ooc:They say it in the HP3 dvd interviews. Oliver has a mole on the right side of his neck (I'm sure it's the right side) and James does not.

Melanie let a out a small smile, she still wished he was here.

"Of course we're sure, how can you not ahve a good time, your going out with me."

Emma was about to dial again when Tom pulled into the driveway to the emergency room. "Here we are," She said, opening the door. She got out and saw Kit. "Kit!" Emma said, waving her over. "Here, call Rupert and don't stop until he answers," She said, handing over her phone. "Oh, no... I got it stained," She rubbed off the blood with her shirt. "I'm sorry, but can you call? We need to get Dan inside," She said, handing her phone to Kit as she ran back to help Melanie get Dan out.

"Well...." Summer thought. She laughed. "All righty,"

"Are you all right?" Emma asked as she and Melanie carried Dan through the doors. "Ugh," she closed her eyes tight, then opened them. "Bloody lights," She muttered. She glanced at Melanie, who seemed rather tense. "Melanie?" She asked, but then a nurse came with a stretcher, and they placed Dan there, and watched him get wheeled away. She wiped her blood-stained hands on her jeans and turned to Melanie, but she was gone. "Melanie?" She asked, looking around until she spotted her running through the doors and back out. She thought for a moment before walking to the doors. she stood there as she watched Melanie. She decided to speak when Melanie was ready.

Ooooh..... what's happening with Melanie?

Melanie waited until they were sure Dan would be ok, whe he was on the stretcher and being taken away to get his stitches done she walked quickly outside. She ended up sitting on a curb with her face in her hands. She was stil covered in blood but she didn't care she just needed to get out of there.

James laughed

Oliver smiled, "You'll have fun!"

-kit takes her phone- okay... i hope i locked my car but thats not important right now -calls rupert- oh my god pick up the fone -covers fone reciever- what happened? i was on my way to the airport when i heard the news so i cancelled my flight..

I know! We should make that our goal... ohh..... Melanie's had a horrible experience with Hospitals??

"I'm taking your word for it, Oliver," Summer laughed.

Emma looked away from Melanie and looked at Kit. "Dan injured himself... found him knocked out in his trailer," She whispered, glancing back at Melanie. She bit her lip, wondering whether to go to her or just give her some space.

-shakes her head- o no.. what a shame.. -sees melanie- hey you okay?? you want some water or fresh air?! -calls rupert again- ughh dont do this to me!!

"I never go back on my word."

"Nope you can always trust a Phelps on his words!" James said proudly

Melanie sat, and just watched as the cars passed by, **Augh where is he?? I really need him here right now** she thought bitterly, and toassed a small stone she found on the ground. She then got up and paced back and forth for a little, trying to avoid going back in.

-nods her head- oo.. umm.... okay.. if you need anything just tell me okay?! -calls again and puts her black/ blonde hair in a messy bun- this'll take a while.... -calls again-

-nods- no... this'll be a long night.. do you know how dan is? -says concerned- -calls again- can he please keep his phone on.. fer once.. just once.. all im asking -dials again-

Emma looked at Kit. "Here, let me see it. I got an idea,"

"I take your word for that too, James," Summer laughed again.

ooc: Sorry you guys!! To make up for that I'll have Rupert do something funny..

Rupert was lying on Melanie's lap and after seeing Emma, he predictibly had fallen asleep again. He hardly noticed when something his head hit the ground from Melanie jumping up. Rupert was dreaming of his beloved Melanie and she was looming over him, inches away from his face. He smiled as he felt something move around his lower extremities. "Wow Mel...that feels good..." he muttered in his sleep. Enjoying the sensation, he rolled over and smacked headlong into the tree. Rupert jerked awake and seeing the tree and no Melanie he felt very violated. "Wait a tick.." He looked down and saw that his cell phone had fallen out of his pocket as he sat up. "Hehe, vibrate" He checked who had called him since he missed the phone call and saw it was Emma. Oh ew... he thought referring back to his dream and replacing Melanie with Emma.

-gives it to her- alright you can try... is he in his hotel room? i can call that from my fone....
