"I came here last summer, actually." She said to Chase. "This place is amazing, though," Katie added. "I'm from England." She said, playing with her blonde hair. Though from her accent, it was, perhaps, obvious.

Whitney and Carter walked around and sat down, completely bored and kind of upset. Well, Whitney was. She was kind of the drama queen without the over-rated-ness. They began to eat quietly, wondering who to talk to. Whitney, at least, was scanning the crowd, looking for someone not already paired off.

"I can't believe I haven't talked to you before," Chase said, disbelieving. "I came here last year too," he explained quickly, a smile on his face. The smile grew as she told him that she was from England, though he could tell by her accent. "So am I," he said, a light chuckle errupting from his lips. "It looks like we have a good number of things in common, don't we Miss Katie?" he said with a charming smile.

Tallan, who had previously had his signature self-satisfied smirk on his face, was frowning as soon as he entered the dining hall. When he saw how crowded the place was, he realized that he was a bit late. Sigh. Over-slept again.

He plopped himself down at a table, not bothering to care who he was sitting by, and whether they were in a conversation or not. He just started putting food on his plate.

Looking around for somewhere to sit, Aidan spotted two people sitting at a table. The girl appeared to be sort of upset. "Hey, there." He said, sitting down by her without asking, but he still seemed oddly polite.

Katie chuckled. That was rather interesting. "I believe we do, Mr. Chase." She said, winking at him with a grin. "We both come from England, and came here last year, but we haven't yet met." She chuckled.

Linzey looked up as somebody else sat down at the table she and Matheau were sitting at. She gave him a sort of nervous smile. Er-- hi. I'm Linzey, she said, trying to be as polite as possible - he looked a bit.... well, maybe temperamental wasn't the right word, but he didn't look perfectly happy.

Tal looked up from his plate when he heard a voice next to him. Seeing the girl he'd sat by looking at him, one corner of his mouth twitched up into a half-smile. "Hey. I'm Tallan." he brought a hand up from under the table so she could shake it, his mood brightening a bit. At least someone in the hall would talk to him...although, why wouldn't they? He was awesome.

Linzey was relieved to see the boy smile, and she shook his hand without really thinking about it. Nice to meet you, she said with a smile of her own as she pulled her hand back and took a bite of the salad before her. When she had swallowed her first bite, Linzey asked, So where are you from?

Chase grinned as she began to list off their similarities, "Don't tell me you have an annoying little sister, too," he asked with a grin, knowing that his younger sister was within ear shot at the next table. Sure enough, a roll flew from the air and hit Chase in the back of the head. He scowled, picking it up and chucking it back at his sister with a reluctant smile.

Katie laughed, grinning as Chase spoke, and was hit by a roll. "Now that, we don't have in common. Though there is an equally annoying, if not more so, boy who I'm around quite a bit of the time." She chuckled, not, however, being in Aidan's earshot.

"You too." Tal replied absentmindedly. As Linzey started eating, he did, too, biting into a roll. At her question, he frowned again, but quickly replaced it with a smallish smile. "Right smack in the heart of London." he told her with a nod. "But I leave every chance I get. I don't like the city." he shrugged. "And you?"

Linzey nodded slightly at his words - in truth, she loved the city, but London was something different for her. The States, she said, her smile leaving briefly for some unknown reason before reappearing barely a millisecond later. New Mexico, to be exact, but I grew up in France, she said.

"Wait--You're not that blonde girl I've seen with Aiden Waters sometimes, are you?" he asked, his eyebrows furrowing and his eyes narrowing as he looked over her features. Chase had been pretty good friends with Aiden last summer, and remembered a young blonde girl around sometimes, but had never been introduced.

"My mum's family lives in the states." Tallan replied. He couldn't remember where exactly they lived, but he knew it was somewhere in America. "France? Never been there. That's the place with the Eifle Tower, right? Have you seen it?" he thought that going to France would be cool, especially Paris. He wanted to see the Eifle Tower and see if it was as cool as everyone said it was.

Whitney looked up and flashed a smile at her. "Hey," she grinned. "I'm Whitney Greene," she said, extending her hand with a grin. She flipped her long brown hair and grinned.

Katie smiled. "Yeah, that's me." She said. She was easily annoyed at Aidan, but he was still her friend. "So, you know him?" Katie asked Chase curiously. It wasn't that surprising, though. They went to the same school, and all.

"Pleasure," Aidan said, taking her hand politely. "You were talking to Katie before, weren't you?" He asked, recognizing her face, slightly. Having seen her just from a distance.

Linzey stopped herself from saying, 'That's cool,' like a complete moron and instead jumped upon his mention of France. She nodded slightly at his question with a chuckle. Yep, that's the place, and I have, actually. Maybe it's just me, but I didn't see the big deal, she said with the shrug. To her it was just a bunch of metal in a cool shape.... and that was it.

Whitney nodded. "Yeah," she said. "So was my cousin, Carter," she pointed to him. "But he's busy stuffing his face, as you can see," she said, rolling her eyes. "I didn't catch your name."

Aidan chuckled. "Aidan," he flashed her a charming smile, though not really paying attention to that. It was more just that his smile looked like that most of the time when he was in a good mood.

Tal chuckled at her words. That answered his question, then. Unless it was just her, and the tower was cool. But eh. It didn't matter that much. "So is this your first time here?" he couldn't remember if he'd seen her before...but he'd come here every year since he'd heard of it - which had been since his second year at Hogwarts.

"Nice to meet you, Aidan," Whitney grinned. She took a bite of food and thought of what to talk about. "You have a nice smile there," she commented.

Linzey nodded as she poured herself a glass of grape juice - an odd choice, but her preferred one. Yes. Usually my brother and I would be running around, but he, his wife, and my nephew are on holiday for the majority of the summer. She shrugged slightly; her parents didn't want her around the house this summer anyway. I am glad I chose to come, though, she added with a smile that actually reached her light blue eyes.

Running his hand through his hair, Aidan looked at at Whitney. "Oh, really?" It was slightly surprising to be told it like that, but he smiled all the same. "Might you want to add my ridiculous looks?" He winked at Whitney teasingly, obviously not meaning a word of it. He really wasn't that arrogant.

Whitney rolled her eyes and chuckled. "Yeah, yeah," she grinned. Her hazel eyes looked him over. He was quite handsome. She shrugged. "So...where are you from?" she asked.

Jennette came in and looked around for a place to sit. She didn't want to seem rude and plop down beside somebody but she didn't want to sit alone either. She decided to just go for it and sit down somewhere. She walked towards a table with two guys and a blonde girl, one of the guys was talking to the girl, she was in earshot so she could hear they were talking about where they were from, something about the Eifle Tower and traveling. She sat down and smiled at them.Hi, I'm Jennette. she said to them.
