"I was wondering if-" A siren sounded on deck, Dani turned towards the sound, then back to the first mate. "I was going to see if there was anything else that needed to be done before I headed to town...but It seems the Captain is about to address that." She responded quickly, then headed up to hear the report.

A lock of her straight, dark red hair blew into her face as she came into the open air once more. Dani nearly jumped when she spotted the back of the captain inches away from her face. The only reason she didn't was due to two years of gaining control of her nerves.

She moved around him, and flicked the long hair out of her face, and stood by the edge of the ship. Danielle clapsed her hands behind her back before leaning against the edge of the ship, using her hands for balance, and comfort's sake. She crossed her ankles, and relaxed as she waited to hear the parting words.

Artemis smirked slightly and walked up to the deck at a liesurely pace. SHe wasnt late and she stood by the edge of the deck leaning against it smirking as he waited for Captain Oiellete to ,make his departing speech. She almost chuckled outloud. She crossed her ankles and waited as she stared at the city that she was soon going to go into and buy whatever she wanted.

Artemis Gale had always intimidated Danielle slightly, though you wouldn't hear that from her. Dani nodded her head at her when she reached deck, and mimicked the basics of her stance. Artemis was much more at ease than she herself was. Of course she was. Captain Ouellette actually liked her. Dani had never been able to tell how the man felt about her. All she knew was that his opinion couldn't be horrible...he did let her on his crew at fourteen years old.

With her right hand she reached up, and fingered one of the gold hoops in her ears. She'd only gotten the earings the last time she'd been in port. She wasn't quite use to having them yet...Relax. You aren't in the navy...he has no reason to be mad at you. Dani told herself.

Artemis closed her eyes figuring Oiellete was going to take a couple minutes before he started talking and she would of course wake up as soon as he started talking yet she was going to take a few minutes nap as it was. She crossed her arms and relaxed.

(going to bed its 1 am here lol...be on in like....uhh 7 and a hlaf hours lol)

Ryan woke with a start when the siren went off. Shut! He was supposed to be out of bed an hour ago! He always tried to get up early to work in an attempt to please the captain. He didn't become second mate for nothing, and he knew he wouldn't ever become first mate unless he worked hard. Running out to the deck, Ryan waited for the captain to begin talking.

Sintra groaned as she heard the siren. Why do they ring the stupid thing? We wake up early enough!
She got out of her bed and rubbed she sleepy eyes. The captain was probably going to give some lecture about something or the other. She lazily put on her boots, got out of bed, and went to where she supposed the captain would be.

As the rest of the crew appeared, Danielle relaxed further. She had been one of the few to get out of bed. Captain Ouellette would have better things to do than get after her for working. Out of her peripheral vision, she noticed Artemis was nearly asleep...she'd probably been helping before Dani had rolled out of her cot.

Artemis blinked open and waited for the captain to open his mouth and begin talking. Anytime now David. she thought. She only called him david in her mind she would never actually sat that outloud for fear of being well killed. She smirked slightly and stood up straighter as she glanced at the city once again. She was itching to go and shop. She smirked at herself. She really shouldnt be so excited to get off the ship she loved the ship and she lived on it.

Hermione grabbed Draco's sleeve. "Your coming with us whether you want to or not. We are supposed to be pirates and to be pirates you must get on a ship" she said rolling her eyes as she glanced behind her for Ron and HArry dressed in the regular garb for men and women of that time.

Sintra grummbled as she waited for their captain to start with his tyrad. Have you ever seen a more bored group, she thought.
"Hey," she hissed to Artemis. "Do you think we could ditch this and still he wouldn't have started?"

Riley sprung when she heard the siren. Her hot pink hair tied back and her lip ring matched her earings. "Hey Artemis!" Ri smiled. "What going on now?" she asked, an impatient tone to her voice. The ship was like Murphy's Law- anything that shouldn't go wrong, will. "Oh." she said remembering the captain. "You mean he hasn't given the speech yet?" Riley asked to particularly nobody. Don't kid me wrong, Riley highly respected the captain. In fact, she probably respected him more than anyone else on the ship, it's just that patience is something Riley lacks.

She began to wonder off in thought. Ri turned to the ocean. She was sad to leave it. It was the only homes she's ever known and to leave it all behind felt like leaving behind family. "I'm gonna miss it." she Riley whispered holding back tears. She wasn't sure why she was feeling like this. It wasn't the first time off the ship. I guess sometimes things just come out ?

