James merely raised an eyebrow at his friend. He just started to laugh...for no reason.
"Your off our rocker, you are, mate. Having no girl makes you go all loony..." he mumbled with a chuckle and gulped down a load of his drink.
"Lily wont give me the time of day..but dont worry, Im gonna get her one day." he lowered his voice a bit, "And since Peter is after Cassie, the only left is Livvy, I say...you ask Livvy out, mate," he said with a wink.

Remus wonderd into the great hall, he found his friends and sat down 'Hey' he said to them and started to eat and drink like mad - after all he was starving and thirsty 'so whats knew then?' he asked after he finished stuffing his face.

Sirius raised his eyebrows. "Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Back up here!" he said, kinda loudly. Then he whispered, "You want me to ask Livvy?!" Sirius never felt that way for Livvy before and he didn't really plan to. Livvy was really only like a sister to her.

James chuckled, and looked over at Remus.
"You two..i need to speak to both of you privately about our...'furry little problem'," he muttered, barely more than a whisper. He then laughed at Sirius' reaction.
"Mate...but i think she likes yoU!" he lied. He didnt think she did at all..but Sirius needed a girlfriend..and Lily was his property. Cassie would never go out with Sirius, either.

Sirius shook his head and said, "No way am I gonna ask her out!" He added a nod to it to tell James that that was his final answer. Sirius' face then grew grave and he said quietly, "Not here. The girls could be listening in. And we can't afford that."

James scowled.
"Of course not now..im not that stupid. Sirius..." he said, and rolled his eyes. "Mate, do you have any advice on how to get Lily? She keeps turning me down..and i know she wants me...shes just playing hard to get..." he said, but he didnt sound so sure of himself.

"They don't bully me! I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP!" He flinched at his own words, then whispered quietly, "I'm in love with a mudblood." His face was contorted with holding back sobs, "I've known her all my life; you wouldn't understand..." He started to squirm uncomfortabley, the only girl who'd ever come this close to him was Lily, noone else really talked to him.

He laughed at her last remark coldly, "No offence Princess; but you belong with Gratia and her gang of Beautiful People. Girls like you shouldn't been seen with me. It'll just mark your reputation, leaving now would be the smartest thing for you to do; before anyone comes in and find you here." He'd been looking at the door, he turned around suddenly and found himself face to face with her, his hand fell limply and accidentally landed on her hand. He leaped back and fell off the bed, his pale face slushed with embarrassment, "SEE WHAT I MEAN?" He shouted; his face emotionless but his eyes brimming over with pain and embarrassment, "Just leave; leave me alone." He stood up and turned his back on her. He could still feel the touch of her hand on his own; he longed inside to touch her again, but he knew that would never happen.

James raised his eyebrows at Remus.
"We'll talk later, alright? Theres too many people around now..." he mumbled, and stuffed a peice of bread in his mouth. He looked over at the Slytherin table, and didnt spot him. He looked at Sirius.
"I wonder where Snivellus is, eh, mate?" he said, chuckling slightly.

'If you're talking about Severus, I suggest you call him by his real name, you arrogant toerag.' she said, casting a glance at him, before turning back. 'Livvy, now's your chance. Do something!' she said, meaning the matter with Sirius.

Peter looked up at James, Remus and Sirius. 'Try being nice.' Peter said, referring to James's question on "ideas to get Lily". 'She may like you if you're nice. You never know.'

"No way." Olivia said under her breath, she had caught her name in the guy's conversation, and by the look on Sirius' face, she had lost all of her confidence. She shook her head and continued eating.

Jamed ignored Lily's comment altogether, and scowled at Peter.
"Hey hey hey..i AM nice to her! When i have I ever been MEAN?" he asked, a bit annoyed with Peter's comment.

Sirius snickered. He then turned serious. "James. Seriously, you really should just give Lily a break. She needs her space. And you can't force her into anything, otherwise that'll just bring you back to step one. Even though, you're still at step one, considering that step one is like becoming friends with them and making them laugh. You haven't done any of those things!" he said, seriously without a pun. He bit into his food and then eyed Livvy. He wondered if he really should ask her out. But how could he? He's never ever thought of Livvy as more than a sister and best friend. Livvy seemed to look uncomfortable. "What's wrong Liv?" Sirius asked, concerned.

Livvy looked up at the sound of someone talking to her and smiled at Sirius, "Oh, Lily's on about something." she said, tossing her friend a look. "There's something that she wants me to do, and she wont rest until it is done."

James was NOT happy about all his friends harping on him..but he didnt say anything. He looked over at Livvy, and smirked.
"You sure you alright? Not daydreaming about anyone in particular, are we now?" he asked, raising his eyebrows as he smirked smugly.

Serena shrugged. She had good social standing with everyone in Slytherin and even outside of her dominant house, she wasn’t sure though if Delius would go after her if she stood up for Severus. He might refrain himself from hitting here though but the girl knew he would just take out his anger on Snape. “There is a point in standing up for yourself.” She encouraged. “There’s always a point. Those losers are pathetic and karma is going to hit them…hard.” She said, trying to sound positive and bright about the situation.
