lip, hoping she wouldn't get tearful too. "I'm so glad your back MJ" Vannah said, motioning for her to come sit, as she returned to her seat. "How have you been?"

Still reminiscing on the fact that he was not sorted into Slytherin, Dominic turned cautiously when the brown-haired girl greeted him. At least what he assumed to be, since at the time there was no one else around. The third year was slightly surprised to find that she was no longer sitting but now standing and hugging, what he presumed to be an old friend.

Not wanting to interrupt their moment of rekindled friendship, he gave an assertive nod in her direction before turning back around. No speech necessary.

Still gazing wistfully after the groundskeeper, Rapunzel heard Lima speak and remembered that she was definitely back at Hogwarts. Ohhhhh yeah, time to focus.

"Hmm? Home sweet home, I know!" Punz turned her attention back to her housemate and helped herself to some potatoes. "Maddox? What, you left him on the train? Surely he wasn't....er.....unconscious....???" she lowered her voice in anxiety, remembering last term when Lima almost tried to fight her for 'abandoning' the boy in the locker room.

"Summer? Ahhhaha," Punz smirked and ate a forkful of tatoes. With her mouth still full, she shifty-eyed down the rest of the table. Hmm, one boy, he's got potential....a few girls...what's that, a Gryffindor? Whaaaathuh? Oh, and there's my BET....yes.....well...she won't hear me now. Rapunzel came to a conclusion in her little head and swallowed her potatoes. It was now or never. Recruit early and often, that would be her motto.

"About summer..." she stated just so Lima could hear and took a sip of her pumpkin juice. "I got some very, very interesting news this summer, dear Lima..."

Christine couldn't help laughing again at Dominic's comment. Huh, so you think I can't keep up with you. I guess I will just have to prove you wrong. I like a challenge Christine said while answering his smirk with a smirk of her own. Christine then noticed that Dominic was looking around the Great Hall, as if he was looking for someone. She saw a brief moment of shock cross his face while he was looking at the Ravenclaw table. He then turned back to her to answer her question. So he wanted to be in Slytherin. That made Christine very curious. She didn't know much about the different houses, but she had only heard negative things about the Slytherin house. So you wanted to be in Slytherin. Why is that?
