"Just a little bit,"Ashton said."But,it's okay."He paddled a little bit faster,holding on Alexis's legs,so she would flip off of him.

"Well you know, you can just ask and I will get off." She said as he held onto her legs. "It's not that big of a deal."

"Hm.Actually,before you get off,I want to do this..."Ashton said.He flipped onto his back,which put Alexis under the water.

"Do wha-" Before she could finish her sentence they were flipped and Alexandra was underwater. Just as her hair was close to being dry too. She let go of Ashtons shoulders, but he still had her legs. Trying not to giggled or laugh, she kicked- trying to squirm free from him.

Jenica blushed at James' words, then looked back up at Remus. School was a good topic. She knew school. So did Remus. She smiled, relaxing. "Well, the usuals of course, I couldn't get rid of potions though." she laughed. "I'm also taking Ancient Runes, Astronomy, and Arithmacy." she told Remus.

Ashton laughed and let go of Alexis's legs and went upright and looked at her."I'm done now,"he said.He started back towards the shore,still laughing.

"Oh you think so?" Alexis had finally finished coughing up the lake water. She laughed and swam towards the shore too. As Ashton stood on the shore Alexis grabbed hold of the bottom of his soaking robes, pulling him back in.

Sophia noticed two figures out on the lake, Ashton and Alexis. They're swimming? She made her way down the lake and greeted the two, "Hello! Wow! You guys are enjoying the water." She smiled at the sight of the two. They're totally wet and they're in their robes.

"Think so-"Ahston said.He was fixing to turn and face Alexis when he was pulled back into the water.They're was a big splash and Ashtonwas at the bottom of the lake.He went back to the surface and pulled up his pants a little bit."You almost pulled my pants off,"he laughed.

Alexis laughed as he told her about how his pants almost came off. "Well, perhaps that is what I wanted." She laughed as she swam around in circles. She looked over at another voice. Sophia. Alexi waved and smiled at her "The water is splendid." She said.

"Ha ha.I really don't think you wanted to pull my pants off,"Ashton said.He looked up at Sophia."Sorry,I didn't see you there.The water is...warm,"he said.

"Nice and warm." Alexis said with a smile on her face.

"Yes,nice and warm,"Ashton repeated after Alexis.

Alexandra laughed as she wipped her bangs out of her eyes. She looked over at Ashton. He sure was something fun, and she enjoyed the time that they have had together.

"You guys are really funny," Sophia said as she went to sit near the shore, trying to avoid the splash of water. It was fun watching the two make their rackets at the lake. "Isn't the giant squid in there? The feast must have been over." Sophia dipped her hand at the water, it was cold, Ashton said it was warm because he had already adjusted himself from the lake's temperature.

Remus smiled. "We'll probably be in most of the same classes then, I'm doing Ancient Runes and Arithmancy as well, though I'm doing Care of Magical Creatures instead of Astronomy." He shuddered, he'd been quick to drop Astronomy as soon as he could. It was not a safe subject. "So how did you do in your OWLs? I heard you were one of the two people who got all O's." He wasn't going to admit that he was the other person.

"Yes,the Giant Squid is in here.But,that's okay,"Ashton said.He stated swimming backwards into th deeper ends of the lake.

"Hey Ashton! Beware the Giant squid might fall for you," Sophia joked. She watched Ashton swim to the deeper ends of the lake.

"The Giant Squid is a girl?I thought it was a boy,"Ashton called back.He laughed.

Sophie laughed and called out, "I don't know the gender of the giant squid. It might be a boyish or a girlish Squid."

"Let's just hope it's a boy,"Ashton said.

A mouthful of food dangling haphazradly from his mouth, Sirius smirkingly stuffed eclairs into his cloak. Never know when he might need a midnight snack, and like he could really be bothered to descend some stairs, walk through some intriguing passageways, and avoid the caretaker's cantankerous yells as he ran for his life. For a chicken sandwich. What work. Nah, better stock up now. Dusting his hands off, he swallowed the bit of pudding he'd finished chewing and unconsciously traced a hand...slowly...through his hair, when he noticed that Jenica was there too. Ah, her, man did she grow up over the summer. Eyeing Remus cautiously, Sirius strategically edged (strutted) nearer and nearer, his eye on the girl, his mind on the filthy scoundrel. The dog! The shameless flirt! "Je-ni-ca!" he announced the name loudly, grinning widely in her direction. "How was the summer, love?" He cocked a brow into his fringe and slid in on the other side of her, eyeing Remus serenely.

Oh dear, Remus thought to himself. He had noticed Sirius edging up closer to him and Jenica. It would be typical of Sirius to like the girl that he liked. Sirius would probably go after anything in a skirt, it was a dog thing, not a wolf thing. And the worst bit was that the girl would probably like him back. Remus tried to ignore the serene smile that Sirius was sending his way, knowing that here came competition, and that he could never match Sirius' confidence with the opposite sex. But this was different. Sirius had never shown any interest in Jenica before, so it was probably just a game to him. Well Remus had had enough of playing second fiddle to James and Sirius.

"Either gender of the squid." Alexis said as she floated about the lake. "I am sure it couldn't help but fall for such a guy as you Ashton."

"Maybe it will fall for you,Alexis,"Ashton said.he smiled and started swimming towards her.
