"Won't McGonagal find out Stevie left even if we don't tell her though?" B asked as we caught up with them and continued talking about Stevie while walking back to the castle slowly.
"With the amount of times she's been ditching classes with Ephram..." Alex started and never finished since we all knew what he meant already.
I sighed again, "Are you sure you don't want to go to the Hospital Wing?" I asked Will, still helping support his back as we walked back.

We headed up the stairs towards the Hospital Wing, a few first years who had witnessed the crash watched closely as we walked past. Others jumped to the conclusion that Alex, the only Slytherin with us, was behind my injury. As we got to the Hospital Wing we saw Madam Pomfrey busying herself with three or four students with colds.
"What happened here?" She asked spotting us and waving us towards the bed that I sat on.
"I think he's bruised his spine or something" B told her.
"How did you do that?" Pomfrey gasped lieing me down and grabbing a handful of potions.
"I fell off a broom" I muttered dully "The Whomping Willow got me..." Madam Pomfrey looked at me with a slightly worried expression.
"Didn't the same thing happen with that troll a few years ago?" She turned her nose to the air and started to pour out the potions. "So, why where you flying near that tree?"
"Your son!" I snapped annoyed at her constant questioning. "Did you tell him to run off with Stevie? Or is he a natural born manipulator?"

"My son?" Madame Pomfrey repeated. "I don't have a son! I don't even have a husband, what makes you think I have a son?" She asked laughing a bit as he gave Will some potion. Will almost chocked on his sip.
"WHAT?" We all asked in unison.
"You do NOT have a son?" I asked, looking at her with a shock on my face.
"I think you all have head concution!" She said, and looked at us puzzled. I turned my shocked face to Will.
"Well then who is he?" Kira asked, turning from us to Madame Pomfrey and then back to us.

ooc: Come now, both of you should keep the hostile feelings to yourself. If you don't like the way a story is going then you (stevie) actively change it in the rpg. You have as much control as B does. This is for fun an excitment, lets not get buried in the bickering.

"Who is who?" Madam Pomfrey asked looking around at the buzz with a confused look on her face.
"Ephram!" All four of us said together. My back pain didn't seem to matter to me much anymore.
"This is bad!" I said with a worried expression. "Who ever he is, he knows about Stevie being adopted!" Kira, B and Alex all stared at me for a few moments.
"What?" B asked, her mouthing dropping open.
"She never said she was adopted" Kira said staring at me.
"Don't worry about that now, we have to see--" I started
"Mc Gonagall" The other three finished. Suddenly the potion felt like it was kicking in as my back pain had faded during the panic of the last few moments.

"Where do you think you're going? Come back here, you have to wait for that to kick in completely!" Madam Pomfrey called from the Hospital Wing door as Will looked back, I grabbed his hand quickly and continued running.
We reached the entrance to McGonagal's office, I turned from B to Will, since I obviously wasn't going to know and I was guessing her and Alex weren't the best of friends.
"Buckle Beatles?" B asked looking at it.
"Caught you this time, what is it now?" we all turned around and straightened up quickly to see McGonagal.

I looked around at Kira, B and Alex, I guess none of them where going to say it.
"Stevie's been taken" I explained as calmly as I could.
"Taken by who?" She gasped, her eyes slightly wide.
"Ephram Pomfrey" I sighed, "Well, he said he was Ephram Pomfrey, but he doesn't exist. It's all very 'Rachel' stuff..." Mc Gonagall watched us all for a moment.
"Has she said anything about where she is going?" She asked, folding her arms.
"Nothing" I started "But... well, she hasn't really been talking to us..."

OOC B I have the choice whether or not to post, and Will dont get involved, we're big enough to sort it out on our own. OOC

Ephram and I sat in the train compartment, the rain beating down on the windows. "I'm freezing" I said pulling a fleece out of my suitcase. "So where are we going exactly" I asked Ephram. "Utah" He said. "How long of a flight is it. "About 8 hours" He said. I nodded feeling a bit odd about what I had done.

