"I don't either! Come on! IOt's natural for the human race! If you'll excuse me, but I'm going to go away from people whoare being major buttheads to their freinds." Jackie snipped, striding up to the Gryffindor's Girls dorm.

Della decided not to intrude on the argument and so sat silently, smiling about the note Tom had passed to her.

*Sandy simply rolled her eyes and continued with her breakfast*

Harry just dropped the pearl into Hermione's arms and stalked off towards the Gry. common room. Hermy's mind went alert when she felt something drop into her arms and was about to say something to Harry, but he was already gone before she could do so.

"Huh. What's this? Th-the Pearl, is it?" She stood up suddenly..."Hold on...have you guys seen the book?" Then she noticed something wet on her back. "Ack! Orange juice!" She took off her sweatshirt with one arm, and held the pearl in the other. "Scourgify!" and the stain vanished from her sweatshirt. Her other clothes are still slightly wet, she can feel it. "Uh, a little help?"

Jackie said the password and ran into the common room. She plopped herself onto one of the couches, and let her many emotional thoughts run through her head.

"Oh my Hermione I'm so sorry," said Della hurriedly as she noticed the orange juice,
"I'm so dumb," she said and still continued to mop the table,
"What's this Pearl thing?" asked Della interested, "why is everyone so high-strung?" she said not understanding.

"That's alright, Della. It happens to everyone...Erm...hello guys, have anyone of you seen the book around here?" Hermione asked for the third time.

..."I don't know it myself, either. So this Pearl is what Harry found?" she said holding it up, examining it.

OOC: Let's just say Harry has the book. And, (If it's Sapphire_Misty), Hermy can go looking for Harry and find it. But that's up to Sapphire_Misty. lol

Harry awoke about an hour later. (OOC: It's still brekfeast) He went to the bathroom, changed, and sat in bed.

Jackie, anger and sadness bottling up inside of her, picked up one of the glass vases on the Common room table and threw it againist the wall.

Sandy and Della looked up at one another. One of them said: "Erm I think Harry has it?"

Hermione shrugged. "It figures. I swore I heard him saying something about wanting to borrow my book just before going to duty. Still though, it shouldn't have just disappeared on me when I just had it with me...By the way, I assume it has just came out of nowhere?"

The two kept looking at her. She sighed. "If you say so." She frowned. "It isn't in Harry's nature to have suddenly do something with/out anyone's knowledge, unless if you can count when he thought his godfather was being tortured at the same moment we were finishing the last of our OWLs. Perhaps something's been bugging him lately that causes him to act so unruley? In any case, he has bigger things to worry about..." She left the tables.

Della watched Hermione go,
"I guess this is quite serious," she said under her breath and bit her lip.

Tom finished his homework just in time for the next class.. he got up, took a deep breath and headed into the school, as soon as he came in a prefect headed his way..the guy took him by the arm a little tight and said
"are you Tom Kent?"
Tom answered "yeah, why?"
"oh great i found you, i have to report you with your house teacher"
"why? is everything ok?" he asked
the prefect gave him an evil smile "someone told me that you and a young lady are misbehaving.. is that true?"
Tom didnt know what to say, he froze, at first he was going to tell him that he was wrong, but then he didnt want to deny Della so he loose it "missbehaving? a gentle kiss is misbehaving? you know what dude, i love that girl and nothing will take her away from me.."
"yeah right, teenage love..cmon, we'll have to find a teacher and let him know what youve done.." they crossed the GH, there Tom saw Della with a worried but kinda relieved face and with small full of love eyes..

Harry heard a loud noise from the common room. "Jackie?" he asked when he saw her.

Jackie turned around. "Oh, uh, Hi Harry" She said, trying to hide the broken glass.

"You okay?" he asked.

"Fine, yeah, I'm fine. You? You ran off in a rush." Jackie said,concerned.

"Listen,Harry. I'm really sorry about how I acted last night. I acted like a complete lunatic. I just get really senstive and scared when something happens to the people I really care about. I really care about you,Harry. I want you to know that." Jackie explained.

"Same here! I don't wanna lose you, Jackie! But sometimes we have to make sacrifices for the ones we love. Jackie, I wanted you to know that," Harry explained. He suddenly disappeared, saying, "Think about that Jackie, and read this before Herm does," Harry dropped the book into JT's hands. He never read out loud that, if someone besides Hermione touches the pearl, unless that person sacrifices him/her self, then every witch/wizard must die. unless.... (OOC: The page was ripped, so the words weren't there)

Jackie read the section quickly and absorbed it. She noticed at the bottom the very very fine print. "'Results may vary." She said aloud "If the person who touched it's name has the initals HP and was attempted to be killed by Lord Voldemort, this incantion will not work. Please consult family before touching the merchandise.'

OOC: That means Harry qualifies! lol
