Louis rubbed his hands together in eager anticipation of the coming fun. "Ha ha, this is too good! I knew I could count on you and your dad to come through with some really awesome stuff, you two along with James and Lorcan and Lysander and myself make a team of pranksters the likes of which have never been seen!" He grinned sillily at the thought.

Alexander saw a couple new girls enter the compartment. He hadn't seen these young ladies before. Both were pretty and appeared to not be that familiar with the group, perhaps even more so than he himself was. "Hello," he greeted both of them, wondering what house they were in, if they were also Gryffindors or members of some other house. He wasn't sure if he should introduce himself yet, so waited to see what would happen. Alexander didn't know that much about girls, so this was all new material for him. Then Alexander heard one of the girls mention that she was new here. That made him almost breathe a sigh of relief, he was completely new to this situation, though not new to Hogwarts. Never had he been inside the Gryffindor compartment on the Hogwarts Express before, imagine, a Slytherin inside here!

Noah smilled at Alexander he wedged himself inside next to him and whispered "Shy?"

Harrison was still not entering the compartment. He would go to the food trolly first yes thats it

Lily shrugged. "I honestly don't know." she said, looking over at the two girls who had appeared at the doorway. She was happy to see that Alexander appeared to know them. She looked back to Ella.
"This year will be interesting, everyone has changed so much over the summer." she said, looking around at their large group. People were taller, more filled out, more grown-up.

Name: Corra Crosswind

Blood Status: half-blood
Personality: She seems a bit shy and closed off at first, hardly speeking unless spoken to. But once she opens up, you'll find that she's a spit-fire in disguse. Feircly loyal with a hot temper, and mean streak with anyone that wrongs her.
Bio: Her mother's a Muggle, her father a Wizard. Born and raised for most of her life in America, even attending the Salem School of Magic. However, due to her father's changing position in the Ministry, her family was forced to move to England, and her having to change schools. Needless to say she's not happy about the change and is not at all looking forward to her first year at Hogwarts.

Appearance:

Alexander actually blushed at the boy's question. He realized suddenly that maybe that was part of the problem, even though he didn't want to admit it to anyone. He guessed it was part of the old Malfoy family pride. "Nah, not really," he said. "It's just that I've never been in this particular compartment before." Alexander was still trying to think up what to say, but this boy as well as Hugo and Lily, appeared friendly enough. "I'm Alexander," he said simply, not saying his last name yet. He could tell that this boy was a Gryffindor, and he didn't want to say what his last name was just yet. He was looking to make some friends at this point, and so far the Gryffindors didn't seem that bad to him. He knew that his father had hated Gryffindors when he was his age, but then it was a Gryffindor who had saved him in the end, all three of his children were right here in this very compartment. He had a feeling that there was a lot more to the Gryffindors than met the eye, so he thought he would make the effort to get to know some of them. Besides he had a good excuse for being in here, he knew his brother Scorpio had a big crush on Lily, he could always say he was just here waiting for him to show up. Hadn't he started off with that story already?

Corra had just made the train, not even waving bye to her father as she stepped on. She didn't want to be here, it was written all over her face as she walked about the compartments. She cradled her small black cat to her chest as she looked for an empty place to sit, one earphone sticking out from her black and white hair, connected to an iPod that her father had enchanted for her last birthday.

Fred wiggled his eyebrows. "Well, it does run in the family... for all of us!" he said laughing. "Just keep me updated... my Dad wasn't the only one that was working on things at home," he said, thinking of what projects he was working on now.


Ella raised an eyebrow. "I'll take your word for it," she said with a smile. "That's for sure..." she said, thinking of one person imperticular. "As I said, you're as tall as I am now!" she said with a laugh. "And it looks like Albus has never seen anyone like Addy," she said quietly to her friend.

Lily laughed. "Are you kidding me? I've grown over the summer, I'm so much taller now." she said smiling. She rather enjoyed being a tall girl. After all, her brothers were both over 6 feet, so Lily's 5'10'' height didn't really seem that tall compared to them.
"Ya I think Albus and Addy both just realized the other one existed. Addy was new last year though, so they didn't really see each other much.

Addy stood up, feeling slightly claustrophobic in the increasingly cramped compartment. There were over 10 people in here now. She sighed, and carefully stepped across the many legs and feet of everyone. When she passed Albus she smiled feebily at him.
"Too cramped." she mouthed, it was getting louder in here too.
She gave him a look that said do you want to come with me? before heading out of the compartment.

