Brant took the broom with surprise. "I might be killed for this but I'm all for it," he grinned. "What kind of man am I?" he asked looking at her? "Why, m'dear, don't you already know? I guess you'll just have to find out, now won't you?" He smirked. He then got onto the broom she had given him. "What are we doing then? Just flying around? Or we're using the balls as well?" He eyed the trunk she had managed to shove through the whole.

Jordan smiled a little and said softly,"You alright?" She didn't know why he left the great hall or why he had looked at her and it made her extremely curious.

Alexis laughed at Brant. She threw the googles around her neck, and then put her hair back with them. She rarely actually every wore them as googles, but more as an accesory. "Now c'mon. What's your best in this game my dear sir." She opened up the trunk with her foot. The bludgers squirmed around as soon as she did- itching to get out.

Gabe looked at Jordan and shrugged. "Oh yah I am fine... I guess." He didn't like opening up to people. That was why he was always so short with words. "Just, I was getting a bit light headed. Too many people about." He lied

Nate looked at Serena in surprise as he pulled back from their hug. Really, how could anyone not love her? She was self sacrificing him as her date so he could go with someone else. Shaking his head, he kissed her on her forehead softly and squeezed her gently again. "Thanks." He said, stepping out of the hug. Maybe it was time for him to face his fears. Finally, admit that he liked Raquel.

Jordan could tell he didn't want to talk so all she said was,"Ok." She just sat there and waited to see if he would say anything else, still curious.

Gabe looked over at Jordan as she didn't ask anything else. It seemed off for someone to do that. Most people would sit there- pressuring you for more answered and questions. He leaned his head on the stone wall behind him. "Was I a total Jerk?" He asked her. He wondered wether he should go to his sister and ask what she though he should do. He knew she would just say to go out with her. She would be happy tha someone had liked him.

"I always practice as a beater," said Brant. "Why do you think my arm muscles are so amazing?" He flexed them once more to show them off. "Used to practice swinging a beater's club hoping to get on the team. Now I practice just because I can't play."

Jordan smiled and said,"I don't think you were, but I don't know about the others." She was glad that he had started talking. She was wondering what was going on in his thoughts.

She smiled, despite her horror at the earlier situation. Finally! Nate was going to ask out Raquel, something she had wished he had done months ago. Realizing that she was standing quite close to them, she backed up a few steps to give them privacy. Still seeing that they probably would want to be alone, she swung her school bag over her left shoulder and left the Great Hall. Maybe she would go bury her head in a book and leave all her thoughts behind.

"Raquel?" Nate asked nervously, turning to face the girl. He was blushing. UGH. What a horrible time to turn red.

"Now imagine if you did get on the team." she grabbed the two clubs and let the bludgers out. She sped her way up towards Brant and tossed him a club. "I'd have to muck up that pretty little face of yours." She smirked. A bludger was coming up behind her and she hit it- with ease. For being so small- when people saw her wear the quittech Ravenclaw robes they all expected her to be a seeker. Indeed she was a beater. And because of it Ravenclaw had won the cup for the last three years. "We wouldn't want that would we?" She was happily known for hitting the snitch away from gryffindor with an aimed bludger- getting Ravenclaw the cup the year before.

Gabe let out another long sigh as he listened to Jordan. He didn't know what was going on with him one bit. He closed his eyes again and tried to clear his mind. Instead of having calm clear thoughts a blood curdling scream went through his head- making his eyes pop back open. "I guess..." He tried to think of something to say to ease Jordan out of suspesions she had. "They have that right..."

"Yes they do, but I don't think it's fair for them to think that way,"Jordan said. She hoped he would keep talking, it was making her a little happier, but also a little more curious.

Walking out of the Great Hall and into the Entrance one, she winced when she saw Gabe and Jordan talking in a nearby corner. Completely changing direction, she had been headed towards the Slytherin common room, she hurried up the Great Marble Staircase, narrowly avoiding the trick step. How embarassing would that have been if she had forgotten about it in her hurry to get away? They would have had to help pull her out.

Running up the remainder of the stairs, she turned into a random corridor. She had no idea where she was going but she wasn't going back downstairs for a while, that was for sure.

"Course we wouldn't," said Brant who too had flown up in the air with the beater bat in hand. "But you have to admit, if I had been on the Gryffindor team--" he hit an approaching bludger with enormous ease, "--Ravenclaw may not have been nearly as fortunate to win those past few years." He smirked at her as he hit another bludger away from himself.

ooc: Alright, I'm exhausted so I'm off for the night. Be on tomorrow!

Alexi laughed and hit a bludger his way- just skimming his ear. "You would like to think that wouldn't you." She laughed as she dived down and then flew up. "Face it- if i wanted to- you'd be in the hospital wing already with a broken nose. So I would watch what you would say."

Gabe let out a sigh of relief. She didn't notice his sudden behaviour. He looked over and saw Serena rush up the stairs. "Do you think I should just go to the party with her?" He asked- knowing she would most likely just say the same thing as everyone else.

Jordan sighed and said,"I think you should do what your heart tells you, not what other people tell you." She was always good at giving her brother advice, it came in handy today. She just wanted him to be happy.

Gabe nodded at what Jordan said. "
I've never felt emotionally attacted to anyone other than my sister since I was ten." It all just suddenly came pouring out of his mouth. He seemed surprised at what he said. "I... I've never told anyone that... not even my sister." His eyes were wide.

Jordan nodded and said,"Well, there must be a reason as to why you told me." She smiled and wondered if he would tell her.

"I... I don't know." Gabe shook his head. He lowered it and looked at the ground. Voices seemed to scream in his head- saying 20 million different things. He really didn't know why. He tried to think of something that would quiet them done. "I really don't..."

"Hmm, then maybe you just blurted it by accident,"Jordan said, deep in thought. She was thinking about the way he looked at her earlier and suddenly wondered, again, why he did it.

Gabe sat there thinking to himself. The voices scream, and screamed, and hollared. He brushed his fingers through his thick dark hair. some knots stopped his fingers- and with a little extra tugging it gave way. "I guess." He was always so careful on what he said- when he did say something. It was one of the many reasons he didn't talk much. "I... I guess." he repeated again with a sigh.

Jordan snapped out of her thinking when he talked again. She looked at him, he was staring at the ground. "You thinking about something,"she asked suddenly.

Gabe looked at the ground. "Well one is always thinking about something. It's impossible to think of nothing, cause thoughts are always running through your head. Even if you think your not- you are thinking about not thinking of anything." Gabe hardly ever talked- and didn't like it much. But for some reason words were just pouring out of his mouth. He wasn't even sure if any of these words made sense.

Jordan laughed and said,"Forget I asked." She thought it was funny when he started talking and almost didn't stop, he usually never talked. "What I meant was were you thinking about something in particular?"

Eli noticed there was something wrong with Serena , she couldn't leave her alone so she followed her out of the Great Hall saw her vanishing so she hurried and caught up with her completely out of breath :"Hey .. Serena .. wait . "she called after her .

"No it's aright." He gave a slight nod. He felt to akward. "I don't know exactly what i am thinking about." He said truthfully. He let out another sigh and looked around. It seemed so stuffy in the building right now. He got up. "Look, I am going to go outside for a while. You can come if you want, or not." His voice was slowly easing back into his calm usual one.
