Lily, looking somewhat shocked, allowed herself to be dragged out of the compartment by Louis. She smirked, knowing that only trouble would follow, but that's what made hanging with the boys so fun. She followed them off the train and out onto the platform, wondering what on earth they had planned. Her red hair whipped out behind her and she was dragged along, attempting to keep up with the much taller, and over zealous boys.

Lorcan grabbed Addelaide's hand and lead her off the train, followed by Lysander. Addelaide normally would have pulled her hand away, but she was enjoying all the joking around. This would be a great year.
"Come on Rose and Dee!" she called as she was dragged out of the compartment. "Let's go find a carriage." she said, heading down the corridor. This was of course due to Lorcan and Lysander being so big that people simply made room for them. In no time they were out on the platform and into a carriage, waiting for Dee and Rose to come in. They had seen Hugo and Peyton head into a carriage and had decided to give them some alone time.

Peyton, now dressed in her proper uniform, followed Hugo out of the train. She nodded her head. "Alright." She said, a smile tugging at her rosey lips. She began walking to one of the carriages that he had pointed out.

"I'm coming!" Rose shouted as she was being called for. Just because they were required to wear this dreary uniform, doesn't mean Rose was going to wear it completely. She had on the black skirt and sweater. Her legs were covered by black opaque tights, but her feet were still in her red pumps. Finally catching up to everyone, she climbed into the carriage, and found a spot to seat.

"Ooooh, well don't you look awesome. See, Rose understands that you don't have to completely follow the dress code." Lorcan said smirking at her. The red pumps and tights really accentuated her legs.

"Yes well some of us don't have that liberty." said Lysander said. He of course, had to dress perfectly because of his prefect status.

When they reached the carriage, Hugo held the door open and gestured for Peyton to go in first. He hoped no one else would come and try to sit with them. It would be nice for Peyton and him to have some time alone.

Lorcan smiled at her. "Its okay Dee, we just didn't want to leave without you." he said, pulling the coach door closed behind her. As soon as he did, the "horseless" coach started off briskly towards the castle. In no time it pulled up in front of the school and they all piled out and up steps. Once inside, they headed through the large entrance hall and into the lavishly decorated Great Hall. Candles floated above all the tables, and the school banners were proudly adorning the walls. Lorcan headed over to the Gryffindor table and sat down.
"I am so excited to eat, I'm starving!" he said, looking around anxiously and hoping the hall would hurry up and fill.

Lysander sat down beside his brother, also looking around excitedly for food. "I no, its like they don't feed us." he added teasingly.

Addelaide rolled her eyes. "Boys, is all you ever think about food?" she asked, sitting down across from each other.

Lorcan and Lysander looked at each other knowingly and laughed. "Actually no...." he said, winking at Addelaide.

"I get the picture." she said interupting him, boys they were so typical!

Albus grabbed Lily's other hand and the pulled the other two into a carriage. "I'm thinking we need to get to plotting." He cocked a handsome eyebrow and rubbed his hands together with a side of mischievous grin.

Lily smirked at him. "What exactly do you have in mind?" she asked intently.
Although hanging out with the girls was a lot of fun, sometimes it was great just being one of the boys, goofing off and doing random, fun things. Her brothers always came up with fun things to do.

Peyton smiled and entered the carriage. She slid into the corner seat, leaning her head on her small hands.

Rose was laughing and nodding with everything Addelaide was saying. But after the wink, she had to roll her brown eyes, muttering something about boys and their maturity levels.

"Well we simply have to get--"
"James." Albus finished Louis' sentence and they both nodded, looking at Lily. "Ideas?"
"You're asking Lily for ideas? Are you losing your edge?" Will looked incredulously at Albus, then reluctantly at Lily. "She's a girl now, remember?" A smirk broke his face.

Lorcan pretended to look hurt. "Now how can you blame me for not thinking about food when I am surrounded by so many beautiful ladies, you make it hard to focus!" he said smiling at them.

