I watched as Charlotte and her giggling companions hurried up the stairs to order some new robes.
"Desperate times call for desperate measures" I sighed rolling my eyes. Kira continued to stare at me confused, "What I mean is that I was looking for a girl..." I looked Kira up and down.
"What?" She asked.
"It's just that..." I smiled, "Kira, we are good friends right? And as good friends we should help each other? Right?" She gave me a skeptic look. "Listen, I like Stevie and the problem is that she doesn't like me. But she did like me, just when I was with Rachel... my point is I need a pretend girlfriend and, well, your a girl and my friend." I smiled nervously at her.

I took a step back, "Um... do you have a fever?" I stepped back in and put my hand on his forehead, he shoved it off.
"No," he said, "it's just-"
"Oh right, you've been acting crazy all day," I raised my eyebrows.
"Don't get off the subject..." he said and I looked up into his eyes then blushed and looked back down.
"S-sure... What are friends for, right?" I grinned a bit nervously, as my whole past with Will flashed before my eyes within those last 5 seconds.

My heart skipped a beat as she said 'sure'.
"Kira!" I grinned excitedly, then threw my arms around her "Thanks heaps!" I relised what I was doing and quickly pulled away. She seemed to distant to even relised what I had just done. "Seriously though, this means a lot Kira. I mean, to help me when I really need it means a lot" We stood for a moment.
Then I leaned over, took her hand and, to my surprise, I felt a little better.
"Well come on, Stevie's bound to be around here somewhere" I smiled at her reassuringly.

I stared at his hand as if it was Professor Snape, then turned away not wanting anyone to see how red my face just got.
"Oh, oh okay," was all I managed to get out, then snapped out of it, "But what do you want me to do when we see her?"
I suddenly felt incredibly sneaky, and not that I didn't like the feeling, since I had tried doing sneaky things my whole life... But never really towards Stevie.
"Good question," Will said and continued walking dragging me along.

I found Ephram sitting in the Ravenclaw lounge, "Listen Stephanie, we need to talk" He said getting up as he found me. "Yea, we do" I said back, pushing a strand of blonde hair behind my ear. "Look, I dont know what got into me, That wasnt 'me' who kissed that fat hog, trust me, she is as ugly as sin" He said and then smiled. "You're the prettiest girl here, and nothing could change my love for you" He said and kissed me, I felt knots in my stomach, I kissed him back. "Thanks" I said as we pulled away and walked off, holding hands once again.

I thought for a few moments as we continued down the hallway,
"Just do what you would do with any other boyfriend" I explained, then stopped and looked at Kira, she hadn't really ever had a real boyfriend. "What I meant was--" I stopped as we turned a corner, then suddenly we were standing face to face with Stevie whow as holding Ephram's hand.
"Will, Kira" Ephram said seeing us both.
"You worked things out?" I asked nervously, looking down at there hands holding onto each other. I met eyes with Stevie, then she looked down and saw that I was holding hands with Kira. "There's something we have to tell you Stevie" I said in a low voice.

I sat in Alex's lap and stared towards the Great Hall doors, wondering where they all went. Then they all appeared near the doors, in the corner where I could see them. My eyes went big with suprise as I saw Kira and Will holding hands, aswell as Stevie and Ephram. "They are fast!" I said quietly to Alex. He looked at me and then back to the four.
"Who are? Kira and Will or Stevie and Ephram?" He asked a bit confused.
"Both! Will was all over Stevie, and now he's with Kira. They had to get together in the past minute, as we came to the Great Hall to find Michael and you. And Stevie isn't mad at Ephram anymore either..." I said.
"Maybe that is true love?" He asked with a smirk, kissing me on the cheek. I smiled at him.
"I don't really think so..." I said looking at them again. "Maybe..." I said suddenly. "Noo... Will wouldn't do anything like that!" I said quickly changingmy mind.
"What?" Alex asked.
"I thought maybe Will is using Kira to get to Stevie, but he wouldn't do that, would he?" I asked and looked at him.
"Well, desperate(sp) problems require for desperate measures! men sometimes do that!" He said.
"But that is so wrong!" I replied. "Would you do that for me then?" I asked again.
"No..." He said simply and grinned. I looked at him with a smirk.

