Arthur loved the muggle world; it was so fascinating to him in so many different ways. His parents often thought that he was a mad, since he enjoyed collecting things called light bulbs and other strange things. But Arthur really couldn't care what anyone said it was his hobby and he loved it.

He hugged his sobbing mother and shacked his fathers hand, goodbye for the last time since it was his last year at Hogwarts. Walking swiftly through the barrier and stop just as his feet stepped onto the platform. He wanted to take a mental picture of every, so that he could always remember his time at Hogwarts.

He slowly made his way throw the crowded, to one of the entrances of the Hogwarts express so that he could find Molly and a compartment.

Molly gave her mother extremely over emotional a hug, just as she began to cry "Mum you said you wouldn't cry." she said with a hint of embarrassment in her voice. "I'm sorry Molly, dear but this is your last year a Hogwarts." her mother answered "You better get going or you'll miss the train.".

Molly nodded at her mother statement, she gave her mother one last hug before walking throw the barrier. She sighed softly as she walked towards the train. She need to find Arthur and the rest of her friends.

It was in Sirius' nature to be fashionably late. And while most of the people who knew him figured it was his idea of making an entrance, Sirius actually could not help it. Not to mention the fact that since he had bought his own place, courtesy of Uncle Alphard's inheritance, Sirius had to tend to his handsome self with little to no help. Sure, the pretty girl next door often offered to assist with his chores, but he had downright dismissed the idea of getting a house elf. Kreacher had been quite enough.

As it happened, he wasn't too late this time, and as he walked through the crowd, not a care in the world, he caught sight of one of his Marauders.

A sixteen year old boy with black messy hair and a very handsome face walked through the barriers onto Platform 9 3/4, rolling his trolly with him. James turned around as he found his parents give him a parting hug and warned him to stay out of trouble and give their love to Sirius. Having spent a lot of time over the summer with Sirius, James could safely say that his parents loved Sirius like their own son, if not more. If there was anyone in the world he trusted other than himself, it was Padfoot. Of course Moony and Wormtail were very close to him too, but Sirius was the closest of them all. It must be the result of all the hours they had spent in detentions together.

James bid his goodbye to his parents and walked through the crowd to find his fellow Marauders. He was sure Moony would already be there. Sirius had his habbit of turning up just on time. James was a lot like that too, but his parents had forced him to hurry up. Besides, James was looking forward to meeting Lily and was determined he was going to get her to go out with him this year, no matter what. Of course that is the promis he has been making to himself since fourth year, but he hasn't gone very far in his attempt.

A smile spread across his face when he found Sirius and Remus. He walked up to them and smiled. "Morning Padfoot and Moony." He said, standing next to Remus. "Ready for another year at Hogwarts?" He said, looking at both of them. "And Wormtail hasn't arrived yet, has he?" He looked around, pretending to look for Wormtail, but his eyes were searching for the sight of a familliar red head called Lily Evans.

Remus knew. He just knew better. He knew better than to take a step forward and go and search for his friends, for he knew that they would always find him. He seemed impossibly right everytime.

"Ahh.. Padfoot." He grinned and turned to face Sirius. "Life is like a box of chocolates, if you truly care to know my friend." he chuckled softly and was never-the-less greeted at his other side by no other but his other friend James. "Prongs." He nodded in his direction as acknowledgment of his appearance. "Peter is not around. That I know of as of yet. He'll show up eventually." He replied in a calm manner. With a deep inhale of breathe, he smiled to himself. Yes, it would be another adventurous year for the Marauders once again.

And once again he knew he would be dragged into meaningless escapades with Sirius and James. Unfortunately it would be to his upmost unliking, but never-the-less he would be drawn into their devilish deeds one way or another. It never failed.

Louisa tumbled through the gateway and composed herself before hauling her trunk towards the train. Her sister had to work, and so she had to get to the train by herself. She weaved her way through the crying mothers and the playing children to put her trunk on the train. She spotted the boys just ahead of her and blushed slightly at the sight of Remus. She had liked him for as long as she could remember, but hadn't said anything.

Louisa boarded the train, and went in search for the girls. Finding them she pushed her hair from her face.

"And how are we today people?" She asked with a grin.

"Cheers, mate," Sirius beamed at James, his eyes twinkling. He was utterly happy to see him, though it wasn't like they hadn't seen a lot of each other that summer. Nevertheless, he had a hunch that Prongs would decide to hop directly on the train and start searching for Evans. The mysterious ways of romance, Sirius would ponder.

"You know better than to ask us that.The Marauders are born ready," he winked. "Now what do you say we hop aboard? I bet Wormtail's already somewhere in there, saving us a spot or something," Sirius continued, not exactly bothering to dwell too much on Peter's whereabouts. He looked at Remus and James, waiting for approval he was sure he would receive.

Remus laughed at Sirius's growling stomach. "Your stomach seems to growl louder than the roar of this crowd, Sirius. I bet people in Sybria can hear that stomach of yours!" He shook his head and began to gather his luggage. He didn't feel like waiting around for Peter either. Although the train trip to Hogwarts was usually not quiet, he knew he would be more than willing to begin reading the schools books a second time around in preparation for the beginning of the new year.

"Sirius is right (For once! he thought), James. We should go ahead and board the train. We'll be late if we don't." He sounded rather parently but it was his way and even though they really had about five minutes left, he wanted to be sure to get their ol' cabin. His seat next to the window was calling his name.

James looked back at the two of them and laughed at Remus' comment about Sirius' stomach. He was starting to get hungry too. And besides, Peter might already be on the train, saving them seats. He nodded at Sirius and Remus. "Let's go."

James gathered his luggage and boarded the train, he looked back, waiting for the other two to join him. Lily will already be onboard. I'll have to find her. He grinned. He was going to get her to go out with him this year. And with Sirius' help, he was sure he would win her. At least that's what he has been telling himself for the past two years.

