Harry led her to an empty dorm.
"Ok, I'm going to mess Snape's classroom up, but that's not what I need to talk to you about. Uhhh....." Harry said. "I'm going to destroy myself. Litterally.

"Harry!" Jackie nearly screeched as she pulled his arm to prevent him from leaving. "Oh no you won't!"

"Jackie, please, just let me go." Harry said.

"Over my dead body, Harry. If you're going to injure yourself, you're going to have to go through me first." Jackie said, as anger and sadness boiled up in her eyes.

"Fine, I won't hurt myself. But I'm still ruining Snape's life!" Harry said.

"Simple things, though, nothing serious on Snape." Jackie said angrily, lowering her eyes at Harry. "It's not just going to be fine. I'm not done with this discussion with you."

"Okay, keep going then," Harry said respectedly.

"I would, but my brain just died. Once I remember what I was going to say, I will assure you I will say it. Loud and clear."

"Not entirely new," she wondered if it was possible for him to see her blush in the dark light,
"Once in 4th year....I.....I......wrote in my diary that you were pretty cute." she laughed a little softly in the deserted forest,
"But I've always liked you, I just thought you didn't know I existed, most people don't unless they haven't finished their homework," and then she added her voice slightly shakey,
"or if they're on the rebound," silent for a moment, she just enjoyed feeling his strong arms around her, and the sweet smell of his after-shave.

"Oh Tom, Nancy's just gonna ruin this," she sighed and pulled away from him, stressed and confused she ran her fingers through her long hair and wrapped her coat tight around her in the cold night, shivering slightly. Pacing up and down she felt overwhelmed at the task they had to face and her eyes started to glisten in the little light there was.

Ooc: Actually, I have something else in mind. Is it ok for Hermione to find the book someplace else other than the library, like it mysteriously turning up somewhere?

Harry ignored her and left the common roon with Jackie. Hermione gave a look of disapproval. She still sensed something's up with him. "What's up with him lately?" she asked Sandy. She put Harry out of her mind and began her first homework of the term.

"hey its ok" he said softly softly touching her cheeks with his both hands "im not gonna let anything tear us apart, umm why dont you talk to Nancy, maybe shes jealous that you have someone who really cares about you.. i dont know, tell her that youre here for her and that shes not alone.. maybe itll work" he said giggling "are you cold?" he asked taking off his coat and placing it in Della's back, the he sighed and said "Della, in case you dont believe that this is for real, i just wanted to say that i really care about you, and i wont let anybody, anybody play with you, let me ask you something, do you feel safe with me?"

I don't know, he has been acting a bit weird...*Sandy paused* He was alright in Potions then it all started going downhill, you could try going after him if you want. *Sandy shrugged and walked over to the fire. The first years who were sat in the chairs got up and moved looking scared at her* What? Where are you going? *One of them squeaked about the library and then they left out of the portrait hole. Sandy shrugged and looked over at Hermione* Want to sit down over here?

Della nodded her head,
"I suppose I'm gunna have to talk to Nancy, it's the only way she might come around," she felt his warm coat draped around her small shoulders and sighed as she heard him speak. She turned to him and smiled,
"I do feel safe with you Tom," she moved closer to him and placed her hand on the back of his neck, twirling a small piece of his hair between her fingers,
"You beat other guys I've been out with, I mean not one of them has arranged a secret midnight meeting in the forest," she laughed and looked into his cool blue eyes,
"I really do like you Tom, and I'll try and talk with Nancy tomorrow." The corners of her mouth twitched and her eyes sparkled,
"I'm kinda tired of talking," she said and smiled, bringing his head close to hers she kissed the corner of his mouth lightly and then placed her lips on his for a gentle kiss.

"Harry? Are you even listening to me?" Jackie said.

Hermione watches the first years sprint past them. "Okay. Where should we start first, Charms or Potions? I've got a few books here that will prepare for our NEWTs, as well as our homework. Let's see..." She rummaged through her bag.

Tom wrapped Della with his arms and gave her a long big kiss in return "im.. very.. happy.. i.. found.. you" he said in between kisses

Della kissed him happily, her hands resting on his shoulders, enjoying the feeling of his arms around her, and his lips on hers. She then kissed his cheek traveling down to his jaw and then neck. Finally stopping they stood for a while, their arms wrapped around one another. And Della wished it could be like that forever, until eventualy she checked her watch.
"I suppose we'll have to go Tom," she sighed, still hugging him.


ooc : Is it like morning the next day, or still night time or somethin? It's no problem cos if it's morning we can just cut to the next day.

Tom smiled and said "youre right", " shall we leave together or separate ways?"

ooc : yah ok, tis no prob!

Della looked around. The sun was gentley rising and she couldn't beleive the time, it was nearly 5:00am.
"I think seperate," she said glancing around again,
"It's safer, ya never know who's lurkin' around," she smiled and gripped his hand,
"Bye Tom, " she kissed him on the cheek,
"you come 5 minutes after me ok?" she kissed him again and handed him his jacket.
Her hair billowing behinde her in a wave she walked up the hill to the castle. Her face bright and her lips smiling.

Ooc: I'll just assume it's ok with you.

A small wisp of a breeze gently twirled her hair around, making several strands of hair fall, itching her nose. Her nose twitched and opened her eyes. Hermione was surprised it was morning already; she wasn't aware she fell asleep while studying homework and NEWTs with Sandy.

Speaking of Sandy, Sandy herself has also fallen asleep across the table. Hermione was tempted to wake her up, but decided against it. Instead, she decided to do a bit of reading and rummaged through her bag once more and grabbed a handful of books, lifted them onto the table, and began picking through them.

" Plants of the Mediterranean; Cosmos, A Guide to Advanced Astronomy," she muttered, " Wizarding Myths and Legends..." She paused at the fourth title of the book. Its title has faded so much she couldn't make it out and the covers are dilapidated, tattered.

"Strange," she again muttered to herself. "I don't remember checking this out. I must've accidently taken this at the checkout." But when she opened the book, her name was in the list of people who have checked it out, which was really strange because she is the third person to have ever checked it out since a century ago! Before her conscience could protest, her mind was already drawn in to the book.

"Hmph. Well, I see you later then. I have to go to the library to check out something. Bye!" Jackie said, heading to the library.

*Sandy woke up and realised she was slumped over a table, she sat up and had a sheet of parchment stuck to her cheek. She yawned and stretched and pulled the pachment of her cheek* Wizarding Myths and Legends? That sounds...well nothing like what you would read Hermione. It's more of a...Luna Lovegood book. *Sandy looked over the window, the sun was just coming over the mountains and the sky was cloudless it seemed like it would be a good day, she looked over Hermione's shoulder* God! Where did you find that? It says you're the third person in a whole century!

Harry entered the common room only to find Hermione and Sandy staring at a book. "Hey, what's that?" he asked, looking at the book. "Hermione, why would you check this book out?"

Harry...I thought you were in bed? What are you doing up this early? *She looked at Harry who looked like he needed a good night's sleep* Did you have a fight with Jackie last night?

"Uhh... Sorta." Harry said. He did need more sleep, bu he wasn't going back to sleep.
