Transfiguration - 3 Alex was seated at her desk filing her nails, waiting for her students to arrive. OOC: I will be starting class tomorrow, please feel free to have your character come in and sit down. No chatting! |
Alex walked into the classroom, looking a little gloomy. Things have been boring around the school lately, and she needed some entertainment. Maybe this lesson will be as entertaining as the last one. She sat down near the middle of the room and looked up at the professor. she was actually surprised she was still teaching after turning a Slytherin into an animal the last lesson. "Hello Professor, what shall we be learning today?" Alex asked as she took out everything she thought she would need for class. |
Jezz walked in and nodded politely to the professor before sitting next to an unfamiliar Slytherin. As she pulled out her supplies for the lesson she smiled at the girl and said, "Hello, I'm Jezzabell." She didn't think this constituted chatting because it ws important to know the people you needed to work with during a lesson. |
Alex looked up at a slightly older looking Ravenclaw. She offered the girl a friendly smile. "Alex Morgan." She said to her before turning back to her things. She wanted to make new friends, and was glad the girl approached her, but sometimes when Alex was bored, usually she made enemies instead of friends. She kept quiet, not wanting to say anything that might affend the girl, besides, it wasn't a bright idea to start a fight in front of a teacher. |
Claudian entered into the Transfigurations classroom and gave a nod towards the Professor. Scanning the room, he took a seat towards the back and took out his wand and began to fiddle with it, cleaning a spot where some dirt had gathered on the light coloured surface of it. |
Juniper walked into the Transifiguration classroom, looking up for once. She did not see anyone she knew well, so she walked to the front of the class and took a seat off to the side. She dropped her bag of books to the floor next to her desk and rested her elbows on the desktop. |
Cassandra walked in and sat in her usual seat at the front of the class. She was very apt in Transfiguration. She loved the class when Pride taught it... Pierce was alright, but she hated learning from a Gryffindor. |
Xana walked into the transfiguration room and took a seat in the back of the class quietly. |
Shel was not in the mood for any Transfiguration, today. In fact, he was not in the mood for pretty much anything. He entered the classroom without his usual greeting to whoever was presiding over the class, and found a seat at the very back, opening his bag and taking out his textbook. - So much for studying. |
Dia loped into the classroom and took a seat next to Xana. She saw Trelawney out of the corner of her eye and grinned widely, memories of Transfiguration last term springing to mind. Oh, good times. Good times. |
Rhiannon walked in quietly and found a seat in the second row. She still didn't really feel like sitting in the very front, but she wasn't the type of person to sit all the way in the back, either. And Transfiguration was one of her better subjects. After sitting down, she took out her sketchbook and started drawing. She figured she needed something to do to occupy her time while she waited for class to start. |
Marco slumped into Transfiguration. He just needed to pass this. Which he could do. He hoped. He found himself a seat somewhere near the back of the class. |

Yawning, and in not a very good mood, Willow stepped in the Transfiguration Classroom. "Hello Professor Pierce" She said with a polite smile in the the teacher's direction, before taking seat in the fron of the classroom. She took out her parchment, quill, ink an textbook and waited for the class to start. |
Shayna moved through the classroom's doorway, intent on not being late this time round. Seeing the professor busy at her desk with a nail file, she moved past her, head down without acknowledging any other student in the room. Moving to the nearest free desk, Shayna dumped her messenger bag down, dropping into the seat and pulling out some spare parchment and a quill. Releived that she was theoretically fully prepared for this lesson, she stretched her arms up above her head, stifling a yawn. Bending down to retrieve her textbook, Shayna turned to look around the classroom, her gaze falling on the occupant of the desk next to her. Shayna's jaw dropped, doing a double take. Groaning to herself, she slumped into her seat. It was the girl from the library, the very one who'd been with that obnoxious boy creating a ruckus. Half-thinking that maybe she should move to another desk, Shayna quelled the idea. Why should she let a younger student get to her? She wasn't going to scare her out of her seat. Besides, nearly all the good seats had been taken. Propping an elbow on the desk, Shayna rested her cheek against it, almost shielding her face from the girl next to her. Forcing herself to look at the clock straight ahead, she tapped her quill impatiently against her textbook, waiting for the class to start. |
Jessica walked in quickly, greeting the professor. She looked for a seat in the middle of the class. Noticing Ems and Willow, she smiled to both of them and greeted them friendly. Then Jess took a seat, placinh her things on the desk, waiting for the class to begin. |

James quickly walked into the classroom. Big mistake. He had been playing with potions in his dorm. Result, blackened face and hair on end in all directions. Why was he here? Absolutely no idea. He sat down, pointed his wand at his face, and woosh, a ton of water got blasted at him. 30 seconds later his was soaking. He dried the water on the floor but...boom, he slipped. |
Brooke quickly made her way into the classroom and considered taking a seat in the back of the room, as she often did, but instead decided to sit with Cassandra. Taking a seat next to her, she gave a small smile to her and set her bag down. Brooke actually liked this class. It was one that she could actually manage. |
Ray walked inside the transfiguration class and sat down as near as possible from the teacher's table. He still have been looking for Monica and her brother but he had no luck. |
Jenny walked into the transfiguration room. She looked around to the other students,smiled and sat down in the desk. |
Patrick went into the Transfiguration class. He had missed most of his classes this term because of his illness and was eager to get back into them. He took a seat close to the front so that he could be close to the teacher if necessary. |

Last he checked he was trailing behind her in points. Having removed the bit of dirt from his wand, he placed it on the desk and got out a quill and parchment. "Liking the way the new Professor teaches so far?", he whispered to her. Although, he adored Professor Pride, Pierce was certainly no poor substitute in his mind. |
Ellie walked into the classroom with a yawn, she really didn't want to have transfiguration in that moment. In fact, she didn't want to have any class. She gave a smile to Emily and Claudian , since they were talking, Ellie took a seat next to Willow. Oh gee. The Ravie is not in a good mood today.she thought to herself while she looked at Willow. "Hello Ravie." She said with a smile while she placed her bag on the table and took her quill and her textbook out. "You don't seem to be fine. Is something wrong?" |
Emily gave Ellie a smile, expecting her to sit next to her. But no, she sat next to Willow instead. Hmph! What was that all about? She shook her head slightly and turned to look at Claudian as he spoke, giving the boy a sweet smile. “It is indeed.” she replied. She was relieved when he eventually put his wand down. Ems had managed to not end up being transfigured into a porcupine. She nodded at his question. “Very much so.” She really had taken a liking to the new professor. Her teaching methods suited Emily very well indeed. She looked back to the front of the classroom, waiting for the lesson to begin. |