There was something noticeably different about him, but still, Ally expected him to be the same old arrogant Sirius Black that she had had the misfortune to encounter every once in a while. Still, she smiled a small smile in his direction knowing he wouldn't notice since he so preoccupied.

With that, Ally turned back to Lily, "So, how are you and James doing?" she asked raising her eyebrows and smiling mischievously.

"Oh well, not my fault no one's feeding me anymore," Sirius said in a mock sorry tone. He glanced towards the train and smiled as he heard Remus agree with him. Not sparing Peter another thought, he regained his trademark swagger as he started walking towards the train. With a fancy swish of his wand, his luggage was boarded, and he managed to hoist himself onto the train with decent elegance.

"Something on your mind, Prongs? Something red-headed, perhaps?" he quietly asked James, as he drew nearer to his best friend, grin in place. He was positive that they were going to make the most of their last year of Hogwarts. Positive.

A group of girls was chatting nearby, and Sirius might actually have plucked up the interest to go inflict some of his charm on them. But he was too hungry at the time. "Where is that food trolley, anyway?" he wailed to no one in particular, hands in his pockets.

Ally heard Sirius wail for food. She still wondered why she smiled at him earlier. He was so....rude and arrogant, and immature!

"Seventeen and still whining for food," she said passing by him. "How pathetic, Sirius. Honestly, I thought you might grow up by now, but I don't believe in miracles."

"Hey, man," Sirius nodded in his direction. His eyes rested on Daniel for a while, as if taking in his presence. He wasn't exactly a Marauder, but Sirius thought the bloke was cool enough, if only a tad too quiet at times. Acknowledging the mayhem comment with a lazy grin, he continued glancing around.

Rather taken aback by Ally's sudden outburst, Sirius turned to James and Peter, harbouring a puzzled look. Since when did anyone call Sirius Black pathetic? Smoothing his hair with his right hand, he mouthed towards the guys: 'She diggs me', and took a step closer to her.

"What's with the attitude?" he asked as innocently as he could, though it was quite the contradiction in terms in his case. Watching her bemusedly, he then decided her last remark needed tampering with. "Then you don't believe in me? Cause I'm a walking miracle, you have to admit." He grinned, quite pleased with himself. He was renowned for his bad pick-up lines and such, but everyone in their right mind had to admit that he was indefinitely charming.

As Sirius approached her, Ally looked past his shoulder and mouthed to the Marauder's "He's weird". She then smirked at Sirius. "The attitude is just something that comes along with seeing you," she said. "Please, take it personally."

"As for believing in you," she said pressing her full red lips into an even deeper smirk, "It's believing that it will rain in the desert. Useless and very disappointing." She stepped back because she and Sirius were mere inches apart and placed her hands on her hips challengingly.

Lil smiled back at Daniell. "I'm doing great, I'm so glad to be back." she said turning back to Ally as Daniell headed over to the Marauders. Lily made a conscious effort to not look over at them.

"There is nothing going on with Potter, he is an arrogant prick who should learn some manners." she said, crossing her arms across her chest. But as she spoke she noticed Ally's eyes wandering over to the ever so handsome Sirius. She raised an eyebrow at her questioningly but did not comment.

The final whistle for the Hogwarts Express echoed through the station and the hissing and whining of the train drowned out the chatting of all the people. Lily ushered the last couple of students on to the train, and away from the clutching arms of their parents. The train slowly started to inch forward and she hopped up the stairs after Ally's retreating back.

Peter Pettigrew groaned inwardly as he saw the train start to inch forward.
"Come on." he growled at his trunk as it dragged slowly behind him.
Out of breath he finally managed to make it to the stairs and drag his trunk on board just as the train started to speed up.
"Oy, Black, gimme a hand will you?" he said, wheezing slightly as he saw the Marauders standing before him.

Lily spun around to see Peter struggling with his trunk, seeming to have just made it on the train in time.
"Here, let me help." she said, ignoring Peter's look of annoyance at a girl helping him.
She helped him drag the trunk on board and stuff it into the luggage compartment.

Sirius arched an eyebrow at her. Sure, he figured she must have had a crush on him (all the girls did, he knew it), but he didn't quite understand what had determined her to change tactics so suddenly. He hadn't even played a prank on her or anything. "Now what's that supposed to mean? You don't like what you see?" he said nonchalantly, clearly taking it personally.

He watched her smirk at him, then take a step back. Unbelievable. "You hurt my feelings, Ally," Sirius finished, looking awestruck.

In-between tackling Ally, Sirius caught sight of Lily Evans nearby, and sent James a quite obvious glance. If he had any intention of getting her to like him this year, he had to start early, right? Further musing on that theme was interrupted, however, by a familiar squeaky voice.

"Excuse you? What do you have a wand for, Wormtail?" Sirius shot back, rolling his eyes, but failing to sound entirely sarcastic.

"Aww, you poor baby," said Ally in mock sadness. She patted his shoulder and smiled. "You just can't handle that some girls is not at your feet begging you to date her. You can't stand it, can you? And, no, I don't like what I see as far as the attitude goes."

She smirked, turned, blew Sirius a kiss, and darted into the compartment where Lily was. "What a jerk," she said plopping down in her seat and putting her long legs up. Her cat Angelica jumped lightly in her lap and began pawing at Ally's charm bracelet. Ally kicked her shoes off and looked out the window.

Peter glared at Sirius and muttered thanks to Lily before stannding back in the shadows while his friends talked, his mousy brown eyes darting around anxiously.

Lily headed into the compatment and smirked as she heard Ally's last few comments to Sirius.
"Good one, that was quite impressive." she said laughing as she reached over to pet Ally's cat Anjelica.
