More?: Darius is from the old order and was thought to be died by his friends, but was taking a Holiday at the time. He returned to find most everyone died. After a long time in the dark someone finally told him that there where new headquarters and not EVERYONE was dead afterall. As you can imagine, this left him a bit messed up.

ooc: Now for the dramatic comeback and emotional problems

Shannon said hello yo Na'Sile when she said hello and then said, "Well... I think this is it for now..."

*There then came a knock at the door. Perhaps the sort to tend to*

Shannon looked around, apparently no one else made an effort to answer the door, so she stood up and walked to the door, thinking someone in the old house would have offered to do it.... She sighed as she opened the door, but was left standing there in disbelief as she saw who it was.

*In the doorway was Darius Layt. HE slooked up from his map and stopped in mid sentence*

Darius: I think this is the right hou-....Shannon?

"Darius?!?" Shannon was dumbstruck, "I thought you were dead!"

Darius: I can see how you would have thought that. Up until yesterday I thought you were dead! *He looked different then he did last she saw him. He lookeed worn, but more so.*

Shannon could start to feel tears in her eyes, both sad and happy tears it seemed, and she embraced Darius in a hug.

With a moment of delay Darius hugged Shannon back. Tears swelled in his eyes as well and he let his feelings show

Darius: Oh, Shannon, I missed you so. I didn't think I'd ever see you again.

ooc: As a word of warning, my dad wants to kick me off so he can play with powertools so if I disappear all of the sudden, you know why.

"I didn't think I'd ever see you again either," Shannon said, pulling away and looking at him. He looked a little different, but nothing major. "You don't... you don't know if anyone else... survived?"

Darius: Alas, not to my knowing. *he looked into her eyes for a moment, then taking notice of Na'Sile looked away from Shannon and to the new face* Hello. I am Darius W. Layt, one of the Governers at the minestry. A pleasure to meet you. *He walked over to her and took her hand, promptly kissing it. The same old Darius manners.*

Shannon closed the door quietly behind her, still in disbelief that Darius was here. "Would you like something to drink, Darius?"

Darius turned back to Shannon with a smile. "I think I would like a cup of tea or a large brandy."

ooc: My as well use a line from the new HArry Potter movie.

"Well..." Shannon looked around in the empty cupboards, "Tea will have to do... wed don't have much of anything in this house yet." She filled a teapot with water and set it on the stove. She walked over to the table and sat down, then asked Darius, "So... you weren't in the house when... it happened?"

Darius: Chief of International Magical Trading. Quite a job. You're more important then I, but someone has to keep an eye on Hogwarts.

Darius: *sigh* No, I was on Holiday from work. I should have been there...

"Not if you were on holiday, you shouldn't have... I mean, Merlin knows you of all people would need a break from your job," Shannon said, having a sort of flashback to a certain conversation on the couch she and Darius once had.
