Jane grabbed her bag and stood up herself, slipping the bag over her head. 'No one said we weren't mental. We both are, aren't we? Though you're a little more mental than me, I'm proud to say.'

She looked around her. 'So, where to now?' she asked him.

Ryan grinned even more.
"I am proud to be called mental, Jane, you should know that!" he said with a chuckle. He looked at his watch again.
"I dunno...what about...Diagon Alley? Somewhere with wizards...becuase these muggles seem to think we're insane," he said softly, and leaned against the back of the chair he was standing behind.

Jane raised one eyebrow. 'God. No wonder people call you mental if you're proud of it.'

She nodded. 'I think that'd be better. At least then we wouldn't be looked at strangely. Come on, let's find an empty alley or something to get there from.' she said, not wanting to say apparate in case the Muggles heard her. It wasn't exactly a word they heard daily.

Ryan nodded, and pointed to a door near them. It led outside, to an alleyway that was rarely used for its shabbeyness.
"Come on, this way," he muttered, and figured that she didnt like to pulled so he dashed off, hoping she was following him. ONce there, he looked around to make sure no one was watching them form inside or there was no one there.
"Ready?" he asked, taking out his wand.

Jane hurried after him as he dashed out. When she entered in, she winced slightly. 'This is the alleyway? Okay.' she said, stealing herself slightly. 'And yes, I'm ready.' Jane said, pulling her own wand out of her bag so she could slip it into her pocket as soon as they were out of the presence of Muggles and it would be obvious.

Ryan nodded, and apparated. As soon as his feet set foot on the ground ind Diagon Alley, he looked around, and folded his arms. He tapped his foot inpatiently, for Jane was still not there yet. He glanced around again, and saw some of his colleagues from work, and quickly turned the opposite direction. They couldnt see him, not now. He had totally lied flat out to them the last time he saw them, and he didnt fancy a confrontation with them.

Jane sighed as he disapparated and followed him moments later. 'Be patient.' she said, to his tapping his foot. She slipped her wand into her pocket. 'So, which shop first?' she asked him, adjusting the strap on one of her shoes and tucking her curls behind her ears again.

Ryan glanced behind him again, and smiled nervously at her.
"Um, well, how about...where ever you wanna go. I dont care, really," he said, and ran a hand through his hair. He had his wand still in his hand, and he didnt dare put it away.

Jane shrugged. 'Okay then. Well, I could do with some more books - don't laugh - because of my new job. I kinda need a few.' she said, digging in her bag again before pulling out a piece of parchment. 'So, ya coming or would you rather wait here?'

Ryan shook his head.
"NO, im definately coming. I guess i can use some more books, too, come on," he said quickly, and beckoned for her to hurry after him. He walked to Flourish and Blotts, and opened the door. It jingled, and he stepped inside.
"Jane, what kind of books do you need?" he asked, looking behind him, to see she was there.

Jane looked at Ryan curiously as he hurried forwards. She laughed to herself silently and followed him. She stepped inside after him and unrolled the parchment.

'Well, they seem easy enough to find.' she said, glancing at the list. 'All I need to do is ask the person behind the counter.' she said, looking up. Heading over to the counter, she smiled. The lady behind it smiled.

'Hi, could you possibly get these for me?' she asked, holding out the parchment. The lady frowned, and spoke in French. Jane smiled and looked back at Ryan before replying and the lady hurried off.

'Obviously the foreign desk. I didn't realise.' Jane said, leaning against it and looking at Ryan.

Ryan tried not to laugh.
"Do you even speak French? Cause i dont..." he muttered, and leaned against the counter next to her. He looked around the store once more, and started to whistle. He looked back at Jane, and stopped whistling and grinned. He felt sort of awkward.

Laughing, Jane nodded. 'Obviously I speak French, otherwise I wouldn't have just told her she's wrong and we're not together.' she said, slightly smugly. 'Anyway, that's where my Muggle upbringing comes in handy. At my Muggle school, they let some of us do French. I took it.'

She turned around as the lady came hurrying back with the books. Speaking in rapid French again, Jane laughed and shook her head, before pulling her money out and handing it over, then taking her books.

'Don't ask. Please, don't ask what she said.' Jane said, blushing deeply.

Ryan raised en eyebrow, grinning.
"Jane, what did she say? Now you got me wanting to know!" he exclaimed with a laugh. He glanced over at the lady, and waved at her before turning to Jane. He was curious, now. He wouldnt have asked if Jane hadnt said dont ask. it just made him even more curius.

Jane blushed. 'Fine. She said that we'd - can I just say eww, first, I don't not think that - make the perfect couple.'

Jane slipped the books into her bag, avoiding looking at Ryan. 'Come on. I'll treat you to a drink in the Leaky Cauldron.'

"You did tell her that we werent together, didnt you? Becuase she didnt seem to understand...sure you can treat, i dont mind," he said. "And for the record, i think im way to handsome for you," he joked, still blushing and laughing.

"You 'let me go'?" Cisco said, jokingly. No one told him what to do, he knew she hadn't meant it like that though so he just brushed it off. He listened to the job description she had explained and smiled. "That sounds great. You'll be wonderful at that," he promised, kissing her forhead.

ooc: You should check out the rp 'A Whole New World'. It sounds pretty cool. I'm playing a girl..you should play a guy. I've never seen you play a guy. Just a suggestion.

Ryan pretended to be shocked.
"Jane, come on, you know i'm beautiful!" he said, and then laughed extremely hard. After finishing having his fits of laughter, he looked at Jane.
"Where to now, Miss Jane?" he asked, and folded his arms. He still would laugh every so often.
