Although Hogwarts is all about unity and equality, there has always been the elite. Tatiana Slater and Sydney Underwood were best of friends. Sydney was queen bee, Tatiana was dating the most eligible guy in the school, Edward Blake, and he had his best friend Alex Jacobs to make the girls swoon and the guys jealous.

This was until Sydney and Edward began dating behind Tatiana’s back. Ridden with guilt, Sydney left Hogwarts and begged her parents to let her move to Beaubaxtons. Tatiana took over as queen bee, oblivious to why Sydney left.

Now Sydney has come back.

Edward thinks Sydney’s come back for him. Sydney wants to put it all behind her. Tatiana is not pleased Sydney is back, but that’s only because Sydney left without saying goodbye. And Alex is just being Alex. And there's also Ryan, who's Sydney's little brother. He's got just as many secrets to hide, but no one to share them with.

Now there’s Craig and Abigail Franklin. They aren’t so elite. In fact they don’t register on the radar. Craig has always been in love with Sydney and Abigail is desperate to climb the social ladder.

How with all of this play out? It’s up to you. I’ve used the premise of Gossip Girl, but don’t think that you have to follow the same plotlines. We need to keep this clean!

Personality: Jasmine (or Jazz, as her friends call her) is a really bubbly person. She's always in a good mood and can make just about anybody feel better - even if she's just close to them; she gives off a really good vibe and lightens the mood quite a bit. A really humble person, Jazz doesn't admit how good she is at Quidditch, though she's captain of the Hufflepuff team and plays Seeker.

He like Tatiana at first, but then he met Sydney. Edward was and has been convinced that she was in love with him, and now he's going to prove it one way or another.

Appearnace: Abigail's blonde tresses end in loose curls at her shoulders. Her bright blue eyes pop from her fair skin. She is very cautious on how she dresses. Even though she can't always afford the designer jeans, she figures out how to incorperate her own style into the fashion society. She always uses her unique style to make sure she looks good.

Personality: The Franklins don't come from a ton of money, unlike most of the 'in' crowd. Abbie tries has to use her intelligence and creativity to work her way up the social ladder. She is very determined, and works very hard to recieve what she gets. Though she tries to be her won person, sometimes she gets lost in her idolization of girls such as Tatiana and Sydney. Abigail is determined to join their crowd.

History: Abbie and Craig didn't grow up with a ton of spare money or anything of that sort. But what they did have, was love. The Franklins are a very close family, but they still get in their fights.

Personality: Scheming, sarcastic and naive, Tatiana has always been in Sydney’s shadow and it shows. She is fickle with who she trusts, lets her feelings known at every opportunity, and is never happier when she is plotting to bring someone down. Tatiana hates being out of the loop, and needs to know everything. She loves her friends, but has always been jealous of Sydney, and how everything comes so easily to her. However, deep, deep down there can be a sweeter side of Tatiana. She loves Edward more than anything as he’s been her love of her life since before they started at Hogwarts.

Family: Her father left her mother for another woman, and so Tatiana lives with her mother during the summer holidays and her father comes to visit every Christmas. She is very much a daddy’s girl as she is an only child. This explains her behaviour.

Personality: Sydney is the life and soul of any party, or at least she used to be. Before going to Beaxbautons she was the party girl of Hogwarts, always going to secret elite parties, on and off campus. But now she’s back and she’s a lot more subdued, with something to hide as well. Sydney can’t believe she hooked up with Edward behind Tatiana’s back and feels awful for it. She won’t forgive herself until Tatiana forgives her, and for that Tatiana must find out about the betrayal of her best friend and her boyfriend. Sydney still loves life and can’t wait to get back to the familiar presence of Hogwarts but she’s totally over the whole Queen Bee thing and is just along for the ride now, hopefully with drama kept to a minimum.

Family: Sydney’s father never existed in her life, he died when she was young and her mother has been trying to find a replacement ever since. Sydney is used to her mother’s constant dating and finds it makes her life easier as she is too busy to really enforce any rules on Sydney. And then there's Sydney's little brother Ryan, the two of them are pretty close and Sydney would do anything for Ryan. He's going through some tough times at the moment and Sydney wants to help him but seems, at times, too caught up in her own issues.

Appearance: Eli has messy dark brown hair, that never seems neat. His skin is clear and light in color. Eli stands at about six feet tall and two inches. He doesn't really care what type of clothes he wears. He is just a jeans and a T-shirt kind of guy. The way he wakes is usually the way his appearance stays all day.

Personality: Eli, overall, is a pretty layed back guy. He doesn't overwork for anything, but he is definately not a slacker. He doesn't focus too much of his time on his studies, he personally believes that you only have one life, and you should live it to the fullest. That doesn't mean he is stupid, he still recieves moderately good grades, but if he would devote himself more, he could probably recieve much higher marks. But Eli doesn't, instead he focuses on his friends and just having a good time.

History: Elijah Andrew Northen was the second child born to muggle Cecilia Rosemore-Northen and wizard Conrad. He and his 19 year old sister, Amelia, lived a very nice, wealthy life. They live in a large uptown mansion in muggle London. Eli is very close to his sister, but very far from his parents. Cecilia and Conrad are often attending the most prestigous parties, leaving Amelia and Eli home from a very young age.

Background: Alex grew up being an only child so he's very used to getting a lot of attention and mostly what he wants, at home he can have it. Alex has known his best friend Edward since he started Hogwarts and he also plays quidditch for Gryffindor as Seeker which just makes him more popular.
Personality: Alex is very popular, his looks make girls swoon and guys an. Alex is naturally popular with out trying but man does he know it. Alex quite often uses this to his advantage and has dated way to many girls to keep track of. He loves to joke around with Edward and he pretty much thinks him and his friends are the best and people should look up to him. Alex also has a pretty big ego, anyone insults he does get seem to just bounce off him and he can easily convince himself everyone loves him some people just don't want to show it.

Appearance: Peyton has short blonde hair to her shoulders and sparkling blue eyes. She is very pretty and does have confidence in that fact but she doesn't flaunt it and doesn't think it matters if people are good looking.

Personality: Peyton was very suited to Slytherin or Ravenclaw - she is very smart and studies come very easily to her. She can also be very persuasive when she wants to be, she could probably convince someone to ask someone out; well probably if they were unsure or not that smart. Peyton is not at all mean so she will usually only get someone to do something to help. Peyton is probably the kindest girl in Hogwarts. She is sweet, innocent and caring, she will always be there to help out other people; This is exactly why she was put in Hufflepuff. Peyton cares about everyone she knows and tries to see good in everyone. Being so kind can also be a bit of a downside for Peyton, even when people are really mean or people like Alex she still tries to be nice. Peyton also values her friends over all other things.
Background: Having never known anything about the magical world, when Peyton found out she was magical she was ecstatic. She was simply fascinated, as soon as she got her books she read a lot of them and has found nearly every class fun and exciting. By the time Peyton went to school she knew more than nearly every pure blood. Peyton is not all that she seems though, she is far from a nerd; she spends hardly any time studying as studies come easily to her and instead loves to socialize.
