Seeing the look of loath in Katie's eyes, and seeing her mouth about to open and let them have it, the twins, lets say pulled a Weasley and ran out the door. With them they brought Clemance and Melanie.
James went over to where everyone else was, but as Oliver was going over as well he heard Summer yelling on her cell phone, he waited until she had hung up the phone and walked over to her.
With him went Melanie, Oliver had introduced himself to her, and apologized to her for being held captive. He told her who Summer was and thought she may be a good person for Melanie to meet, from what he knew of her.

"Hey Summer is everything ok? By the way this is Melanie, she is another new member to our group."

"hi" Melanie said timidly, frim what she took from Summer's yelling on the phone she had already guessed somewhat of what was wrong.

Meanwhile in the other group:
"Emma are you ok?" James asked sympathetically, he decided to hold off on the great story

"Nice to meet you too" Melanie smiled and took her hand.

"Ummm well, we kinda gave up and revealed ourselves, but wugh it was going to be beuatiful, Took forever to plan, but we didn't think it;d scare her that much that she wouldn't turn around." Oliver was occasionally glancing over his shoulder eyeing the door.

Melanie noticed Summer get a look of wondering on her face.

'He's checking to see if.. is it katie? the director, is coming out. I would too, she looked livid when they came out." she laughed,

"Well like you said you would too, but augh like I said the plan was brillient the set-up, usage of new talents learned this summer. it was so simple and yet beautiful."

"I know that one of the new girls is Jazz, but I'm not sure of the other one"

"Her name is Danielle, she came in with me, but I was the only one lucky enough to be taken captive" Melanie added sarcastically, then she smiled, she had to admit it was fun

" and we did not give up......... we just got bored. "

Melanie smiled

"Although I was surprised James agreed I mean he had you, Mel and Clemance with him, I would have thought he would have tried and stayed as close to you too as possible."

Melanie laughed as Summer's cell phone rang again, "Well he's already made a date with the two of us. No not really we decided as hostages we deserved some treatment, he said we'd all go for ice cream." She laughed again

Over hearing the conversation Oliver got his wits back again, after being a little scared of how Katie was going to kill him and James.

"Of course your over him Summer, I've seen you looking at me." he grinned and Melanie had to tey so hard to keep in the laughter

"Melanie I've seen you looking too, but you don't have to worry girls ther's enough of me to go around."

Oliver pretended to be hurt, "I can't believe you would just rip my heart out like that, I'm just an innocent guy, who saw a pretty lady and couldn't help but be attractive myself. Ah well what can you do, I think I'll get over it..... in about a life time." he then turned and hugged Melanie and pretended to cry on her shoulder., while at the same time trying to so hard not to laugh. Hey then got back up and stood straight and was noraml again.

"wow the both of you can be quite the drama queens." Melanie joke

"yup, we should have been the stars of that movie, "Confessions of A Teenage Drama Queen. We would look just as good"

She laughed "Oh ya a date wiht James" she said jokingly as she rolled her eyes "Well hey you've seen the movies, the hostages always get something, and hey I'll take ice cream anytime. Bug thing back home." she smiled thinking of going with her friends to every ice cream place they could find.

"man two girls turning us down, I don't know if we're ever going to be able to date again. " this time Oliver couldn't keep a straight face and started to laugh. "hmm maube next time I will be a hostage and then maybe some one will take me out for ice cream."

"I'm sure James will allow you to come, hey Summer you should come too."

OOC: sorri about the drama queen remark it was meant for Oliver and James, your not a drama queen , lol I would kill the ex if I were your character.

Melanie suddenly felt bad "Oh I didn't mean you were a drama queen I meant james and Oliver" she went kinda red

"Don't worri about it Mel, hey can I call you Mel."

Melanie laughed

"what?"

"Nothing your brother asked the same thing. so ya its ok"

"Ohh ya we do that sometimes. Ok actually a lot."

"As for when we're going, I'm not really sure, I mean if Katie gets a hold of these two I don't think we'd be going for a while."
Oliver sudden;y jumped and turned and faced the door as if expecting to see Katie come charging out the door carrying a pitchfork and Flames.