"You are... but you're not taller than me I don't think!" she said with a laugh. She eyed her friend up and down. Perhaps she was. "Wait, how tall are you now?" she asked, curious. Ella laughed at Lily's next statement. "It certainly seems so! But they're so cute together," she said with a sigh. "So, when do you think we'll get guys like Albus... not exactly like, of course! That would be weird, especially for you!" she said with a laugh.

"5'10''!" Lily said with enthusiasm and a big grin.
She looked over at Addy who had just left, and then back to Ella.
"Well it certainly seems as though James has had his eye on you. Don't think I didn't notice that smile between the two of you." she said laughing.

"No way..." Ella said, a grin slowly spreading. "You've beaten me by an inch! Way to go!" she said, holding up her hand for a high- five. She did her best not to blush at her friend's next comment. "Oh really? I hadn't noticed..." she said. When Lily mentioned the smile, Ella held back a wince. "That was just a friendly thing, you know... its not like we've never seen each other... I mean, you and I have been friends for how long?" she told her, grinning.

Louis laughed. "Yes, you've got that right. I think all the Weasleys have that in common, some more than others. You and I were some of the more fortunate ones. I'll keep you updated, and you do the same." He winked at his cousin.

Albus couldn't help it, he had sensed something from Addy's look, like she wanted him to follow her out of the compartment, or was he only imagining that? Suddenly he decided that he wanted to find out, and stood up and followed her out. It was getting kind of crowded in there anyway, and he really wanted to see if his hunch was right, that she really did want to talk to him and spend some time getting to know him. If that was true, then he was the luckiest boy in Hogwarts!

Corra raises an eyebrow as she passes the enlarged and rather full compartment. Pausing only for a moment before shaking her head and goes to sit in the last empty one left. She sighs and cuddles her cat to her, the only friend she had here. She pushes a white chunk of hair out of her face and puts in her other earphone, wishing she was back home in America with her friends at Salem, not in a strange land going to a strange school full of kids she didn't know. She let out a sigh, this was going to be a long year.

Roxanne went through the isle to her usual compartment and saw all her friends there and sat down "hey everyone" she said happily it was crowded but she loved being around lots of people.

Dominique walked into the compartment with all her friends and sat down near Louis "thanks for leaving me behind" she said jokingly.

Scorpius walked down the isle looking for his brother Alexander, after a while Scorpius just decided to find a compartment when he walked passed a compartment that Lily and her friends sat in and he saw a lot of gryffindors and surprisingly his brother. "Hey Alex" he said standing casually in the door way "sorry i took a while" he quickly glanced at Lily but then back at Alex.

Louis laughed. "Left you behind, huh? I looked all over for you and you were nowhere to be found. Figures!" He wasn't mad at his sister, he was only playing with her. They did this sort of thing all the time, everyone who knew either of them was familiar with their playful brother and sister banter.

"Scorpius! There you are!", Alexander called out, waving his older brother over to the compartment. At last he was starting to feel a bit more at ease, now that Scorpius was here he wasn't the only Slytherin in the compartment, and he had a family member here with him at that. Alexander couldn't wait to see what happened between Scorpius and Lily, if there were going to be any fireworks between them. He was certain that there would be. Alexander had never really had a girlfriend, perhaps there was something he could learn here. There were certainly many pretty girls around, at least half a dozen of them. He was just too shy to really say anything.

"I`m Noah Longbottom" said Noah putting out a hand for him to shake. There was something he liked in this boy but he couldn`t put his finger on it. He waited for him to respond while he thought about where his own brother was hiding now that boy was always running off.

Noah looked up as yet another boy entered the compartment. It was that slytherin boy Scorpius. He didn`t know scorpius very well but he like slytherins so he autimaticly liked him. It also explained why he had taken a liking to Alex he was freinds with one and didn`t show the gryfindor/slythrin rivalry which occured so often

Harrison had bought a chocolate frog and a box of bertie bots. He was on his way to Noah`s department when he came accross a compartment with only one occupier a girl. He walked in and asked "Mind if I sit?"

Corra peels her gaze from the window and looks at the man who spoke. She takes a headphone out of her ear and shrugs. "Sure, whatever." Her voice was low, and it was clear when she spoke that she was American.

Alexander grasped the other boy's hand, giving it a firm shake. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Noah," he said sincerely. So, this was one of Neville Longbottom's sons. Who would have ever thought that the son of Neville Longbottom would be shaking hands with the son of Draco Malfoy? He almost had to laugh at the thought. How things had changed, and Alexander supposed that was for the best. He wanted to have none of the old prejudices that his family had had for so many years, and was ready to give everyone a try no matter who they were or what house they were in.

