Summer stuck her head out from the bathroomat the sound of knocking at the door. "I'm coming," She called out as she finished tying her hair up. She went over to her bed, fixing her jeans from the bottom as she put on her shoes. She stood up and went over to the door and opened it. "Hey guys," She said, looking from James to Oliver. "Sleep much?" She asked them.

"Oh good. I have to ask him something", said Tom to Clemence.

James grinned, "Umm about 45 minutes!"
"Too much going on, we couldn't sleep, much planning!" he smiled, "we still for tonight?"

Summer laughed. "Wow... 45 minutes... I slept for about an hour," She laughed then nodded, looking at Oliver. "Of course we are," She laughed. "Unless I've said otherwise..." She smiled at them. "Anyways," She shrugged.

Emma sighed, looking sidewyas at Dan, who closed his eyes minutes ago, fulling falling asleep. She pulled up her legs from the floor, and crossed them in the chair. She sighed long and sadly, before deciding too pull up her hair in a ponytail. She took out the small scrunchie and brushed her hair all together before tying it and tightening it. Her hands fell onto her lap, and she closed her eyes, thinking.

-kit sat by the window looking out and sees a plane fly by and sighs- oy vey..

Oliver kissed Summer on the cheek, "Well for only getting an hour of sleep, you look great!" he smiled,

James laughed, "oh Summer your gonna have fun tonnight!!!!!!!!!!!"

Oliver laughed, "So we're going out for some breakfast you wanna come?"

"Hmmm, well usually the hotel;s got good food!"

"Very true! Shall we?"

"Sure, what do you want to ask?" Rupert asked curiously. He wondered if this had anything to do with Melanie's encounter with Josh.

ooc: I hope they don't break up, but Dannii forgot Josh in her list of the charries.

"how come you left so quickly???? Was it something to do with Emma and Dan." she asked a little hurt, but trying not to show it. She glanced away at the window and saw someone walk towards the doors to come inside. shr then looked back at Rupert

"Oh, umm, well it was just getting uncomfortable..." Rupert faded looking at the approaching figure.

"Well, well, what do we have here?" Josh snarled. "You would do best to back away from my girl, Rupert." Josh glared at Rupert, just daring him to fight.

Melanie looked away for a moment, but then regained herself, and kissed his cheek, "its ok, its always hard, but hopefully it'll get easier, and well if you ever need someone I'm here." she took his hand and rested beside him, thankful for having him there and not having to think of past experiences. Just as she had begun to close her eyes she heard someone approach, and recognize the voice immediatly. She opened her eyes to see Josh standing there, she sat up but stayed close to Rupert and still held his hand. "Why can't you take a hint and leave Josh, I've told you before to leave me alone."

ooc: Oooo, Ok then ahh ive got to go

"Josh, why don't you just leave us alone?" Rupert asked calmly, giving Melanie's hand a squeeze. He stood up to look Josh face-to-face.

"What do we have here?" Josh said, evaluating Rupert. "Fine, but don't think of ever touching her again." Josh made to turn around but quickly turned back and punched Rupert in his face.

Rupert stumbled backwards, stunned by the sudden attack by Josh. "You asked for it!" called Rupert as he went after Josh. He sent punches flying about Josh's face telling Josh to never come back here and even look at Melanie again. Rupert won the fight and Josh went home crying.

-takes out ipod and starts listening to music to devert her attention and sighs- i sigh too much..

Melanie watched as Rupert stood up, "Rupert" she was about to tell him not to get into it he wasn't worth it when Josh threw the punch, "Rupert!" she stood up just as Rupert started going at Josh, she watched with shock, and watched as Josh ran off crying. She ran over to Rupert and looked at his face, "Are you ok?" she asked with worry, "Your insane what were you thinking?" she asked although she couldn;t stop a smile from escaping her lips, **Well I did ask for to defend me, and he did.** she thought. She helped walk Rupert back over ot the seat and sat him down, "Here I'll be back" she walked off to get some ice.

After about a minute she came back holding a bag of ice, and noticed his eye changing colour, "Well this looks familiar" she smiled as she placed the ice on his eye and held it for him, "It seems I'm always getting ice for you." she took his hand, "That was inpressive though."

I knew I had forgotten someone! lol.... Yay! Rupert won! You just gotta love him for standing up to that snot head... lol, I'll stop now. Thanks for reminding!

Summer nodded. "Hotel food sounds nice..." She laughed.

Emma laughed softly at Kit's comment. "You know Kit," She said, opening her eyes and looking at her. "I'm surprised that word of Dan's injuring himself hasn't got out.. guess Katie wants it to be within the set," She said.

ooc:Where is Rupert and Melanie?

Tom and Clemence went to see Dan but saw that he was asleep. "Ummm.... Emma can I talk to you?", asked Tom.

Emma was about to answer to Devon, but Tom and Clemence walked in at the time with Tom asking to talk to her. She nodded as she stood up. "I'll be back," She said to Kit and Devon as she walked out with Tom into the Hallway. She looked at him. "What did you want to talk to me about?" She asked him.

they're outside... lol, I was about to wirte that Emma looked UP at Tom, but it'll sound stupid... lol. Next time
