"Don't worry, I shattered some glass too," said Sydney, "Appoarently I have the power of glass too."

"Are you ok?" Destine asked, pinching Morgan's nose below the flame.

Melani flinches out of her trance as the view of her flame is interrupted, gratefully in fact, that she wasn't staring at the flame for over an hour as she would've liked to. "Wait.." comes the moment of realization. "Why do you alll keep doing strange things....your as mortals that I've never seen. The fire...and the glass....What is going on?"

"Most of us have bizarre powers." Morgan said, "Like I can control fire."
"And I'm a wolf animagus." Des added.

"I'm a telepath, and I can control glass," added Sydney, with a smile.

"Ah.....and the rest?" She gazes around at the young faces in the room, feeling quite old and extremely stupid, wondering why she still has these feelings.

Melani gazes around at the dancing stars in an amused sort of way. "Quite entertaining," she says in an amused but still level tone. She puts out a finger to touch a star as it dances by.

Laura was sitting beside Kirra, and desided to speak up, "You have fun powers." She said in a spacy way, "Some of you do," She said glancing at Melani. Melina was interesting, like a child, discovering things, she's in a new century now, Laura wondered how she felt, she must have seen so much change. Then again Laura saw so much change too.

Brendan turns into his shadow form flying around the compartment on the wall."can you see me?"he said wanting to be noticed he never has been noticed before...atleast not that much considering he lived on the streets.

"This is lovely," she said in a soft tone,watching the shadow take flight around the compartment. "All these years and I haven't seen people like this.....surprising...." Hearing Laura she thinks, My powers are quite fun...when I'm hungry....She laughs inwardly.

Heather smiled as she saw how Melani reacted to the stars she had made from water out of nowhere. Then she turned to see who Sydney was talking to and smiled to see wha she was she was looking at.

the shodw stops flying around "brendan....yours?"the shodow looked a bit scary when it talked.his voice sends a shiver down your spine.

Oh dear....I'm getting hungry.... She looks around achingly at the other inhabitants of the compartment.....The headmaster will never know if I pick off a few on the train....Will he?...No no...I'll just....I have that spare vile in my trunk...Suddenly Melani pushes up from the seat with her hands, lifting her entire body with the strength in her arms and putting her feet under her on the seat. She stands on the bench and reaches up into the luggage rack where she fishes around for a minute and then oulls out a vile filled with a bloodred substance...She sits back down, uncorks the bottle and swigs some of the liquid as if it's no big deal, paying no attention to any of the other inhabitants of the compartment.

She glances over at Heather and smiles with tight lips for fear of bloodstanied teeth....Don't want them to be frightented....wait that actually might be interesting.....She flashes a fangey smile quickly and laughs inwardly as she closes her lips. She takes another sip, wishing that it were warm.....it's so much better when it's fresh...

"do you need ice for that drink?" Charli said reaching for the bottle Melani handed her. "here, let me." she said blowing into the top of it sent her ice breath into the entire liquid making it as cold as frost. "Does caome in handy sometimes, having these powers of mine." Charli explained handing the bottle back to Melani. "It protected my family from the people who killed my mother." she added.

"Ehm...thank you...." She smiles at the girl but inside she curses to herself. Oh bloody heck.....I can't drink this now....this mortal is pushing it...maybe I should take a bite out of her....No! No.....think of the headmaster....think of school....just don't think of the nice warm blood....OH STOP THINKING!!!!

Laura's eyes grew wide as Charli blew ice on Meleni's vile. Uh- oh, I'm not sure if she's going to like that, thinking quickly she jumped up as said "Hey! Melini! Uh... Let's go see if we can find some First Years to prank!" She gave Melini a meaningful look as she headed to the door. "Come-on."

"Yeah ok"....she rises smiling at the people around her and stashing away the blood with a quick and undetectable movement. She follows Laura out of the sliding compartment door.

She follows with hope that they don't ask too much about her....long story that would be....I'll tell them bits later if I have to....

"Here give me the vile" Laura asked when they were far from the compartment. "This should make it warm." Laura flickered flames around the bottle with her wand. She also slipped Melini some Blood Loli Pops. "How are you planning to deal with this?"

Laura wasn't looking for a story, just trying to see if she can help, It's sucks to be lonely. SHe should know.