Harrison smilled as he heard the accent. It was american. His aunty from his mums side was American she always used to bring great great big pakages with her. He sat down and asked "Are you new?"
"You too" said Noah. Hmm what to ask the boy he didn`t want to seem someone who nosed into other peoples business. He then finally settled on the question "Your close with Scorpius huh?"

As much as she wanted to be left alone, she couldn't pass up the oppertunity to make a friend. She pulls the other earphone out and put it away. "Yeah I am. My family had to move here because of my dad. My name's Corra, Corra Crosswind."

Kori smiled warmly at Alexander, her stomach fluttering just a little. Her experience with guys didn't really extend outside of family and teachers, being from Beauxbatons. She sat down next to him, thinking about about a conversation starter. From what she had put together, Alexander was Scorpio's little brother, and they were both in Slytherin. Kori figured that might be why he looked a uncomfortable. Slytherin and Gryffindor were supposed to be rivals and here he was sitting in a compartment full of them, not that she had a problem with either house. In fact, she was a Slytherin. When Noah approached, Kori smiled at him, waiting for him to finish introducing himself. "Hello. My name's Kori." She brushed her blonde hair out of her face, a habit she had picked up.

Piper smiled as she stepped into the Gryffindor's compartment, though she was a little shy at the situation. When Alexander not only acknowledged her presence but greeted her politely, she gave him a radiant smile, her green eyes smiling as well, and said, Hello, I'm sorry if I'm not supposed to be in here... I just transferred here. She tried to smile again, but it didn't work out as wonderfully as before, being she was so nervous.

Scorpius sat down by his brother and looked over at Lily then he looked at Alexander not wanting to seem as if he was staring and to look as anything was different. "I've been looking for you, have you been here the whole time?" he asked Alex.

Dominique laughed "so what have you boys been up to?" she asked them "more pranks for this year i guess" she said she knew what her brother was like in nearly every way.

James nodded. "Yeah, it's getting overly crowded, maybe we should leave. And then we can talk more. There are too many people in this train." he agreed. He stood up and stretched, getting ready to leave. Truth be told, he did sort of wish he could stay because he knew Ella couldn't come, but he mustn't give himself away. Instead, he agreed heartily, and was the first to leave the compartment. He found one nearby that was empty, so he opened it up and sat inside, waiting for the others and planning. Animal noises did sound intriguing, and having teachers running around blaming one another.... They would just have to perfect their plans.


Hugo turned towards Alexander. Trying to make small talk, he asked, "So, what's your favorite Quidditch team? I'm for the Chudley Cannons." His dad had always supported them, so he followed suit. They weren't a great team, though. They seemed to always be bottom of the league. Hugo felt like he could help them, and he wasn't even good a at Quidditch.

Catching up with all of you!



"Yeah, he's my brother, one year older than me," Alexander said softly. He didn't want to make a big deal out of the fact that he was a Malfoy. He hoped Noah wouldn't mind who he was. He seemed like a pretty cool guy.

"Hi, Kori, I'm Alexander," he said softly. "I've never seen you at Hogwarts before, is this your first year here?" The girl was very pretty with very pale hair, he wondered if she had any veela blood. There was nothing wrong with that, he himself had veela blood. It was a good thing.

"Don't worry about it, I'm not supposed to be in here either," Alexander laughed. "Welcome to Hogwarts. I'm Alexander, well Alex is good," he apologized, looked at Kori and the rest of them as well. There was really no need for formality. Both girls were new to Hogwarts, apparently. Should he explain why he was uncomfortable here in this compartment? He thought it best to leave that part alone.

"Pretty much, more or less," Alexander answered honestly. "I'm not sure how I missed you, but I guess it can happen it all the rush. Well, we've found each other now."



"Well, kind of sort of," Louis said smoothly, trying to be evasive with his sister but knowing that she saw right through him. He might be able to use her for something in carrying out this prank later, who knows? He smiled impishly at the thought. It wouldn't be the first time, nor the last.

"This train is more crowded than I remember it," Louis nodded. "Hogwarts is gonna be a blast this year." The more students the better. They would remember the events of that year and probably idolize all of them for their pranking abilities.

Alexander wasn't surprised when Hugo said he liked the Chudley Cannons. "Your father liked that team, if I'm not mistaken," he smiled. "Your dad has told me that on many occasions. In fact, he said your dad was downright passionate about the team! I support the Montrose Magpies, myself, but the rest of my family wouldn't agree with me on that, I'm sure."
