Kat laughed. "That's alright James," she said cheerfully. She noticed how upset Rupert looked. "What happened?" she asked the twins, nodding towards Dan, Melanie, Rupert, and Josh.

James smiled, then turned back to Rupet he then turned back, "oh that yes well, ze Rupert is experiencing the feeling of not liking when another steps into his ring and takes away something that is his." He laughed as he tried to make sense of what he just said.

Oliver shook his head, "What james I think was trying say is that, that guy over there, I think his name is josh he's an extra thats all I know, well its kinda evident he's kinda got his eye on mel and Rupert's not happy about it."

"Definatly not happy about it, but I mean I really don't think he has anything to worry about, and if that guy tries anything, Oliver and I have a plan to make that guy have no teeth."

"And of course " he said looking at kat and Emmam "We would do the same for you to if there was any guy bothering you!" he smiled as of he were excited and laughed

Clemence and tom walked to the others. Clemence looked pale.

"Clemence are you ok?", asked Tom.

Clemence did not speak. She was too scared of what's gonna happen tomorrow. 'Why did I have to tell Chris that I was dating Tom! I have to dump Tom so that he won't get pounded to pieces. But I don't want to dump Tom I love him.', thought Clemence.

"I'll remember that next time some guy starts to bother me," Kat said, grinning. She noticed Tom and Clemence. "Clemence what happened?"

"Oh ummm...... nothing", said Clemence quietly."I gotta go to the bathroom", she said and she ran off.

"Oh it's not just nothing something is bothering her.", said Tom.

James realized someone should talk to her

"hey James can you do me a favour?"
"Sure"
"Go get that thing I bought for Summer that I left in our dressing room"
Taking the hnt' Oh ya sure" he walked out and found Clemance just outside the door, "Hey, I know somethings wrong, let it out!:"

Rupert glared at Josh, but soon realized that Dan was there to back him up. "Hey mate," he said, greeting his friend. "I'm alright, just sitting here talking to Melanie, would you like to join us?" he asked, firmly trying to ignore Josh and his rudeness.

"Excuse me! I'm standing right here!" Josh proclaimed. He went around Rupert and Melanie and sat down on the other side of her, flashing her a winning smile.

Rupert jaw dropped open as Josh sat down. The nerve of him! Unknowingly, Rupert tightened his grip on Melanie's hand just a smidge.

ooc: OOh, I can't post much, sorry, I've got lots of homework and after I have to prepare my costume for tomorrow (I'm a reporter, so I'm dressing up like Rita Skeeter!)

Melanie couldn't believe what was happening and when Josh came and sat beside her she had no idea hwat to do, she felt Ruperts hand tightened its grip on hers. She had to bite her lip a little because it hurt her hand a little. She moved closer to Rupert and noticed Josh smile at her, **this isn't going to go well** she thought, "Umm Rupert can we just go outside for a minute is kinda umm warm in here" she tried to thinkof an excuse to get out of there and away from Josh,

Rupert had already began to stand up as Melanie made her request. He was really quite desperate to get out of Josh's way. He looked at Dan, "Coming?" he asked.

"Yeah sure!" Josh said, ignoring the fact that Rupert didn't ask him. He must have not seen him properly from where he was standing. "It is getting a bit stifling," he said sweetly to Melanie, admiring the petrified look on her face.

Melanie stood uo just as she heard Josh say he was coming as well she stopped and closed her eyes. She looked at Rupert, hoping he wasn't going to burst. She took his arm and linked her arm with his, just to try and make it so he really couldn't do anything. "Come on, its just for minute, I'm sure Katie will need us back soon." she then whispered to Rupert, "Once this is done I swear I'll make it up to you, but you the most choclate ice cream you can imagine" she smiled at him.

Oliver noticed the group of them get up to go outside, he had heard everything, he turned to Emma "wow that guy doesn't take a hint" he watched them leave and hoped nothing would go on, and hoping even more Katie would either say filming for the day was over or she needed them for another scene

Rupert grinned and kissed Melanie on her forehead. "You are so adored!" he told her, whisking her away.

Josh blinked as he saw Rupert kiss his girl. I mean, we're practically dating! He made to storm after them but Dan stopped him.

Zam saw katie and she looked lonely so she said "katie" and when katie looked she turned around as if she didnt say nothing.

Oliver turned and saw Zan, "Hey, wahoa wait, I swear you wern't here before, Emma have you been giving away your time turner, you know the ministry will come after you."

Melanie smiled, "your so sweet!" she got closer to him and rested her head on his shoulder as they walked out. They stopped just outside the door, "Your going to be ok right?" she asked him before Josh and Dan caught up with them. She had seen Josh get all defensive when Rupert kissed her.

Zam laughed a bit "yeah, I stole the time turner" she said laughing "so whats going on?" she said cause she just got there.

Emma looked shocked. "Have not!" She laughed. "You missed some things in that recap," she pointed out. "not to mention the dancing that went on, you and Oliver running to the set, the water balloon fight.." She counted them off with her fingers. "You missed about 6 things..." She shook her head as if she was dissappointed. "You seriously do need me as an assistant,"

"I'm not letting you chase my best mate's girlfriend! She hardly knows you and you're trying to take her away! I'm not going to stand for it!" Dan said furiously, pushed Josh back into his place.

"Oh it's nothing nothing at all!", said Clemence and then her phone rang.

"Did you tell your little boyfriend that I'm going to kill him?", asked Chris in a booming voice. James could hear him because he was standing close to Clemence.

Clemence quickly shut her phone.

Josh was taken aback by what Daniel Radcliffe had said. Mostly by the fact that Daniel Radcliffe was actually talking to him, but that he was rattling off stuff that wasn't even true. He gave Dan a scathing look and stomped off. (ooc: ok I'm done with him)

Rupert gave a sigh of relief once Josh had turned the corner. "Wow, thanks mate," he said to Dan, "He was getting bloody annoying." He looked at Melanie to see what she thought of the whole charade. Rupert sincerly hoped that she wasn't thinking of doing anything that didn't involve leaping into his arms as they run off together. But Katie would get really mad at that.

Emma laughed. "All right! I'm evil," she laughed evilly. "No, that doesn't fit me. Partner in crome's more like it," she laughed.
