"Ok, there is an easy solution to this. We wait, and go after the map next summer together, or we ask Ray and Excelsior if they still want to find it, and if they say no, we find it ourselves."

"I do too, but I can't force him to stay." Monica sighed. "This is a good opportunity for him and I won't see it taken away."

"Oh yes, Diagon Alley," Draco said, looking at Teri thoughtfully. "Another term will be coming up at Hogwarts very soon and we shall be making a trip there very soon. It's nothing to be afraid of, Teri, in fact, I think you'll find it a lot of fun, a real adventure. Don't worry, I have a real day planned of it."

"My, what a beautiful carpet," Excelsior said. "This really is a magical night, beautiful weather, beautiful carpet," and beautiful girl, he thought to himself, wondering if he should say that out loud. Pulling the black jacket on, he stepped onto the carpet next to Tommy. "Well, this is it," he said, giving her a smile. He didn't want to let on how excited he was, he would surely look like a fool, but he could feel his heart beating fast. It's so funny, he never got this excited about riding a broom, maybe it was because the carpet seemed so exotic to him.

"Why thank you, hes been in the family a long time," She said giving her carpet a little pat. It curled around her hand fondly. The carpet hovered slightly over the ground before slowly rising and then banking out over the sand. The carpet gave them a little bounce, and Tommy slide over into Excelsior. She held onto him for support, as the carpet rolled over gently and headed out over the ocean.

"Wow," said Excelsior, holding onto Tommy as the carpet began to fly over the water. "This is just as amazing as I thought it would be. I will never forget this experience, it is something I will always remember. And I'll never forget you for making it a reality."

She snuggled up closed to Excelsior, he smelled like a clean bar of of soap. She never thought a carpet ride could be so magical. "Well I am just glad that I could share this with you. Not many people can appreciate a nice ride. You are the only person that I have done this for."

She said looking straight at his face. He had the cutest little twinkle in his eyes, like life held a special secret for him and he had figured it out and it amused him.

"Really? Well, I am extremely honored!", Excelsior said, snuggling Tommy very close to him. This was truthfully the most romantic way to spend an evening that he could possibly think of, and being here with Tommy just seemed so right. There really was no where else in the world he would rather be, and he knew in his heart that this night would live there forever.

"You certainly should be." She said with a little laugh. She got serious for a minute, the carpet slowed down and just hovered gently over the slightly rippling ocean. A dolphin poked its head out of the ocean Tommy reached over and patted its bottled nose.

"Excelsior, I have to be honest with you about something." She took a deep breath. "I'm not sure if you really know how I feel about you. I really truly like you, and I mean more than any other guy that I've met. And I thought that we had something special, but then Camira came back and..." She tried to finish talking but she was getting chocked up.

Daisy saw someone named Tomasina, she went up to her and said," Hi, my name is Daisy Parkingston," she said smiling.

Lilah smiled atTeri. "Don't worry. You at least already have one friend from Hogwarts." she said kindly. Then added "I think you can bring a dog, cat, rat, owl or toad."

Excelsior laughed with delight when he saw the dolphin appear, that was an unexpected surprise and only made the night more special.

Excelsior listened to everything that Tommy said. Then he answered, "Well, I guess it's my turn to be honest with you. The reason I went with Camira is because I felt sorry for her, her mother had just passed away and I felt somehow obligated to be with her. I really wanted to sit with you that day at the feast table, not with Camira, but I did it out of a sense of obligation, not because I liked her better. I hope this is making sense to you. I don't really feel the way I used to for her, and then when I met you I realized that I liked you so much more. You are a much nicer person, much warmer and more sincere, not to say that Camira doesn't have a soft side to her, she does and is a wonderful girl in many ways, I just feel closer to you in a way I can't explain. You're like no girl I've ever met before. You're different, in a very good way. What does all this mean?", Excelsior asked, knowing very well what it meant. "I think it means that I should probably have a talk with Camira about this."

Excelsior thought he sensed movement right above them, almost like someone had flown over them on a broomstick, but he was so taken up in the moment with Tommy that he didn't pay that much attention to what had happened. Maybe it was only a bird.

Monica took a seat in the shade and waited patiently for Zachery to come.

She took a deep breath and prepared herself for whatever he was going to tell her. She sat and listened to him talking, his voice had a lyrical quality to it. She wondered if he could sing.

Here it goes, she was going to brush her off, she braced to hear it, but it never came. Tommy wanted to jump up and down and turn a cartwheel, but that might scare him so she just sat there with tears in her eyes that she was holding back in case he rebuffed her. But he hadn't. She blinked a few times till the tears withdrew. She felt someone was looking at her and she looked around, but there was nothing but water.

"I don't know what to say," She finally got out, she let her lips curl into a bright smile as she looked at him.

She leaned over and gently kissed him on the lips.

IC: Jack looked nervously at his twin. What was James doing bringing him here! What did he do wrong! He'd never even met any of James' friends...well...actually he had. He hoped this wasn't all about James trying to prove to people that there was a side to him (Jack) that wasn't beyond weird. Nah, that wasn't possible.

James walked confidently to the Black beach house. Hmm...interesting...he looked at Jack who was looking at him weirdly. "What?" He exclaimed, knocking on the door.

Excelsior knew at that moment that being with Tommy was somehow destined to have happened, that she was the girl he wanted to be with. He responded back to her kiss, enjoying the perfection of the moment. Nothing could ever top this night, no matter what might happen to him later in life. "I am so lucky to have found you, Tommy," he whispered. "Now all of my dreams have finally come true."

Teri lighted up at the news of the whole day in Diagon Ally that her father had planned out. She got up from the sand and gave him a long hug saying "Daddy, your the best!" Holding on to her father she continued "I can't help being scared, but i hope that going too Hogwarts will be great. A real adventure. Who knows i might even find a boyfriend like Mon." Teri looked out over the glistering water asking "Is mum and Emmmy and Mon coming along too for the trip?"

Teri turned to Lilah smiling "Thanks, Lilah. That means a lot. What kind of pet do you have?" She was a little dissapointed that you couldn't bring any kind of pet to school. Shuffling around the sand with her feet she asked "So you arn't allowed to bring anything more exotic like a ferret?"

Monica sighed unhappily and kicked the sand around her chair. What was taking him so long!

She pulled back, her heart was racing, and she felt like there were millions of butterflies in her stomach, she was smiling at Excelsior. "I'm lucky I was on the ground that day to help you," She said with a tear in her eye, he had said all his dream had come true. "You are the perfect guy in every way." She whispered.
