Reese is throwing,yet,another house party before school starts. Reese decorated the house,which looked wonderful by the way.She went and picked out her lovley party dress and bought tons of food for her friends to enjoy. Now,all she needed was someone to showed up...

There was a teensy crack as Cale Newell apparated himself onto the front step of Reese's house. His eyes were squeezed shut and he opened them a teensy bit, finally sighing in relief when he found that he had landed in the right spot. He was getting GOOD at this apparation thing!

Bouncing on his black Converse-clad heels he knocked on the door, waiting to be let in.

Reese glanced in the mirror for the last time until the party.Her brown hair when down over her shoulder.sshe didn't like puting her hair up,it's didn't look that good in a bun or anything.She smiled when she was satisfied.She exited her bedroom and then heard a knock on the door.Wow.Somebody was one time.I mean exactly on time.She walked down the stairs and went over to the front door.She took in a deep breath and opened the door.

"Cale!I'm glad you could make it,"she said with a smile.

Josh came up to the door as he had 'poofed' as he called it. He straightened his outfit as he moved his hat a little bit. of course he had his shades but he put them in his coat pocket for safe keeping. he moved to knock on the door as he had been invited to reece's party. Of course he was coming! Duh. He wouldnt miss it if reece asked him to come. he stood their for a second as he started to look around as he waited.

Wearing his favourite green button up shirt and black trousers, Miles was stood at the front door of the MAHUSSIVE mansion once more. He had his hands in his pockets, and his fringe had grown alot longer, and it almost covered his eyes, except he stopped it by sweeping it to the side.

Miles was very excited to see Reese, it felt like forever since he had last seen her pretty blonde self. He knocked on the door twice, swinging his head around behind him occasionally, just in case anyone else arrived.

Reese saw Josh come up and smiled.It's been a loooooong time since she has seen her 2nd brother(Cale being her first). "Josh,"she squeeled."You made it.I thought you would be busy or something and wouldn't be here,but...HERE YOU ARE!!"
Once greeting Josh and Cale,Reese heard another knock on the door.She walked over to the door and swung it open.A smile formed on her face when she saw Miles' face.It's been all summer since she has seen her best friend."Hey Miles,"she said."Long time...no see."

Miles didn't realize the door had opened and was busy looking up again at the mansion, it really was huge, and it seemed to get bigger everytime he came to the place. It was only when he heard his name did he snap his head back to stare in awe at who was in the door frame.

What the ..... ?

He raised an eyebrow, and cocked his head to the side slightly. But this was all in a good way, he was stopping himself from saying 'RAWR'. "Reese?" Miles managed to choke out, still staring at her, mainly her hair.

Miles' response wasn't what she was looking for.It sounded like he didn't know who she was.She raised her eyebrows,but wuickly lowered them she found out Miles didn't know she dyed her hair.She smiled slightly.

"Yeah,it's Reese,"she told Miles."Well,a brunette Reese,but I'm still Reese.Just not blonde."She slightly shrugged. "Do you like it?"

Vanessa could remember what had happened the last time that Reese had held a party. And she really didn't want a repeat. Brushing her brunette curls over her shoulder, the small hufflepuff approached the big house. She did have to admit though, she was quite looking forward to the party.

After knocking on the door, she glanced down at her dress hoping that she had dressed up too much, she probably hadn't. Twisting a strand of her hair around her finger she waited for someone to answer the door.

Allie walked up to Reese's giant house, and knocked on the door. She couldn't wait for this party, and she wasn't goign to leave early like last time. She looked down at her new outfit, that she bought just for the party, and made sure it looked perfect. Her grandma even let her buy heels, that made her like five feet tall! Once she had made sure it was perfect she waited patiently for Reese to come to the door.

"Like Magic." he teased as he moved to give her a hug." Hello reese." he said with a smile as he pulled away from her." All in one piece then?" he listened to her as she thought he wouldnt of been there." Of course i'd be here. your like my little sister. Why wouldnt i come?" he was curious to hear this answer even if she had said it was time."Never too busy for you." he gave her a smile as he looked around." party huh. What for this time?"

Miles, still slightly shocked, walked into the foyer of the house and fazd around again, it seriously was getting bigger, or he was shrinking. He then focused back to Reese, and her long brunette curls. He smiled, as she looked a little upset at his little burst of suprise, he couldn't help it, he was never expecting Reese to die her hair. EVER.

"I do." Miles picked up one of her curls and twizzled it around his fingers. "I shall miss the blonde though, very much so." Secretley, he wondered why she died it in the first place, unless she had always had brown hair, and died it blonde, but he really doubted that. "Why d'you dye it?" He asked, just out of curiousity.

Reese heard someone knock on the door and smiled.She walked back over to the door and opened it."Vannie,"she exclaimed.she noiced the outfit she was wearing."You look wonderful."

Reese walked to the door when she heard someone knock on it,again.She gently opened the door,"ALLIE!!!"She ran over to give her besty friend a hug."I was waiting for you to come.It's not a party without you...and your craziness."She let go of her and looked at her heels and outfit."Wow.you should wer heels more often.I like you taller."

"Yeah,Like Magic,"Reese said with a smirk.She gave Josh a hug when he came to hug her."Hey Josh,"she said and let go as he let go of her."Yes,all in one piece,"she told him."Oh,I don't know.I thought sinc eyou movd out of school your job,in you have one yet,might get in the way of you coming.By the way,have you got a job yet?"Awwwww.Never too busy for you.Those words just made her day."Oh.There really isn't a reason for this party."She slightly nodded.