Summer looked at the door as Oliver jumped and began laughing again. "I think you've scared her stiff." She looked at Melanie "It's ok I'm not upset about the drama queen comment I'm still just a little flustered with that last call I got." She thinks "Why can't I just meet a nice guy that does not turn out to be creepy or freaky???" "Melanie I think some one should tell James that now would be the best time to go for that Icecream, you know run while he still can. That goes for you to Oliver. We should leave while Katie is still not moving." She laughed and looked back at the door.

Melanie smiled "ya I know what you mean, they all turn out to be jerks. No offence Oliver, i'm sure you would never do that."

"Never, hey I'd respect my girlfriend if I had one, if you knwo what I mean. I'm just kidding. Man you;d really think i;d stop doing things where there is a chance i may get my butt kicked, but I just going." he laughed

Mealnie smiled, "i'm sure you'll find one soon, I mean but I guess they'd have to be ready for a handful, i couldn't imagine what goes on at your house with you and your brother playing pranks. There is no doubt that you guys were perfect for the parts of the Weasley twins."

"Ok, I like this girl" he said as he put his arm around her and laughed.

"So shall we go over and see how the rest of the group is doing, or go back in and see if we can unstiffen Katie maybe then she won't hurt me so bad, if I helped her." he thought as he put his arm down and smiled.
"Or Summer we can go beat up your boyfriend. It could be an adventure."

"Any time" replied Oliver

"So you ready go and face your doom" Melanie asked

Oliver puffed out his chest "I can take her"

"hey wern't you there to hear the converstaion??? Everyone else said they'd stick behind us. I know you were one of the first people to see what was going on and you didn't say anything. So there" he laughed

Oliver and Melanie followed Summer to the others

"I wonder what's going on" Melanie asked

"Hullo James," Rupert said noticing that James had sat down with them. "How did the heist turn out?"

"Oh, well that sucks, but at least you were there to help them." she smiled.

Oliver was laughing, "Man those guys, its crazy how much things can change when we leave for a few weeks. Everything falls apart wehn we're gone, no one has fun and katie is allowed to stay somewhat sane. lol She doesn't have to run around wondering what me and James are up to."

"meh we got bored of standing there, and I felt bad for my hostages, Melanie and Clemance were right we shgould have planned nicer treatment for them" he laughed. "Although great comapny lol , gotta love being surrounded by beautiful girls. " he laughed some more

Rupert looked curiously at James not having known about any hostage situation. "So that's what you guys were doing back there!" he exclaimed, having it dawn on him. "And who's Melanie?"

"RUPERT!!!! I am very surprised at you, I am nice to my hostages but not that nice, you pig!" he then began laughing.

"Yes you were a perfect gentleman to your hostages." Melanie came up behind James and smiled. "Although if I lose my part in this movie, because you pulled me aside, you better stop worrying about what Katie is going to do to you." she smiled innocently

"The answer to your question has just arrived Rupert, wow mel, its like you saw that coming!"

"What are you talking about?" she asked

"Rupert, Melanie, Melanie, Rupert" he then proceeded to knudge Melanie in the arm knowing perfectly well what she was thinking.

Melanie secretly elbowed James and smiled sweetly "Hi!"

"Geez James, you just get here and your already picking on the new ones. And she defended you while we were talking over there, and this is how you repay her, how can you be so cruel to such a cute face." he said as she put his hands on her shoulders and forced her smile.

"I'm sorri Mel, hey to make it up to you I'll get you a big ice cream, and I say we should go soon." james said as he glanced over his shoulder towards the door.

"Oh ya just so you can save your butt? she suddenly looked tpowards the door, "oh no Katies coming."

She smiled as the twins both jumped and turned towards the door,

"wher..... she's not there"

Melanie turned to rupert, "couldn't help myself" she shrugged her shoulders as she smiled

Rupert laughed at Melanie's clever trick on the twins. "Did you guys mention icecream?" he asked slyly hoping to get an invitation. It just turned out that this girl what the one he was loking for the whole time.

"Why yes James did Rupert we did say ice cream."

"Yes I did, young Rupert" James said very pompishly "Since we were informed that hostages usually are treated very well while being held captive, I decided that I would treat my to captives to ice cream as a my "thank you for being my captive" present. So Melanie, Clemance and I should get going soon." he smiled slyly knowing Rupert liked ice cream **little did he know the reason he wanted to come.**
