Emma dialed her mum. "Mum? Everyone is going out to get pizza and dance tonight? Can i please go? We're done with shooting already! Something was wrong with the camera's and i'll come home now and spend some time with Alex and you guys if i can go out tonight! I know how much it means to you that i'm home tonight but please?" Emma asked.
"Okay. Emma, you can go tonight. I'm coming to pick you up right now though okay?" Emma's mum said

Tom was ecstatic that the shooting was done for the day. Not that he had worked extremely hard, but he hated that he was stuck on the set with practically nothing to do. He'd had fun that day, all in all. And he was even more excited at the prospect of that night. Pizza and dancing with his best mates, it was going to be great. And Emma was going now to call her Mum to see if she could come! He hoped and wished with all his heart that she said yes. He couldn't imagine a more perfect setting to finally start working on winning Emma over. He would definitely have to plan a few special things for her that night. What, exactly, he wasn't sure, but he would figure it out. His watch said 4:00, so he had 4 1/2 hours before he had to be at Bonnie's. That would give him plenty of time to plan the evening out and prepare himself for a night out with Emma (and the others, too!).
Tom looked suspiciously at Dan when he requested that he borow his iPod. Having known Dan for almost 6 years, Tom had a pretty good idea what Dan's taste in music was and rap definitely was not on the top of his list. Still, he was all for exposing the youth of the day to what he considered the superior music, so he reached into his pocket where the iPod was being stored and handed the gadget over to Dan.
"Just be careful with it, alright? You know how much I treasure that. Almost as much as my car!" Tom told Dan. "Oh, and we'll just see whose dance moves are 'supreme' tonight!" Tom joked, punching Dan playfully on the shoulder. He knew the night was going to absolutely wonderful. | |

"Hey Emma, I don't think that people are going to start getting to Bonnie's until 8:30. If your Mom needs to drop you off, I can be here and pick you up at 7. Or, if you wanted to stay around with your brother a little longer, I can pick you up at your house around 8 and we can go to Bonnie's together," Tom called out to Emma. He hoped he heard her. Otherwise, he'd have to call her and let her know the plan. He was beyond excited, though. His love, Emma, was going out with them that night! Tom tried to contain his excitement, and did pretty well, except for the slight flush in his face and the large, someone goofy grin that was permanently stuck on his face now. If he was picking Emma up at 7, though, he woudl have to get a move on and get himself ready earlier. It was okay. He would much rather spend the time with his angel.
Tom waved to James and Oliver, who were walking in looking slightly disheveled. They had probably been asleep, as usual. Tom laughed at all the crazy things that he'd seen those two do over the years. They were just like their characters, Fred and George Weasley. They were absolutely hilarious.
Upon hearing Bonnie's request to speak with him, Tom pulled her away from the rest of the group.

Dan took Tom's iPod in his hand. "I'll be very careful." he assured his friend.
"That's great, Emma! Can't wait! I"ll see you later, then!" He called after her. He noticed Tom smiling profusely which made Dan smile even more. "Sure, Tom. You think your legs move so much better than everyone else's. You're in for a grand surprise tonight." Dan saw Bonnie approaching and take Tom aside for a moment. While messing around with the songs list on Tom's iPod, the twins waltzed in.
"Hey you two. Sleeping again? What are we ever going to do with you?" Dan let out a laugh. "Glad to hear to you're coming with us. It will make all of our dancing look really good!" Dan laughed with the rest of the group at the twins dancing. He was so excited about tonight, and he smiled over at Bonnie. She was still talking to Tom, and most likely didn't notice Dan smile at her, but it didn't matter. He was going to dance with her tonight! | |

Tom didn't want to tell Bonnie exactly why he was so happy. He had slipped up before and he thought that Bonnie might have caught on to his feelings for Emma, but he didn't want to draw attention to his happiness. "Just excited about tonight, that's all," he said in reply to her question. While listening to Bonnie, he couldn't help notice the, well, he couldn't really call it dancing, more like convulsions, that James and Oliver were doing. Laughing, he turned back to Bonnie.
"Well, I still have to talk to Dan. I was planning on doing it when shooting was over, and now it is. But, it's probably better that I wait a few minutes, let the commotion that always comes at the end of the day calm down, and then talk to him. I'm sure that he likes you, and I'm sure that he's going to use tonight to his advantage. I wouldn't tell him anything, because I think he already knows. Let him do all the hard work," Tom told Bonnie reassuringly. He knew that she was nervous about tonight and she didn't blame her. His stomach was in knots about the night with Emma. "I know you're nervous, believe me. I know exactly how you're feeling," Tom added. | |
