Nyx lowered her hand and opened her eyes. She sent a message back telepathicly, 'Who says I would get caught in the first place? Besides that wouldn't be able to hold me in there for long.' She could just use her powers to get herself out. Either that or scare who ever was giving the detention into letting her go.

Ooc: I'll keep Ceres in Ravenclaw. Do I need to post a new Bio for Athena? She'll be in Ravenclaw as well, just so there's another person there...

Ceres watched as everyone left. Sighing, she went outside to get a good view of the grounds. She walked by the lake and smiled, seeing the Squid resting on a far shore. She walked close to the Forbidden Forest, admiring the size of some of its plants. She then continued along the grounds. Glancing behing her, she saw that the grass she had walked on had grown a little. "Stop that!" she scolded it, smiling because she knew they couldn't hear her. Shrugging, she turned around and realized she was now close to the Greenhouses. She peeked in through one of the panes and smiled. "I can't wait for this class!" she said, smiling as some of the plants began reaching for her. She then walked back to the castle, excited for the next day.

OOC: Nike is in Gryffindor, BTW

Nike could sense plotting against her as she tried to enter Poseidon's mind but couldn't. She squirmed in her seat as she watched Hermione with anger.

Harry heard someone say his name and he turned to see a girl with long blonde hair and astonishing blue eyes. "Yep, that's right. And you're Artemis." He said, thinking back to the conflict between Artemis and Nyx last night.

Apollo decided to take a more detailed tour of the school, and left the hall to go outside. He saw a field with three golden rings on both ends of the field and headed in it's direction to further examine the close range.

Artemis nodded. "You know my name surprising. Person I don't have to introduce myself to." Artemis was usually be littling her self and keeping high self esteem. She managed to do both oddly enough to the confusion of everyone else. "So classes are over right? Or have they started...or are they starting?" She asked a little fuzzy on when exactly school started in hogwarts. At night? Oh Nyx would love that.. in the morning, Apollo would love that or in the middle...she wasn't sure who'd love that but she was pretty sure there was someone.

Aphrodite came to Artemis and Harry.
"Hello you two!!" she said cheerfully. "You may not remember me but I'm Aphrodite." she said to Harry.

Artemis gave a laugh. "Like anyone could forget you Dite." She said shaking her head. Dite was one of a kind really. Artemis herself never knew any other god that was born from the sea.

She sighed.
"I'm sooo tired!!! All boys have asked me to come with them to the dance! I just told them I'm taken and I'll take them next dance. The only problem is I have 1000 dates to the next dance! Even a Slyherin asked me!" she said.

Aphrodite heard Nike's comment. She knew she was trying to be mean. Dite didn't want to get in a fight.
"I know." she said simply and turned back to Artemis. She had no idea why Nike was being mean but she just went back to the conversation.
"Sooo much homework last night. Had to do it in the hospital wing. I need to finish that essay that's due next thursday. What about you?" she asked Harry, Artemis, and Nike.

Artemis blushed feverently. She wasn't all that great with the concept of dating. Being the goddess of Chastity and all. "Well I can always cloud them up...except thats not really nice is it and what is it with you people and Slytherins....they can't all be bad...well not as bad as Hades or Hera for that matter." Artemis just didn't like Hera...not since the Trojan war.

"I like Slytherins. They don't like me! Well, atleast the girls." she said. "The boys well...." she didn't like talking about how people liked her so much. She went through her bag. She got out her essay. "Darn thing! I think I'll fail History!!!! I'm good at Potions though." she was. Especially LOVE potion.

Artemis wasn't as smart as Athena...she wasn't a goddess of 'smartness' but if she were a mortal she would be smart so it wasn't very hard for her to catch up on most courses and actually pay attention in History of Magic. She looked at her bag and opened it up and handed the Essay to Aphrodite. "Don't copy it but there are good notes in there." She said nodding to her.

"Its ok." she said. "Almost done anyway."
She smiled.
"Oh wait... where did I leave it?"
she said. She lost her favorite quill. Great.

"Oh, classes will begin on Monday.." Harry said, before Aphrodite and Nike came over too. He listened as they began talking about the dance and realized he didn't have a date yet. After shrugging the subject of his mind, he spoke. "There's a Potions essay?"

"Yeah, but its only supposed to be two pages on the draught of the living dead." she said trying to find her quill. "I just finished it. Its due Wednesday. Hmmm..."
Dite finally found it and smiled.
"Artemis, Harry, Nike, want to come have lunch in the Great Hall with me now?"

Artemis nodded. "Ofcourse there's also a History of Magic one but its only about a foot of parchment which shouldn't be that hard to fill up. It's on the Goblin Rebellion. Which was around the same time as the Boxer Rebellion in China right?" She asked remembering the Boxer rebellion...oh the havoc she and her nymphs had caused. She looked to the others. "Well if they don't mind sure why not?" She said looking to Nike and Harry.

"I'll have to remember to do those papers.. I guess I wasn't paying attention when they were assigned." Harry said, laughing a bit. "But yeah, let's go eat."

Artemis nodded. "It's a bit hectic life as a mortal...up there I just sit in the hot springs." She said smiling. She couldn't wait to have conversations about intellectual topics but she was pretty sure that wouldn't happen in her house. "Nike you coming?" She asked her friend.

"I can't wait till Hogsmeade next weekend!" she said walking down the hall. "I love the Three Broomsticks."

"Yes, we mortals and our hectic lives." Harry said, with a faint smile as he headed down towards the Great Hall.

"Hermes, you scared me! I didn't see you there! Are you ever going to stop playing tricks on me?" she asked giggling.

Artemis immediately looked apolgetic. "Oh I didn't mean it badly! It's just I'm usually just used to relaxing but I'm sure once I get a good sport or two in I'll be fine. Do you guys have any sports?" She asked smiling. She used to love playing sports as a kid and she couldn't she why she couldn't play now. She nodded to Dite. "Hogsmeade weekend should be nice." She said nodding. She couldn't wait till Hogsmeade with Butterbeer...she had been there about once. Still she had liked it a lot. She spotted Hermes and gave him a shocked look. "When'd you creep up behind us?"