"Oy! I have great ideas!" she said, making a face at Louise. "Well do we have any idea where James wonder off to?" she asked.

Dee smiled at Lorcan and Rose. Lately it seemed like something more than friendly flirting was going on between the two. She pulled up her now wavy hair in a ponytail and leaned against the table. "I'm quite hungry myself, but I have a bit of patience." She added teasing Lorcan and Lysander, with a smirk.

Luce made her way trudgingly to the Slytherin House table and sat down rather slowly. She looked around for a familiar face that she actually wanted to talk to but didn't see anyone in sight. She did see her older sister come into the Great Hall, but that was a different story. Luce sighed with annoyance, knowing she would probably have to talk to Ellie sometime, but she really didn't want to.

Lorcan smiled at Rose as she playfully pushed him.
"Well I am much bigger than you now aren't I?" Lorcan said, turning to Dee who had commented on his patience. "I have to eat lots!" he said playfully.

Lysander smirked at his younger brother. "No, you just have no self control Lorcan. I am just as big as you and I am perfectly able to sit here and be composed." he said, flashing a lop sided smirk, which he quickly retracted when he was playfully cuffed in the back of the head by Lorcan.
"Case and point." he said leaning away from him and shaking his head.

"You two are seriously rediculous, do I need to split you up?" Addelaide said from where she sat across the table.

Lily looked back and forth between Albus and Louis, their eyes lit up like kids in a candy store.
"Although I think knocking James off his high horse sounds like a wonderful idea, where and when are you planning on making this love potion, or are you getting it from the Store?" she asked, referring to her uncle's joke shop. "And....are you fully aware of the havoc Perla will raise when she finds out?" Lily said somewhat laughing at the thought. "Come on boys, walk and talk I know you can multi task. We are going to be late for the opening feast and we don't need to give ourselves any more unwanted attention." she said, always the level headed one of the group.

Scorpius looked inside a nearby compartment as Perla spoke, unable to look at her. He nodded briefly. 'I understand, but it is still rather annoying and unnerving that you should produce such an uncanny impersonation of him and his sayings,' he replied, his articulation smooth and controlled despite the small vat of anger still bubbling inside of him.

He looked back at her after Lily had passed and raised one eyebrow, shaking his head. He didn't comment; he merely began making his way back to his compartment to get Alex and his things. 'We should get going,' he said as soon as he reached the door. He saw Lily and her friends leave the train from the corner of his eyes. 'Alex, you coming?'

Turning back, he began to make his way off the train and to a carriage, waiting for his siblings.


Carys yawned, putting her things back in her bag as she stood up. Making her way out to one of the carriages, her mind was elsewhere: it was up in the hall with the food. Her stomach rumbled and she looked around her, mildly grateful no one could hear it.

Sliding into a carriage on her own, she sighed and pushed her hair behind her ears, already imaging what sort of food they would have this year.

The first years were brought in and were brought up one at a time to be sorted into the appropriate houses. One by one they went down the line, and to Lorcan's annoyance, there seemed to be quite a few first years this year. Finally, the last student, Patty Zappata was sorted into Slytherin to the excitement of the Slytherins. The small, frightened bunch of first year Gryffindors all sat huddled together between a mass of Gryffindor students who simply intimidated them more with their rowdy behavior and loud cheers.
Headmaster Montague stood up at the Head Table and instantly the noise ceased. His bright blue eyes twinkled in the candle light.
"Welcome to another year at Hogwarts! Now that the Sorting is over, I shall not bore you with words, let us eat!" he said and instantly food appeared on all the long tables.

"Finally!" Lorcan said, somewhat loudly. "I thought I might starve." he said, putting as many things on his plate as it could hold.

Lysander shook his head and laughed, his brother was so very typical.

"Oh you poor thing." Addelaide said to Lorcan sarcastically as she reached for a piece of chicken.
