Despite being close to a genius, Carter does not act it in the least. He is quite the flirt and loves to get in on whatever is going on- even if he gets in trouble for it. However, he is quite charming so he usually talks himself out of it. He is quite the prankster as well, so blame often comes to him.
He does know when to be serious, although he usually tries to lighten the mood with a joke. It takes a lot to work him into a temper, but for the most part he tries to resolve any conflict that is presented.

Personality: Finn is the tough guy. He is used to getting his own way and do what ever is necessary to get it. He has a bit of an ego and also is a flirt. Most of the other guys hate him. Girls however don't. Thats how he likes to keep it. His parents died many years ago so he comes to Holly Home instead. Although he just tells everyone that his parents would rather not have him come home.

Personality: Rett plays quidditch but his marks in school is what is most important to him. He is extremely smart. Music is by far his hobby. He pretty much gets along with most people. He's not shy at all. During his first year at Hogwarts he came home for Chirstmas and found his partents gone and never saw them again. Rett has no clue what became of them but has been coming to Holly Home since.

Personality: Edmund is a mix of an introvert and extrovert type of person. He is shy and a well-reserved one but he is an outgoing person too. He has friends at the Holly Home since his first Christmas vacation there when he was 13. He wants to be at the Holly Home 'cause every Christmas, he can't be with his parents 'cause they were always busy at their businesses. Edmund is musically talented and can play both violin and piano. He is a good dueller too and often commended by the professors at his school because of his candid demeanor and of his brilliant mind. He is also often admired by the girls around their school because of his handsome features.

Rett stepped off of the Hogwarts express and grabbed his trunk. He had been looking forward to Christmas break for so long, now it was finally here. He left the platform and headed to Holly House. It was his last year at Hogwarts and probably his last year at the house, he had better make the best of it. After the ride to the home Rett, with his trunk behind him, opened the door. "Hello Mrs.Pinkler " He greeted the old woman giving her a smile. Christmas was here.

Noah looked around to see if there was anything left behind. She didn't see anything, not that she had expected to. She had been packing for this for months now. It was indescribable how ready she was for the Christmas break. There was nothing like Mrs. Pinkler's homemade gingerbread cookies. She walked over to the fireplace and threw in the floo powder. She was off. Once she arrived in the Holly House's fireplace she stepped out seeing Mrs. Pinkler and a boy who looked as if from Hogwarts. "Merry Chirstmas" She said beaming.

Finn checked his bedroom one last time. Everything was packed. He snuck down the stairs hoping not to make contact with his parents. The only thing he wanted right now was to not spend the break with them, and as normal he would go to Holly House. As his two parents weren't insight he made his way over to the fireplace and used the floo powder to get to the house. Let the show begin.

Tabby checked her bags one last time before flooing from her house to Mrs. Pinkler's house. She had not intention of saying good bye to her parents or siblings. She arrived in the fireplace and stepped out. Two boys and a girl stood there already. Tabby gave them a light smile and went to stand next to the kid who didn't look as if he was from Hogwarts. She raised an eyebrow while looking at him and took a seat on the arm of a chair glancing up every so often.

Hanna waved goodbye to her sister at the orphanage and flooed towards the familiar home. She smiled as the vision of the entrance came into view. When out of the fire, Hanna looked around and spotted Mrs.Pinckler. "Merry Christmas." She said cheerfully and saw her friend Noah from Beauxbatons. "Hey Noah." Hanna said, walking towards her and smiling.

Izzy checked her reflection in her mirror, which was cracked and dirty.

That's what I get for staying at the Leaky Cauldron, She thought to herself as she sighed.

Izzy glanced over at her packed bags, and thought about Christmas. This would be the fourth Christmas she would be spending without her mom. Everything in her life was falling a part, but Holly Home was the one place where she could relax and ...feel at home.

She checked her watch, and then went over to her bags. She placed a hand on her luggage, and then managed to touch a wreath that was turning bright blue--a Portkey to the Holly Home. And she pulled by an invisble hook, flying through nothingness. She arrived in the entrance hall, a little staggered, but fine.

Izzy dusted her emerald green dress, and looked up. There were quite a few people here already; she noticed Finn immediately because ever since she had been coming to Holly Home, he was always there. But this year, he looked...different. She gave him a glance before turning to Mrs. Pinkler and said, "Merry Christmas!"