I stared at Will, he looked at me as if I was supposed to say something, my eyes widened and I turned away and caught eyes with Stevie before looking back down.
"Erm, yeah," I looked at my feet and Will pinched my hand slightly, so I looked back up.
"What I mean is," Will continued talking, and had that rare expression I had only seen on his face once or twice, he didn't know what to say, but he quickly shook it off.

"Uhuh, Ok" I said and rolled my eyes. "We worked this out about 4 years ago, and Will if you dont get over me, I'll be forced to take action" I said and Ephram and I walked off. I caught Will and Kira's hands leave eachother as we walked away. I smirked, "He's dirt" I said angrilly. "What a numskull, he thinks I dont know he's only doing this to get to me, He's retarted if he really thinks I wouldnt get it" I said and sat down. Ephram just smiled, "You're overreacting" He said and took my chin. "I love you, and no matter what that idiot does, I still will." He said and grinned.

I watched as Stevie sat down and touching her chin, I felt a pain of jelousy in my gut. I turned away angrily and headed up the stairs.
"Will--" Kira called after me, "It's going to be okay". I shot my eyes to her.
"It's not going to be okay, she is going to be with him and they are going to be happy and I'm never going to have her..." I sat down on the stairs, leaning my head on the side. "Look at me, working with Slytherin's, lieing to my friends, I am becoming my father! I am everything I was taught to hate! I was wrong, Stevie wasn't the only person who changed over the summer..." We sat in silence for a few moments. "Kira, I want it back the same, I want our best friend back because she doesn't know how much I loved who she was on the inside, before she changed everything on the outside for him". I turned and looked at her, then leaned on her shoulder.

"Don't we all? I know you love her and all, but... I mean, she's my best friend, or was any way," I sighed then looked down at him, I had only just noticed he was leaning on my shoulder.
"Oh, erm, but... you know if we put up a good enough act maybe it could still work," I closed my eyes, I couldn't believe I had just said that, or that I had gone along with anything in the first place. But at that moment I would do anything just to see Will happy again, and have Stevie back.

I sat up straight again and looked at Kira,
"Seriously?" I smiled.
"Seriously" She grinned.
"Then we have to be believable" I told her, taking her hand once again "And that means believable even if Stevie's not around. Come on, lets see if B thinks where believable" I helped her stand up, then headed down the stairs with her.
"Hey Kira, Hey Will" Luke said walking past us lazily, then stopped and backtracked, looking at our hands. "What ya doing?" He said in a deep, brotherly voice.
"Nothing" I said instantly, stepping away from Kira, "I didn't touch your sister" Luke looked at me like I was crazy. "Okay, we're going out" I sighed, putting my arm around her shoulder.
"Okay" Luke nodded, then walked off.
"Wow, I thought he would atleast punch me" I laughed as we walked over to B and Alex.

I laughed and rolled my eyes, it wasn't too hard getting used to but it would probably get harder... We reached the Great Hall and spotted B and Alex, sitting at the Gryffindor table, B in his lap.
"Hey guys," I smiled as we walked over.
"Hey, what's been going on?" Alex asked and looked from Will's arm around my shoulders to B.

We both sat down and I watched as B continued to look at Alex,
"Worked out what?" I asked them both.
"Nothing" They chimed innocently together. I looked at Kira and shrugged, then looked around and the chattering school. The hall still felt somewhat empty without Stevie sitting with us as we talked about pointless stuff. I looked over at the staff table, four years ago we were fighting a giant spider there, all together. I looked out the window, two years ago we were fighting an army of elves on the mountains. Then I looked to my feet, it was odd that I would miss Stevie more then I would miss Rachel. But for some reason I did.

I woke up on monday morning to find Kira already up and Stevies bed empty. "Morning, Kira!" I said with a yawn. "Whats our first lesson?" I asked.
"Divinations..." She answered dully.
"Ugh..." Replied I and got dressed. I looked at the morror, went a hand through my hair as it was impossible to comb it, and we headed downstairs. Will was already there, waiting for us to go to breakfast together.