"Hasn't been talking to you?" she raised her eyebrows, in a way that it seemed less like a question and more like she already knew.
I looked into her eyes for a second then down to my feet, I felt ashamed of myself and I didn't really know why...
"I'll get a search team going for her right away," Mc Gonagal said quickly, and walked through us to her office.
"We want to help," I turned around.

"You think they'll try to come and find us?" Ephram asked. "I doubt it, Will doesnt care enough about me" I said.
We got off the train in London and We caught a cab to the airport. "I hgaven't been here in a while" I said looking around. "Have you ever flown before" Ephram asked. "Once" I said and took his hand. "So we're going to Utah?" I asked. He nodded, "It's beautiful, We live completely surrounded by the mountains, and everyone there is just so friendly, I've already spoke with the high school there, and they've got us enrolled in junior year, so no worries" He had been saying as we were on the plane. "Is it a long ride?" I asked. "A bit" He said.
It was an extremely long plane ride, I was looking through some of my things when we arrived at Ephram's father's house. We were sitting in his living room. His father came out, "Hi Stephanie, I'm Andy" He said and shook my hand. He had reddish=brown hair, a neat beard, and was a slender tall man. "Hello" I said with a slight smile. "Ephram will show you to your room." Andy said I picked up my bag, and a pair of pink ballet slippers fell out of my bag. I stopped and looked at them, as I leaned down to pick them up
( "Michelle! Michelle! Someone was looking at me, two people, a man with dark hair, slender, and good looking, was standing with a woman who had blonde hair and a beutiful smiling, looking much like I did now. ."Michelle, Your ballet instructor is waiting for you" I felt a motherly connection with this woman, I could see myself, a little girl with light brown hair wearing a pink elfit, with a white tutu, about three.)
"Stevie!" I turned, "Sorry" I said to Ephram. "you scared me" He said. "I didnt knowq what you were doing, you looked a bit out of it." He said. "Can we talk, in your room?" I asked. He nodded as we went upstairs.
"Whats up?" He asked as we laid on top of his bed. "Something's bugging me. I kind of had a daydream I guess youd call it. I want to know about my real parents." I said to him as He looked up at me.

I sat in the common room, leaning against a window and staring out over the magical grounds. I felt like Stevie was a world away, I had spoken to her just thismorning, and now I could search high and low and probably not find her. I had my wand in my right hand ready, if Ephram was going to put her in mortal danger then my wand would start shooting out sparks.
"How you going?" Someone asked, I looked up to see Luke had come and sat next to me. "Kira said Stevie's been taken by that Ephram guy".
"Yeah" I said dully.
"You know, I always thought that he was kind of a git" Luke laughed, I laughed aswell.
"So did I" I explained.
"I thought she would choose someone better then him. I mean, remember when we where about five and you, me, Stevie and Kira would play kings and queens? And Kira and Stevie would always fight over who was queen when you where king?" Luka grinned, it made me smiled as I had forgotten all about that. "And Kira used to win because she had to have you because I was her brother... Stevie used to tell me that she would find a better prince then me--"
"Ah, that's our Stevie" I laughed again.
"--Yeah" Luke continued "So I always thought she would pick someone better to be her prince".
I looked over at him and thought for a few seconds.
"You know, I wish she had picked me" I said, then looked out the window again.

I had made my way to the Owlery soon after, I undid the parchment and pulled out a quill.

To Stevie,
I don't know if, when or how you will get this note, but I want you to know I miss you. Everyone misses you. It isn't Hogwarts without you. I also know that you think Ephram can give you what you want, but I thought Rachel could give me that too. Trust me, lovers come and go, but friends are always there to pick up the pieces.
It's not just me who needs you, our world needs you. I know you don't think your Harry's daughter, but your parents are not who give birth to you, they are who raise you and love you unconditionally, like Harry and Jennifer did. And we need a Potter to save us, Stevie, we need a hero and that hero is you. This isn't a choice, this is a destiney. You can run as far as you want, but it will lead you back here because this is where you belong.