Kassandra gathered her things and stepped off the Hogwarts express. She started walking to the barrier when something caught her eye. Her mom. Her mom stood there smiling at her and walked up to her. "So ready to go home hunny" she said. Kassandra rolled her eyes and kept walking. "Where are you going?" Her mother asked. "Where I always go" She said to her. "Oh sweetie can't we spend the holidays together this year?" She smiled at Kassandra. "Who's we? You and your new boyfriend?" She asked not really wanting an answer. She walked through the barrier not really caring if her mother was following or not. Soon after she made her way to the Holly home and entered. She looked around and noticed many people who have been coming to the Holly home. She like they have been coming to the Holly Home for years. She turned towards Mrs. Pinkler and said "Hey Mrs. Pinkler!! How you doing?" She asked. "Oh by the way .... MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!" She always loved spending christmas in the Holly home rather then her own home.

Carter lengthened his step as he approached the Holly House. The other students from Hogwarts had left him behind- but he couldn't blame them. He had accidently spilled over one of his trunks, and he had told them all to go ahead. He pulled the scarf tighter around his neck, despite the fact that he knew he would be inside soon. Finally, he reached the door and opened it eagerly. He grinned when he saw Mrs. Pinkler, and gave a dramatic bow. "A Merry Christmas to you, Mrs. Pinkler. Thank you again for welcoming me to your humble abode," he said, taking her hand and kissing the top. He grinned as he made his way into the home to see the others that had arrived. "Welcome back everyone," he said with a warm smile to those faces that he knew.

Robert apparted to the spot right outside in the garden of the Holly Home.he had just learned to apparate this semester and he seemed to do pretty well. he walked towards the house. Robert walked in bumped into the house and bumped into Carter
woah Carter,mate dont stand at the entrance. he said looking at Carter and smiling at his Hogwarts friend here at Holly Home.Carter was in his house but an year elder to him and they would get along pretty well.
hello Mrs.Pinkler he said and went and hugged Mrs.Pinkler and gave a small peck on Mrs.Pinkler's cheek.

Carter laughed as Robert almost ran into him. "Come now, you know that was on purpose," he joked with a grin. "I promise I would have said hello even if you hadn't almost run into me," he continued. "How have you been mate? School year treating you well?" Carter was just a bundle of energy that night- seeing old friends and meeting new ones was a highlight of coming to this house every year. And, it was a better Christmas than home anyway. Here, he could relax and not have to worry about any drama within the family.

Robert laughed
School's been treating us bad real bad.man, so much of homework. he said shaking his head
they are making us work hard as if we are the ones giving NEWTS he said
i know being a Ravenclaw i shouldnt be complaining but you know he said shrugging and he picked up his trunk.i would prefer playing Quidditch all day long he said winking.
but now i am just going to enjoy my holidays he said with his arms raised and his trunk just about to hit Carter's face,flat.

Jeff heard his name from the list of kids going to Holly House. Without saying a word, he took some Floo Powder and threw it in the fireplace. He muttered "Holly House" so low that not many could hear and he was gone. After the unpleasant journey, he was greeted by Ms. Whats-her-face that he could never remember. He gave a curt nod and went to a wall to lean against. He had a feeling he'd be doing a lot of this during break.

Jazzy was so excited for Christmas break. Mrs. Pinkler had become almost like a seccond mom to her over the years, one who really cared. She heard her name off a list of those going to the Holly House and took a bit of Floo powder and entered the fire place and said loudly and Proudly, "HOLLY HOUSE", and threw her flew powder into the air. After a whirl of a journey she was there. Jazzy smiled as she saw misses Pinkler and quickly walked over and gave a hug and said, "Merry Cristmas Mrs. Pinkler, I've missed you", Jazzy said an then stepped aside seeing just how many of her and her freinds and others lives she always made brighter every Christmas season and smiled.

With a smug smiled in his face, Edmund Greene, a Durmstrang student, ambled in quick paces to the Holly Home. He was quite excited for the Christmas break though he was sad that he wouldn't spend his time with his parents for Christmas. As he entered trough the front door of the Holly Home, he immediately saw Mrs. Pinkler. He walked toward her, with so much enthusiasm, and hugged her slighlty. "Merry Christmas, Mrs. Pinkler. How are you?" said Edmund then he noticed that Jazzy and some other people was with her. He smiled to Jazzy sweetly and said with a little awkwardness, "Merry Christmas, Jazzy."