Artemis smirked at Sintra. "He'll talk when he wants for now we just wait." she said with a small shrug. She was used to this the captain did thias occasionally go into his own world. "We will be on land for two days or something I think so we have time. "and No Ri he hasn't given the speech yet otherwise I would be off this ship walking around town trying to regain my sea legs"

Sintra chuckled. "Planing on shopping? I was thinking of getting a new earring." She pointed to her two piercing on one ear and three on the other (cartilage). "Think you can help? You know," she said changing the subject. "Let's ditch. I mean, really do it. He'll never notice, and even if he does we can give some explanation of why we weren't here. To our bonus, we have witnesses other than ourselves saying that we were here."

Danielle didn't turn when she heard Sintra mention leaving, but she did listen in. Dani teased the captain as much as anyone...but never in front of the whole crew. It was times like that that she'd show him some respect, not give the crew reson to think him horrible soft for not throwing her in the brig.

She kept her face emotionless, and her brown eyes fixed on the captain.

Sintra sighed. "Listen, I know he's a good captain; I'm not saying he isn't, what I am saying is that he's slighly...how shall I put this? A little proned to leave his 'people'," she used air quotes, "waiting. Frankly, if I didn't know him any better, I would say that he's in a lisp right now."

Captain Oiellete walked back and forth in front of the crew. "Morning lads." he said without looking at them. He had his arms crossed before him. "Seems we have a change of plans. We will be having some... guests... board the ship. They will be staying with us and learning everything we know." he looked up at his crew and stopped walking. He gave a look at Artemis. He raised an eyebrow at the way she was standing there. He never raised his voice. Unless he absolutely had to. They were scared of him enough as it is. " You have two hours to go shopping. When i blow the whistle.. and your not here. Whos cares?" he asked and turned around. "You will be left adn all your clothes will be tossed out to sea." He looked up at the sky. "Alright ladies get a move on." he said to the crew. He gave a smirk and folded his arms. "Time starts now."

Artemis lowered her head slightly. Fine she thought i can still get something bought in two hours i hope. she added. She grabbed her bag and slung it over her shoulder determined not to waste any time. She starts to walk off the ship quickly and smiles slightly. She sautered off and looked around trying to finhd what she wanted to buy. She bought a new pair of earrings and a new pair of pants. She walked back to the ship earlier than she thought and walked below putting her stuff away determined to get som sleep before everyone else got back.

As he walked off the boat, Ryan wondered who these new people would be. It wasn't often that the captain allowed people on the boat to learn about what pirates do unless the people were going to become pirates. Stop thinking about it, Ryan thought to himself. He had a lot of things to get done and only two hours to do them.

Riley stood there in shock. Hogwarts Students? What the bloody hell is a Hogwarts? she thought. Her mind span. Ri took a deep breath then decided to follow the captain's orders. She grabbed a mop and started mopping things. "Captain, when do you suppose these students will get here?" Riley asked still mopping. She didn't even look up from the mop. Honestly, Ri was terrified of the captain. He was a handsome gentleman, don't kid me wrong, but the authority that man had had over her was almost greater than her parents!

Sintra mouth dropped open. Hogwarts brats here? What good will they do, if not mess up everything. she thought. "Captain," she said. "May I speak to you in private? Excuse us for a moment will you?" she said glancing at the mangy group before her eyes and without waiting for an answer she pulled the sleeve of David's into the closest cabin. She began to pace the floor, obviously thinking about what to say. And then she let loose fire! "Why much we tolerate those....people. What are they going to do? Whip out their wands and make up seem like idiots? I have no intention of being made a fool by.....those people," she said with her eyes narrowing. "And Captain, why have you agreed to such--such mediocrity, surly you are getting something out of it, otherwise you wouldn't have done it, would you?" now her voice changeling. "Clearly there is something about these people that interest you. Well, let me clarify for you there is nothing good about them!" her voice now raised, then dropped suddenly to barely a whisper. "I would know."

Artemis heard the commotion above deck and bounded upstairs she saw Captain Oiellete and walked over. "these those new guests you were talking about?" she asked as she crossed her arms over her chest.

Sintra rolled her eyes at the stupidity of Artemis. Of course she was a bright girl, but still...wasn't it obviously it was the people he was talking about. Who else would even be allowed on our ship? Only by David's orders would anything happen.
"Yeah," she said. "Do you know anything about them?" she had a pirate swanky walk. "They are witch and wizards, who can do --" she paused. "magic."

Artemis rolled her eyes. "Well I'm so glad you noticed that Sintra" she said sarcastically. She shook her head. "and for your information I am the first mate, not you, and I knew that they were the ones who were joining, its called polite conversation" she snorted slightly. "ever had one?" she added after a second. She loved being first mate. She could be mean to all the peaople below her and have fun doing it.
