Default Very good.

I would say that this story was entirely relevant for Beedle the Bard. As with the Harry Potter books, some tales were more child-orientated (The Wizard and the Hopping Pot) and some were mysterious and traditionally structured (Tale of the Three Brothers)
Perhaps the Warlock attempting to do something that will inevitably go wrong is a link to Voldemort? Cutting out a heart, and splitting a soul ... etc
I thought it was a thrilling story, and really seperates the tales into more age-orientated frames (but also binds them all together with the traditional narrative. Man tries defying nature, gets punished for it).

A deserving 8 1/2 out of 10.

This tale has to be my favorite, it was so sick, I mean to want to remove ones heart to feel no emotion at all, I don't care what someone has been through, to want to one's heart if they could is just not worth it. It won't fix things and it certainly won't make things better as we see in this tale. The worlock made a very bad choice, and unfortunately he suffered the consequences even though he tried to rectify the situation by returning his heart it was too late. Just like if we don't forgive others and move on with our life but instead sulk on every bad thing that happens to us we will become eventually become numb to the world, life can get better, there is never a reason to stop believing that cause once one does they are just like the warlock with the hairy heart. Lucky for us is that time, forgiveness and healing can heal the wounds if you let it, if you don't it's like you removed you're heart cause you're freinds and family will become disgusted with the bitter person you become just as the princess was disgusted with the warlock when he showed her his heart. This tale teaches such a great lesson, as much as it sickens me to the core I still love it.

10/10

I got really curious when i read Dumbledore's notes on this chapter! There is a reference to a Hector Dagworth-Granger. Did anyone else think that this might be a hint that Hermione isn't the only person in her family line to turn out to be a witch?

I also wondered if it might be Hermione´s ancestor or something like that and I think it might be that...anyway I like this story, because it´s sad but nice.

This one was my favourite. It had the ending that I usually enjoy in a story. It was right up my street.

10/10.

I found this story quite scary(i'm 26) but in saying that it was such a great read. The intensity of it made me gasp out aloud, just so tragic, but in saying that would be my favourite one

That's what I thought. I think it sort of shows that love is more powerful than any dark magic too?
I really liked the story anyway.