Robert walked in with Carter and heade in the living room and sat down heavily.
i swear mate.i will try making the best out of this christmas.i am sure the teachers back in Hogwarts wont allow us any fun in our last year he said.He saw Jeff entering quietly.Jeff,Jeff always the quiet guy.

Hello Eddy Robert called in and got up from his couch and hugged him and thumped his back. it was good to be back again in Holly Home.it feels like A Home away from Home.

Fashionably late - that was the key. Ian smirked as this thought crossed his mind seconds before he threw a pinch of floo powder into the grate and watched the emerald green flames flicker for a moment. Then he stepped into them without hesitation and said with a bored sigh, Holly Home. When everything stopped spinning, Ian stepped out of the fireplace and his crisp black suit with a black shirt and tie underneath so that nothing about it stood out. Evening, he said to the room, refraining from sighing once more.

Isabella was en route to what would be her first Christmas spent at the Holly Home. She was a bit excited - more so that she would be meeting a lot of new people her own age, than not spending Christmas at her own house. Buuuuut of course her mum wanted to go on a big trip to Africa with her new boyfriend. Isabella rolled her eyes at this thought before the taxi finally pulled up to the amazing house and she stepped out with a smile. She had donned dark jeans and a cream-colored sweater for the occasion and she came through door with that same smile on her face. Good Evening, she said in a quiet voice to Mrs. Pinkler, a light blush creeping up on her cheeks as she suddenly realized how nervous she was in a room full of people she didn't know.

Rob turned away and looked at Ian.he gave him a nod

Evening.hi i am Robert Johnsson.But i am known as Rob so you can call me anything you want he said walking upto her and putting his hand out for a handshake.

Mrs. Pinkler smiled as all of the children arrived. She loved having all of the children come to the home. It was by far her favorite time of year. "Hello to all of you as well" She said giving all of them her soft elderly smile. "There are cookies and milk in the kitchen, all of you are welcome to them" She informed them. Of course all of the adolescents knew that they were welcome to anything in the house. This was their home away from home. Many of them she recognized from years past but there were some new ones to. Well she made it her mission to get to know each and every one of them.

Rett looked around taking in all of the people that were now here. Alot of them had been here before but others were new. Of course it was only natural for him to notice that there were quite a few very attractive girls among the group. What guy wouldn't notice something like that. After listening to Mrs. Pinkler welcome them all his ears perked up with the mention of cookies. He was just fine with being the first into the kitchen, taking a chocolate chip cookie off of the stove.

Noah looked around at everyone arriving. She smiled as Hanna greeted her, "Hey! Merry Christmas" She said to her. She was one of the new ones here, she had never been before. After recently being orphaned this was her first christmas without her parents. Now she was relieved to be spending the holiday here, with all of the other students. Not really knowing anyone she decided to do what felt most natural to her. She reached into the bag that she carried with her and took out the leather sketch pad and began to work one the scene around her. Her hand started to work away as she took in a deep breath smelling the christmas scents.

Finn watched as more and more people were arriving. There was one girl, she looked as if she was from Hogwarts, that came and sat close to him. He looked at her, meeting her eyes for a moment. She was pretty, that was for sure. But then he looked away as he saw someone else walking in. It was Izzy, they had known each other for a number of years now. "He gave her a small smile, not excactly emotion filled, but then again he never did have too much emotion.

Robert listened to Mrs.Pinkler and then looked at the new girl he had introduced himself to
so are you from Hogwarts? he asked
Never seen you before in school before he said.

Lauren was rushing towards the Holly House, she noticed that there were quite a few people already there. As she entered, she walked towards Mrs Pinkler. "Hello Mrs Pinkler, merry christmas!" She said joyfully. She then moved on and saw two girls from her school. It was Noah and Hanna, who she didn't know very well but she made the effort to go up to them as they were the only people she recognized at the moment. "Hey!" She said happily. "How are you guys?" She asked.

Jeff nodded at the kid named Rob or something. He heard Ms. What's-her-face say something about cookies and Christmas. He rolled his eyes and stayed where he was. He didn't do Christmas. This wasn't his favorite place, but where else could he go? Home wasn't an option.