Kira's owl, Lion had fluttered by so I grabbed him and attached the letter.
"Take this to Stevie, alright?" I asked. Then walked over to the nearest window and let him go free.

Kira's owl flew through Ephrams window. I took the letter off the birds claw. "i'll read it later" I said and put it in my pocket. "Do you still have the records?" I asked Ephram. "yea they're around here somewhere" Ephram said as he fished through his drawers. "Here they are" He said. "I'm sure everyone is wondering why you have my records" I said. "Yea I'm sure, but just because my father has taken you in as his legal daughter, doesnt mean we shouldnt have your records." Ephram said."Yea i know" I said taking the records. "Are you sure you want to see these" Ephram asked. I sighed and took the manilla folder.
I fished through the folder and found things I never dreamed of finding. There were pictures of me, about 4 and younger. "So they were killed huh?" I asked. "In a fire" Ephram said. I saw a picture of me with them. "Michelle Morgan Gendron" I read off the files. "They named me Michelle?" I asked. "Apparentely." Ephram said flipping through pictures. "So now what..." I asked. "Theyre's pictures" He said pulling out a bag of photos.

Ephram and I went through the pictures for a while, "I need some air" I said as it was getting stuffy, "Let's go outside" He said, We exited his house and started walking down the street. Just then I saw a little boy standing in the middle of the road, it looked as though he was looking for something. I pulled my hand away from Ephram, A car was getting cloer to him, "Stevie dont!" Ephram yelled as I ran into the road. .....

Ephram walked down a long white hallway, "Where is she?" He hasked a doctor walking ahead of him, "I told you, she's being assisted in the Emergency Room, when we determine her status we will let you know." Ephram stood in silence. "She saved a little boy in the road, Is she going to be allright." The doctor just looked at him with pity and walked away.

"Dr. Brown would you hand me the LMA please and recesitate with AMBU for 3 minutes untill response." 8 doctors and nurses crowded around a metal table in the middle of a empty ER. "Whats the status?" "Hit by car, no response, fractured leg, and looks as though their is spinal injury. Ventilation is on with manual ambu for now, no breathing responses as of 11:02" Ephram sat in a waiting room, his father entered. "Should someone be notified?" Ephram asked standing up to meet his father. "Her school probably" Andy said. "How is she?" He asked as he hugged his son. "I dont know." Ephram said.

2 hours later a nurse came out, "Are you Ephram and Andy Smith?" she asked. Andy nodded, "Stephanie is in Intensive critical care unit at the moment, there has been no responses, currently she is in a coma, with ventilation, meaning shes not breathing on her own. She probably is going to look pretty bad to you, but her parents should be notified, we're looking at long term care at this facility" She said. "I'll bring you to her room."

Will sat alone in the common room, He felt a jolt in his pocket, "Sparks!" He said and pulled his wand out. Blue and red sparks were shooting out of it."

ooc: Just out of interest, why didn't Stevie use her magic to save him? And, also, Ephram and his Dad are technically wizards so why didn't they go to St Mungo's?

I stared at my wand as the green sparks shot around violently. I looked for Kira or B, niether of them where here, so I suspected that if there wands where reacting the same they would go to Mc Gonagall. I hurried out the common room and raced towards her office, but on the way I saw her heading over to me.
"I was just on my way" She said as we met up with each other.
"My wand! It's--" I started.
"Stevie's been taken to a muggle hospital in the United States. I have just been told of this by Ephram's father" She explained. "I've got a portkey, I give you permission to go ahead and I will be a long as soon as I can find Kira and Birgit" She handed me a marble from her pocket.