Reese closed the door when Miles walked inside.She turned to look at him and smiled."I'm glad you like it,"she told him."Oh.This color isn't going to be my permanent color.I might change it back next year.It depends."She looked around the house then back at Miles."Oh.There really isn't a good answer.I just...I just wanted to be brunette.But,Miles,there is something I've been wanting to tell you.And..."She looked at the people in her house then to Miles,"I sort of want it to be private.Only a few people know and I don't want anyone else to know."

Vanessa smiled when Reese opened the door. "Hey Reese," She spoke, as she stared at her. "Thanks....and I like your hair," She nodded. It suited her, although it was a little different.
"Is Miles here?" She asked, as she looked around, seeing if she could spot him.

"Thanks,"Reese said when Vannie complimented her hair.She nodded when she asked if Miles was here."Yeah,he is somewhere.Oh,come on in.You don't have to stand outside forever."She walked out fomr the door frame to let Vannie in.

Before she could say anything else, Miles pulled her into a big bear hug, after all, she deserved it, after all the parties she hosted. "EEEEE." He stretched his arms around her and grinned. "Thought you might like to know; I missed you." He let go of her and let her stand how she originally was before. He nodded. "It's nice, but I really did like the blonde." Miles smirked at her, hair colour to him, was not be changed, definitely on guys. Meh.

Miles raised his eyebrow slightly at her sudden mysteriousness. "'Course, that's fine." He smiled, but then heard a voice which he was longing to hear. He grinned and turned around as he saw Vannie in a very, Miles approved dress. "Well, well." He smirked as he moved closer to kiss her.

Before Reese knew it,Miles pulled her into a big bear hug.She wrapped her hand around and smiled."I missed you,too,Miles.I relly wanted to talk to you,again,"she said.She really wanted to be comforted by Miles.After what hapened this summer,she really needed to have someone she can talk to.Yes,she did have Cale.But he was uaully busy with Anna,so Reese usually never sees him."Okay.When you're ready to listen to what happened this summer,just tell me.We'll go to my bedroom and talk,"she said.

Late as usual, Anna finally arrived at Reese's house, anxious to hang out with one of her best friends again. Reese's parties were always fun, and Anna always managed to get herself into some sort of hilarious situation at some point throughout the party. The last time she'd been to one of these, she and Ezra had gotten into a huge fight right in the middle of the living room. Cake and punch had been thrown all around, and Anna and Ezra had even pulled one another's hair a time or two. Thank Merlin Cale had said he wouldn't be bringing her along this time. That girl was nothing but trouble. As Anna approached the door, she knocked a few times, waiting for Reese or some other party-goer to let her in.

Reese was about to go get her some punch when she heard a knock on he door.She walked over to the front door and opened it."Anna,"she said."I was wondering when you were going to get here."She walked over and gave her friend a hug."How have you been?I haven't talked to you in AGES."

Vanessa smiled as she followed Reese into the house. "oooh Good," She added with a smile. She had missed Miles.

Vanessa smirked as she saw Miles turn around. It seemed that he liked her dress too. Mission Completed. At least the person she was hoping to impress, seemed to like it."Hello Handsome" She spoke quietly as she wrapped her arms around his waist before she kissed him back. "Looking good," She added with a grin.

Miles smiled in a flirtacious manner, he felt quite loved that Reese had missed him, and wanted to talk to him in private, not like anything could go wrong in that right? Right. He nodded. "You should wait for all your guests and get the party going before we chat, yeah?" It was only polite after all.

"Well, I did try to make an effort." Miles winked, and lightly sweeped his fingers over her hair. "Nice dress." He winked at her flirtasiously. He parted from her and took a step back to look at her, she really was beautiful tonight. For fun, Miles lifted her arm up and let her twizzle around. Really beautiful.

Reese slighly nodded."Okay,I will.Uh-I'm going to let you and Vannie catch up on some things.I'll be in the kitchen if you need me,"she told Miles.With that,she walked away from Miles and into the kitchen.She got a cup from the cabniet and poured herself some water.She sat down at the table and took a sip.

Vanessa smirked as she look up at him. "It worked," She nodded as he sweeped his fingers over her hair like she always did. "I hoped that you would like it," She admitted quietly, before she twizzled around for him. She giggled as she did so, and she found his hand to hold after she had finished.
"Have you had good holidays?"

"Exactly like magic." he told her as he gave her a small wink."Good. Keeping out of trouble at hogwarts? Not picking on any of those hugglepuffs now are you?" Their was one he would pay someone to pick on, but no one would take him up on his offer. it was a shame too."Yes i have one. I just got it though. Im an Auror. A french one as well. Its pretty exciting. I've waited for awhile for it so im pretty pumped." he would be a little more excited if a lion lady was around."No reason? Their is always a reason. If not just to have fun." he said as he then looked around. "anything new with you?" he asked her.

"Well, then now the party can officially start!" she said jokinglly. She hugged Reese back, and also looked down at her shoes when they broke apart. "I know!" she said, bouncing up and down a little. "I like being tall, the world looks so differnent from way up here. I wonder if I would be allowed to wear them around Hogwarts?" It was a potentially dangerous idea, considering she could barely stay balanced on teh moving staircases in flats...but if it made her taller, then who cared?
