Shelly smiled,"I'll have whatever His Magesty chooses,"she said, playing along.

Mark nodded at Jessyrah, and also pulled away. He however still had an arm wrapped around her waist.

"Sure..I´ll go with you then."

He smiled. That way, he could still be with Jessyrah, while also able to stalk Heathe and Lina for a bit. After all, maybe the couple might need some help...heh.

Mark had a small smirk on his face at the thought, but quickly replaced it with a smile as he looked over at Eve.

"Shall we?"

Jessyrah nodded slowly and said, "I think it would be best if I didn't dance to something so lively. I might end up breaking your foot," she said, laughing in a nervous that clearly meant she was still very sorry for what happened.

DV smiled at Shelly's answer, glad that he'd gotten someone who would play along, and said, "A butterbeer, it is then." He returned momentarily with the drinks, handed one to Shelly and sat down at the table next to her, popping his own open and sighing contentedly.

Mark swallowed thickly, and tried to laugh.

"Ha...uh...well, you just need some practice that´s all. You weren´t bad the second time yeh know."

Raine blushed feoriously( lol cant spell) and she was gretful for the mask that she was wearing. "Thanks." she smiled one of her famous smiles. She was so close to knowing who he was but it was liek it was on the tip of her brain and she just couldnt get it. "Can you see the clock, I'm too short" she laughed

Shelly smiled and took the butter beer then sat down.She popped it open with a little bit of difficulty and took a sip, looking around her at all of the marvelous costumes.

Mark tried to smile at she spoke. ´Great Mark....now you made her feel bad...Great, just...just bloody perfect!´

"Um...yeah, a double latte with crea- Ack! I mean, punch! Punch sounds just fine."

He grinned weakly, and hand jumped to the back of his neck nervousily. No....he never visited such a muggle coffee place-area-called-Starbucks....NEVER! Ever!

Carolina stared down for a moment at Heathe, she was quite enjoying this attention...Heathe...on one knee...begging.

"Oh! How this wounds me so!"

She exclaimed, dramatically throwing her head away from Heathe, the back of her free hand pressed against her forehead.

Mark paused, and glanced over his shoulder to see what was going on. Suddenly, he sees Heathe on his knees...crying on Lina´s hand...?! What the- Is this a joke?!

After a moment of ´regaining herself ´, Lina turned her head to glance down at Heathe.

Jessyrah couldn't help but stare at the strange antics of Heathe and Lina, thinking, I'm very glad that he wan't my partner for the ball... "What?" she asked, slightly distracted when Mark suggested that they move toward the drinks. "Oh! Yes, that would be... better, I think..."

"Wonderful party, isn't it?" DV said out loud, not really to anyone in particular, but to everyone in general. He took a sip of his butterbeer and said, "I haven't seen anyone that I know, have you?"

Jett smiled at the girl on his arm and repeated her words, "To Dumbledore." He walked with her to the teachers' table where Professor Dumbledore and several of the other teachers were having a snack. "Professor Dumbledore," Jett said, clearing his throat to make his appearance known.

Mark swallowed thickly and nodded at Jessyrah, taking another glance at his friends.

"Yes....far....far....away..."

He mumbled, placing his hand against the middle of her back to press her forward to the drinks.

"How about some..uh punch, Eve?"

Sirius turned a little red, glancing away a moment with a short cough, going to be back in character. "Ah.. right. Very well my Princess. Let us enjoy the dancing while it last then. Shall we?" He smiled as he glanced back at her with a poliet nod.

"Oh, no, no, I'm sorry," replied Remus quickly. He hadn't really intended to be so into his thoughts that he looked like it too. "I was just seeing if I could spot my friends here." He smiled apologetically at her, feeling horrible for suddenly ignoring her as he thought about his friends and Tena.

"Really? You're a fan as well?" asked Remus, grinning. "I'm not sure if you'd call me obsessed or not, but I like the show a lot, and Si- my friend- told me to stop reciting all the poetry and the songs and quotes all the time." He paused for a second, thinking, and then gave a wry smile. "Well, then. I wonder if Dumbledore purposely chose this pairing and this costume for us."

Devan, finally ready for the davce, was running late. He walked down to the common room in his Danny costume, a black suit with a pink shirt. He made his way down to the dace, he felt bad for whoever was playing Sandy and he would apoligise when he got the chance. Now, he just has to find her in the sea of all the people.

Shelly smiled,"No actually, I haven't,"she said,"Whether it's the fact that everyone is wearing masks or that I don't know anyone in general, is beyond me,"

Emma walked quickly into the common room. She was late of course but her hair had taken a long time to per-fect. She was wearing the exact same a little past the knees, white dress Sandy had worn in the movie 'Grease' that she had bought on Ebay on her new muggle laptop. Her hair lay shampooed, conditioned, smoothed, shinned, and brushed beautifully across her shoulders. Though her hair color was not blonde she had to say it looked pretty good for taking over 2 hours to do. Sees her date in a black suit with a pink tie looking rushed. Emma smiled thinking he was probably late too. She started to walk over to him.
