It was chilly in the classroom, and Rae-Branxton had to light a fire and rub her hands over it for several minutes until she could continue preparing for class. After settling the desks into neat rows and shoving in chairs, Cassandra came to sit at her own desk. It was time. | |

Christian slid into the room. After the incident in the MO's office, he didn't have time to run to the Nurse to get it fixed. Now he had a makeshift banadage wrapped around his wrist. Dried blood was on his fingertips. He didn't even have time to wash them.
To make matters worse, his best friend hated him and probably never speak to him again. Great. Lose a friend and get bitten by a niffler in the office of the woman he was supposed to be watching. Just beautiful.
He waved his bandaged hand to the professor. "Hello Madame Rae...I hope you are well today." He attempted a smile, to no success however. He took a seat around the middle of the room.

Haven't changed that much to say. But man, I still think them cats are crazy.

Katelyn skipped into the room, happy to be there. She had missed the first lesson and did NOT want to miss this one. The lessons had fun last year. She liked this subject a lot. She didn’t like dueling much, but she liked the subject. She got out her notebook and quill and neatly wrote her name and date at the top of the page. She glanced around, seeing no one she really knew, and smiled a bit. Her friend would arrive soon enough...hopefully.

Emily wandered into the classroom. She thought that this was one of the most important classes. She spotted Katelyn and plonked herself next to her. “Hello you.” She said. She always seemed to sit next to Kate in class… but that was fine - Kate was her friend. She glanced around, noticing Ellie she grinned at her and beckoned her over - no-one else she knew, except Marco, but he didn’t really count.

Christian sighed as he pulled his books out. At least her day is good. A pained look shot across his face as he pulled the book out. His wrist was very tender, but he worked past it anyways, placing his book on the desk and pulling out a quill, ink, and a sugar quill to suck on to calm his nerves. He sat back twirling his wand in between his fingers.
