Chris was also thinking about Brennan's reaction, probobly not a big reaction, but it was worth making him squirm. He smiled whilst kissing her, his stomach still doing flips and his mind thinking of Livvy's reaction and Brennan's.
He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer.

Livvy was glad that he was up for teaching Brennan a lesson, it was something that he needed badly. She pulled away from him, taking a deep breath and looking at all of the people who were watching them, she turned to Chris and smiled. "Well, did you blush?" she asked.

Chris smiled and pointed to his cheeks, they were still the same colour as the rest of his skin.

Olivia shook her head, "Nope. I'm good." she said, pressing her hands to her cheeks. "Do you suppose we made anyone else blush?" she asked, standing on her tip toes to look over his shoulder.

Olivia laughed softly, "I know one person who did." she said, her eyes following Brennan as he stormed out of the Great Hall. "Apparently the public affection of others is not high on his list of likes." she grumbled. She held onto Chris's hand as her mind began to spin, but unfortunately, it wasnt from his kiss, but Brennan's. It felt so wrong for her to be thinking of Brennan when she was with Chris, but she couldnt stop herself. Without thinking she hugged him tightly, as if someone were tying to pull her away. "Stupid Brennan." she said.

"Well, he had to not like it didn't he? Afterall he's trying to steal you" Chris said. His gazed hovered over to where Brennan had stormed off.
"Maybe he's got the gist that, you don't like him, and that he should quit" He said proudly. For a minute, Livvy sort of drifted off, before suddenly giving Chris a hug. Chris was confused. Why wasn't she happy? Wasn't annoying Brennan one of the purposes for doing this?
"You ok?" He asked, playing with her hair.

Livvy nodded but didnt talk, now she felt as if she couldnt let go of him, when before, it felt like she was trying to. It was confusing. "I hope he got the message, I dont know how much more of this I can take." she said, half wishing that he didnt hear her, but her face was sort of buried in his shirt, so there was a small chance that he hadn't.

He pulled her closer, if that was possible, and lowered his head.
"If I were him, I would of got the message. Don't worry, he shouldn't bother us anymore" He whispered.

Olivia heard what he said, but it still didnt help anything, she wanted to tell him why she knew Brennan wasnt going to give up, why she had wanted to kiss him infront of everyone. Chris' face went blank. All he heard was 'kissed me when you were gone'. He found himself staring at the doors, where Brennan had just walked thorugh, into the great hall.
Chris felt his face scrunch up and his fists into balls. Once coming back to reality, he noticed he had, let go of Livvy, and started walking towards the great hall and he hadn't stopped his legs from doing so.
He kept saying to himself he wasn't jealous, but, sometimes it was a bit obvious. That was it. He was going to punch that prat, or atleast kill him ...

Olivia watched as Chris walked away form her, and for a fleeting second, cursed herslef for telling him, she could see in his eyes that he was angry and she hated to be the cause of that. She followed after him, having to run to keep up.

Brennan was leaning against the door eating an apple. He was brooding about what had just taken place in the Great Hall, and trying to figure out how he could use it to his advantage.

Without Brennan seeing him walk up to him, Chris took this as an advantage and his fist collided with Brennan's nose. Chrs knew that was the wrong thing to do, so after he punched Brennan, he punched the wall next to Brennan.
"What is your problem!" He yelled at him. "Why can't, you just leave us alone, and go annoy someone else!" He said, taking deep breath's in between a few words.

Brennan was greeted with a sickening crunch as Chris punched him, the unsuspected force sent him reeling backwards. Pulling himself together, he managed a laugh, "Something's got your wand in a bunch Hale? I was sure that Livvy wouldnt tell you how bad a kisser you were until after the wedding." At Chris's words, he raised an eyebrow, "Come again? I'm not quite sure what you are talking about." he said innocently.

Olivia didnt speak, because she couldnt speak, the only thing she was capable of doing was standing there with her arms folded across her chest, digging her nails into her arm as she watched the exchange.

Chris closed his eyes. He knew this was wrong, and he kept saying it in his head. But he just couldn't help it. He swung his other fist into Brennan's jaw. He ignored the first part of what he said, about Chris being a bad kisser, he couldn't say it wasn't working, because it was.
"You know what I ruddy well mean! You know, you're not just hurting me, you're hurting Livvy aswell, whilst hurting me!" He said angrily.

Brennan laughed when Chris punched him again, there was no doubt that it hurt, but he wasnt going to give Chris the satisfaction of knowing that. He shot a glance at Olivia, "I knew you would remember the kiss." he said with a smirk, "Did you compare mine to his?" he asked, his attention suddenly on Chris again, "I'm hurting no one but you. I'm saving Livvy from making a mistake that she will regret." He said, slugging Chris in the eye.

Chis stopped himself from punching Brennan again.
"You just can't help yourself can you?! You think that the world revolves around you, you think, that people will have a much better life if your in it" He said through gritted teeth.
"Why don't you let her choose? Eh? Let her .. save herself" He said, as he turned his head to look at Livvy.
"Why isn't she trying stop me from punching you? If she thought, she would regret being with me and not you, she would stop me. She wouldn't let you get hurt"

Olivia was about to step between them when Chris started, "Why isn't she trying stop me from punching you? If she thought, she would regret being with me and not you, she would stop me. She wouldn't let you get hurt" She stopped dead in her tracks and didnt speak, the last thing she wanted was for Chris to think she was on Brennan's side.

"My Livvy is a good person, she wouldnt want to embarrass you in front of the entire crowd." he said, his eyes skimming the crowd that had formed behind Olivia. "I know who she wants, and she wants me." he noticed that Chris had stopped punching him, probably an attempt to save face infront of Olivia, but he wasnt going to let him get away with it. Brennan tackled Chris to the floor.

"Your Livvy? She's not your property!" He laughed and yelled at the same time.
Chris was about to speak again, when he was tackled to the floor. He felt his head smack against the cold, hard floor. It sent vibrations through his skull and his brain. He winced slightly, even though he wanted to scream out in pain.
"How do you know that? Has she told you?! Why hasn't she told me to go away yet if she wants you?"

Olivia was finished watching, she rushed over to where Brennan and Chris were scuffling on the floor and pulled Brennan off of Chris, using all of her strenght, she punched him. "Get off of him you lousy git." she said, just as a group of teachers walked in.

"Miss Malfoy, I'm suprised at you." McG said, pulling her up to a standing position.

"Detention for the three of you." Snape added, "Tonight in my office."
