Poseidon laughed. "Yeah, you're right. Let's go."

Dite walked over to the lake. She sighed.
"Pretty out tonight."

"Yeah," Poseidon agreed. "Look," he said pointing at the squid. "The giant squid is doing flips!"

Dite laughed.
"You told to do that, didn't you?"

Ginny tucked one strand of hair behind her ear and curtsied as she was supposed to and wrapped her arms around his neck as if it was the most normal thing to do. "Okay so..yes..long time not talk," She said smiling up at him. "Thanks you look good too!" She said sounding as casual as she could without freaking out. Still she doubted she could have kept that squeak out of her voice.

"Maybe...," Poseidon said. He watched as the driplets in the air spelled out 'Aphrodite and Poseidon forever'. "I didn't tell it to do that," he said in awe.

"Well, did you tell him I would do this?" she said and then kissed him.

Poseidon kissed her back, not wanting the moment to end.

Dite smiled. She looked at the flipping squid.

She sat there giggling at the squid.

Apollo's eyes ventured away from Nyx towards Aphrodite and Poseidon, who were now at the lake, watching the giant squid. He then looked up at the night sky. "So, which one is that?" Apollo asked, pointing to one of the constellations.

"Thanks." Harry replied, after nervously putting his arms about her waist. His mind searched for subjects to talk about. "So.. what do you think of this ball so far? Is it what you had expected?" He asked.

Ginny could only nod. "Well me and Dean were thinking about getting back together and we were going to test-drive here. So..yeah its not at all what I expected. Lot more lonely lot less contact."She said and wished she could twiddle with her fingers but she shouldn't do that it was a bad habit. Besides her fingers were behind Harrys neck and she generally liked to see her twiddling as she twiddled. "So are you having fun?" She was tempted to ask who the girl was but decided not to. She laughed remembering the Yule Ball. "Guess your up for dancing now huh?" She asked him a smile on her face.

"Oh, right. You're still going out with Dean.." Harry said, remembering. "Where is Dean, anyway?" He asked her, noting that he hadn't seen him for a couple of days. He then heard Ginny's question. "Yeah, actually. This one's a lot better than the Yule Ball." He said with a smile, becoming more comfortable.

Ginny shrugged. "Not really...just you know a date here a date there. Nothing to serious. So what about you and...well I can't really think of a name since I don't know her. So what about you and her? God that sounds rude even as I speak it. I don't even mean it that way." She added just incase Harry got defensive which she knew he could often. She had seen it often when he defended Sirius and then defended himself. "I agree...this time my toes aren't filled with blisters. Neville's a darling but the poor boy stepped on my toes too often and the shoes were to hard soled." She said shuddering slightly which was quite weird to do but she managed it somehow. She was Ginny Weasley she managed a lot of weird things. "Parvati's going to be mad as **** when I tell her you actually danced. She had a bet going on and I said you would. I didn't put any money down or anything don't worry." She added once again at the end. She seemed to be adding so much at the end. As if she wanted to watch what she said in front of Harry. Unconciously she looked at her silver necklace.

Nyx looked up to where he was pointing. She had a bright smile on her face that could have out shown the stars. It had to be her favorite. "That's Lepus the Hare. It's just under the Orion constellation. But the hare is the most over looked because of Orion." She wanted to point out another constellation...she knew about the whole Orion the person thing and wanted to get off that subject. Finally she found what she was looking for. She pointed to the constellation, "You see that group of stars over there. It kind of looks like a W. Anyway that's Cassiopeia. Both her and her husband are up there..his constellation looks like a square head and a pointy top for his crown. Andromeda is up there to..chained."

Apollo looked at the different places in the sky to which she was pointing at. "Heh. I never really took notice of all of the constellations.. There are quite a few.." He said, before looking back at Nyx once again. He couldn't help looking at her, for he greatly enjoyed observing others and their habits, especially Nyx's.

"Artemis." Harry said, with a nod. "She's over.." He began, looking to his left, but she was out of his sight at the moment. He looked back to Ginny as she looked down at her necklace. "Well, you had the advantage; you know me better than Parvati does... New necklace?" He inquired.

Ginny shrugged. She looked across. All the guys were preparing to toss the girlies over. "Well Harry..seems our time is limited. So yes Artemis the goddess right? Oh good-" She was almost about to say goodie. "for you." She said finally in the end after a very short pause that she hoped Harry wouldn't notice but he being Harry probably would. "Don't I know that?" She said with a smile on her face as she took her arms off his neck. "You could say that. I found it. It's pretty right? I absolutely adore it..probably because I was brought up a tomboy and never owned something pretty and real." She said truthfully once more.

"That there are. Each has a story to tell. Anyway...people usually don't look up at the sky as much as I do. When your sister took my powers for one night..I was frightened. I felt cut off from everything...and I feared what would happen to the stars. My powers keep them in place...without me...they blink out or fall out of place. I was lucky to find away to get them back and nothing happened. If I hadn't found away we would all be introuble." She touched her locket. Her little star was in there and it was glowing through the little sapphire in the center of it.

"What would happen?" Apollo asker her, curiously. "Would they all come crashing down as the Night goddess' fatal bomb's?" He asked, randomly concocting the idea from nowhere.

"No. But nice try. First the stars would fall out of allinement, then that would cause the gravity around the planets to fade. They too would be moving on their own. It could throw the earth totally off balance. We won't have to worry about that unless someone binds my powers once again and makes the spell more powerful so I can't break it. Which won't happen so don't worry about it." Nyx turned to look at him with a smile. "We're perfectly safe."

Apollo smiled and looked back and forth between her two blue eyes as he leaned closer towards her. Just then lightning struck, and soon after, thunder boomed throughout the entire grounds. He quickly turned his head away and knew it was his father's doing.

Dite sat on the sand.
"Posiedon, do you think I should help Nike?"

"With the arrows? I don't think so. She can sort things out on her own. But if things get really chaotic, shoot away."