The swirling stopped moments later and I found myself in a janitors closet, I walked over to the door and stepped out. It was a muggle hospital alright, I knew it only too well. Then I spotted Ephram, he was sitting with a man and had some coffee in his hand.
"What did you do to her?" I shouted hurrying over to him angrily.
"Will!" He gasped spotting me.
"I know who you are, your mother isn't Madam Pomfrey, you lied just so you could hurt Stevie. Now your in trouble because you have me to deal with!" I walked over to him and swung my fist, knocking him and his coffee to the ground.
"You are so thick!" He snapped at me, standing up straight and taking a swing at me, it hit me on the side of my head, but I didn't care, I dove knocking us both to the ground.
"William! Get off of him" Said a lazy voice behind me, I stopped and relised it was my mother with her arms folded.
"What are you doing here?" I asked.
"I was owled and I have been talking to Andy and Ephram, now get off of him and apologise before I make you!" She said in a stiff voice.

Will stared at Ephram, "Sorry" He said. Ephram just stood up. "I didnt do anything to her". He said angrilly, "And whatever you heard from my mother is a load of rubbinsh. Firstly my dad isnt a pomphry because thats my mother's maiden name, and she hates me, so she's not going to tell you I'm her son anyway" Ephram said and dried off the chai coffee off his white polo shirt. "***" Will whispered quietly. Ephram just rolled his eyes and walked away. "Where is she?" Hermione asked. "We're not entirely sure, we're working on getting her to Mungo's but it's kind of hard with her being in the muggle world, plus I'm no wizard" Andy said pointing to himself and fixing his glasses.

((Sorry... Comp problems. And the letter was extreamly sweet Will! ))

Kira and I were sitting in the Great Hall when our wands started shooting out red sparks. We both raised our heads and looked at each other. I glanced over at Alex at the Slytherin table and to the door where I saw McGonagall rushing in and coming towards us. "Please come with me immediately!" She ordered. I glanced over at Alex again, who was about to stand up and follow us. I motioned him to stay and he nodded, but still looked agitated. Kira and I ran out of Great Hall after McGonagall.
"Our wands..." Kira started, but the headmistress cut her off.
"I know." She said quickly and gave us the portkey.
All three of us appeared in the janitors closet after the swirling had stopped. We stepped out carefully and found Ephram, Will, Hermione and a man there already.

OOC: Stevie, try to only control another person's character if you are in the same room as them, sorry I used to be a slave to the RPG's rules >.<

I watched as Will pulled up his cloak and Ephram straightened out his shirt as, who seemed to be Ephram's father stared worriedly at the two and Hermione tapped her foot impatiently. I rolled my eyes and looked to B, there must have been a fight. I turned back to Hermione as someone ran up to her quickly.
"Dad!" I shouted and ran up to him, one of the rare times I gave him a hug instead of just recieving one from him.

ooc: Yeah, no offense but I don't think Will would swear infront of Hermione.

"Hey guys" I gave a half smile to Kira and Ron as Hermione had walked over and gave B a hug. "So, can someone tell us where she is?" I was getting impatient as I glared over at Ephram.
"She's in intensive care" Andy said quickly.
"What is she doing in there?" Kira asked, I didn't take my eyes off Ephram.
"She was hit by a car" Andy muttered sitting back down.
"Threw her infront of on coming traffic did you?" I snapped at Ephram, his eyes buldged at me. It didn't last long as my mother had hit over the back of the head.
"William, you can go back to the castle if you have an attitude like that" She said in a low voice. I walked over to the seat and sat down folding my arms.

A nurse walked out into the waiting room, "3 at a time please, its a small room" She said and motioned for someone to follow her. Andy grabbed his cellphone out of his pocket. "I'm going to call Mungo's and see what they can do" He said and stepped oiutside.
"Where are we?" Kira asked. "Utah" Hermione explained. "Where?" B and Kira said in unison.

Hermione sighed and and smiled for what seemed the first time she had smiled all day.
I looked to the nurse at the door, "3 at a time, please," she looked to all of us as Ephram, B, Will, and I all stepped forward.
"Out of our way," Will said tryingto stay patient towards Ephram who sent a glare right back at him.
"Bloody **** Will, you're not going to get anywhere like that, could you please let us see her? You've seen her more than all of us put together the whole school year... Please?" I turned to Ephram.
He shrugged and nodded, moving out of the way, letting B, Will, and I through to see Stevie.