Kira and I seated us at the back of the classroom, far from the teacher so she wouldn' notice when we fall asleep. Stevie still hadn't come, and to be honest, I didn't really care either. We took out our books and started to gase at the empty christall ball. I didn't botice when I fell asleep, but when I woke up I was on the ground, Kira sitting next to me with her eyes big, and me remembering just one thing: Ephram will die... I stood up. Looked around the classroom. I guess I had only whispered the sentance under my breath so only Kira had heard it. But why did I see that? I wasn't a seer! I never had been! Something in me made belive it though. Maybe it was because I wanted to belive it, but I had seen so much last year, that I complitely trusted these weird visions I saw. The bell rang and Kira ws still looking at me.
"What was that?" She asked, looking at me with a raised eyebrow.
"I have no idea, but we have to tell Stevie and Will..." I said to her as we rushed down from the classroom and ran off to find the two.

"And that students, is the beauty of a microwave" Professor Vector concluded as the bell chimed, he unplugged the microwave and rolled up the cord. "Have a good day students" He said as we collected up our books.
"Pretty amazing, huh?" Jason asked me as we walked out.
"Yeah" I said dully. Suddenly Alicia Finnagan walked past, chattering with a friend from Ravenclaw.
"You should have seen it, Black was fine one minute, then the next she had fallen back and was muttering something!" Alicia was saying. "I think it was a recipe or something for a dark potion!"
"Not again" I sighed nervously. I said goodbye to Jason, then raced up the stairs towards the Divination room which was on the other side of the school. Halfway there I spotted Kira and B. "There you are, I was worried. Are you alright?"
"Word travels fast" B asked raising her eyebrows."Do you know where Stevie is?"
"Luke said he saw her with Ephram, skipping class are they?" I said crossing my arms and shaking my head. "Anyway, what did you see?"

((Ooc: Hahaa! Dark potion! Had to see what you reply. Heres my mini-mini reply too... Me going now...))

"I didn't see anything!" I said lowering my voice. "I just know, that Ephram is going to die!" I said to Will.

I sat with Ephram in the Great Hall, we were playing a board game, "So, what do you wanna do this afternoon?" He asked. "I dunno" I said and pulled my hair back into a bun.

I stood there for a few second, my heart pounding.
"Ephram dead? He's with Stevie!" I gasped looking around sharply.
"No, Will" B said grabbing my arm. "It wasn't like I was seeing something that was happening, it was like I was seeing something that was going to happen" We all stood frozen for a few seconds, confused with what to do.
"We have to see Mc Gonagall" I said. "It's the best thing to do, but before that happens I think we should go get Stevie and Ephram and bring them with us" I told them. They nodded, then I turned and lead them to the Great Hall.

We made it to the Great Hall and I looked around to see Stevie and Ephram sitting in the Gryffindor table. I rushed over to them and pulled Stevie up.
"I really need to talk to you!" I said in a hurry and avoided Ephram untill he stood up. "Alone!" I added and glared at him. I brought her to Will and Kira and stood opposite her, looking at her carefully. "Ephram is going to die!" I said and waited for her reaction. Her eyes went big and she just folded her arms, looking at me very evilly.
"I know you just made that up you cow!" She said evilly, keeping her eyes at me.
"Wha..." I squeacked, my eyes going big now. "Why would I do that you stubborn, selfish little slug!" I asked, holding the last of me together, not to jump on her. This was it. If she wanted war, I'll get it to her! The show is on!

I quickly darted my eyes over Kira, we knew something bad was going to happen if we didn't intercept. I quickly side stepped my way behind B and held her arms so that she wouldn't jump on Stevie, I indicated to Kira with a nod of my head to do the same.
"Stevie, I think you should listen to her" I said in the calmest voice I could manage. "I mean, she has always been right about this stuff in the past."
"You would say that, you hate him!" Stevie spat at me.
"Kira, you tell her" I said in a shaky voice, now leaning over towards Kira for support. However as I did this, I noticed that Stevie and B where edging closer towards each other, both looking as angry as the other.

"Stevie, when have we ever lied to you?" I asked, trying to stay calm as I grabbed B's arm, keeping her back, but just as I said that I felt the guiltiest feeling in my gut.
"We're your best friends," I looked to her then caught eyes with Will, "And maybe if you were with us for once you would have seen B have her vision, thing!"
"What's that meant to mean?" Stevie asked, I just looked back at her sympathetically, then back to Will for some help, he was far better at wording things than me.
