Chanel noticed the small party of vampires gathering. She was normally independant, but this comforted her somhow. She took a blood-pill but skipped the salve.

"So this," she motined to her multiple bruises, "has ahppened to you? I've NEVER been hurt." She spit out the word hurt like something she had hated since becoming a vamp.

"Nice to meet you." She smiled her first smile since, well...perhaps a while ago. She still couldn't remember. It hurt, and she winced a little. At least the pill was a savior.

"Well somewhat...I was ambushed once and a werewolf tried to kill me, and I had a huge gash on my arm." Lena said and pointed to her left arm, "It was from a girl who used to be my friend, and well...needless to say we don't talk anymore and the salve save my life!" She handed Victoria a bloodsucker and smiled. "Enjoy"

Victoria took the bloodsucker gratefully. "Thanks," she muttered with a tiny nod. She tentatively stuck it into her mouth and savored the taste of blood.

Elisa smiled. "One I dont remember my classes" she said grinning. "two I'll let you know when I find evidence i like and three I have no clue who that group is but your the only person I have talked to today" she said grinning.

"Haha! Plan? Let's pick off the mosquitos one by one if ya know what I mean!" Exclaimed Skah a little too enthusiastically. Like all werewolves, he had an utter loathing for the vampires. It didn't matter how fast they were, good hearing they had, when he was in his wolf form he was a tough opponet to beat. Infact, a vampire or two had met their end when they met him. Skah grinned and then ducked as Odakota threw a half hearted punch at him. Skah laughed and punched back. Odakota ducked agiley. Skah's favorite thing to do was fight. He hoped he would have a hance soon.

Odakota laughed. "No, you idiot. We can't murder anything, even if it deserves to die. Please, we could be sent to Azkaban or something for that!" He grinned. His friend was so impulsive. "Yeah, we migh have a few races-"

"I still bet I can beat you in a fight!" interrupted Skah.

"Yeah right," snorted Odakota. "Anyway, I might hack off some of Skah's ego..." He teased with a smile as they walked to the Great Hall. "Just mess around ya know. Try to forget that our school's been invaded by leeches." He walked over to the Gryffindor table and sat down. His towering height made him, and the rest, stick out from the others. Basil was an exception. Every time Odakota saw the extremly short (especially for a werewolf) girl she mae him chuckle. Though, he never underestimated her. She could leave a nasty bite. Good thing about werewolves, they could be critically injured and heal themselves the next day. Be right as rain. The only thing that hindered there pack was that they had no leader. Having a leader could help alot of things. If a leader made a decision, the pack members would have to follow. It would be very important if he had a dire secret they needed to tell eachother with no fear of it slipping. Another odd werewolf trait is that they all could communicate to fellow werewolves by thought. Infact, a werewolf was at home in their own mind as their peers. Interesting life, being a half dog.

"I thought today, but..." She pointed a slender finger at her coal-black eyes. I look otherwise, s I suppose. Well, my eyes reflect my mood as well as my hunting status, so I wouldn't have believed them as much if i weren't so da-- hungry."

Basil grinned at the idea of "fun". She hadn't had any in a while.
"Fun is good, I suppose, Adrial." she said, turning her head briefly to the scent of vampire. Basil wondered what their form of entertainment would be.
"Fights are inevitable really." she said to Odakota, who she had to literally look up to. It was tough being short sometimes.
"But if anyone will be winning the fights, it will be me, the Great and Powerful Basil!" she said, giggling at her own jest. Werewolves varied when it came to being modest, but Basil liked to fake being superior. The smallest could usually get away with it.

Liz took a look at her eyes and indeed they were deep black. "What do you hunt? I used to hunt human but have well 'reformed'. It's really hard though."

Skah grimaced as he heard the vampires. "I wonder, Basil, if those lovely people over there-" he motioned towards the vampires. "Know that we can hear what they're saying because they're speaking SO BLOODY LOUD?" He said the last part loudly so the vampires could hear them. He wasn't appreciating being called a wolf scum. You could tell by the way his fingers were trembling. Could they just be a little quieter? Odakota said it wasn't a good idea to murder anyone, but he might just have to break that little rule. One less leech, and the world would be a better place.

Odakota sent Skah a warning glance, sense he noticed the young werewolve's fingers were trembling. He was somewhat under control, so he didn't worry too much. Let's not make it four he thought to Skah with a chuckle. The others could hear his message, but he didn't care. It was a warning for all of them, to keep their tempers under control and to watch eachother's back. Odakota couldn't promise anyone that he wouldn't loose his temper. He was extremly calm for his race, but accidents do happen.

"Being called a mosquito is certainly making me feel like whispering!" Chanel retaliated to the werewolf. She had a horrible temper, something she despised but could not control as well as she liked. Her legs tremled from exhaustion and anger.

Victoria glared at the werewolves when one of them spoke loudly. Scowling, she turned back and stared at the table. She was in an even more foul mood than normal, as her telepathy was kicking in. Every couple seconds she caught a few moments of random people`s thoughts. She hated the way humans thought.

"As much as that plan sounds like fun...I'd rather not be stuck in a little cell in Azkaban I mean...sure I'd try to go wolfie and break the doors down, and we probably could, but--you know, they don't treat us well there...my cousin Batina went there she killed a fellow student who happened to be a werewolf...and well...she was expelled because of it!" Celeste rolled her eyes. "I'll see you two at the group meeting-thing in the forest" she smirked and made her way to the Slytherin table. She looked at the food and smiled to herself. Dogs loved food, and she was very dog-like, but today she somewhat was in the mood for meat....and not just meat, raw meat.

"Hmm, I used to hunt sheep" Lena said with a quick laugh. "It was a random time of my life...now these lovely things help tide me over, but...I go for animals." Lena smiled and looked up smelling the scent of werewolfs. "Its her" she hissed, and clenched her jaw. "That girl over there...is one of the werewolfs, brilliant. She's made friends with everyone else! We're getting packs" she commented again and rolled her eyes. She didn't think too highly of werewolfs.

" yeah me either well unless you count ms. Desdemona but i call that more of an altercation then a convo." She sighed and looked at the other group who seemed to be eyeing the other group with disdain "looks like there is a lot of tention going on that i dont understand" she said thoughtfully

"Packs. Great. Ill get the silver bullets. Or is that to kill us?" She tinkled her laugh about again, amused at the way muggles thought. And some dull wizards and witches too.

Liz looked over at the werewolves. She didn't lose her temper often but what was wrong with having a little fun with them? "Careful wolf boy, we don't want you getting too angry now do we?" she answered coolly.

Liz turned back to Chanel and csught the word 'sheep'. "I've tried sheep but it wasn't much to my liking. I'm more of a grizzly type," she laughed, "They were easier to catch than I thought, but it sure does make a mouthful.

He smirked to himself and turned to the person who had said he called her a mosquito. Well yea, he had but he had said it quietly, so none of the humans could hear. He wondered what the heck the humans were thinking right now. He looked at the surprising amount of vampires and leaned over to Celeste. "Where do you think they all are coming from? Who decided to drop covens off at Hogwart's door step?" he asked and shook his head. Chanel was beginning to make him chuckle. She really did have an odd effect on Skah. He wanted to rip her too shreds even more than the other vampires. What good friends. "Azkaban... hmm... no thanks. I hear you're not allowed to have fun there." Skah was about one thing... fun. He noticed the Headmaster standing and he straightened, expecting the speech. But more, expecting the food.

Odakota laughed (though it sounded more like a bark) and then snarled at the girl who had spoken up. "Just shut your mouth, leech." He wasn't even trembling. Boy was Odakota good at keeping his temper. And when the other lost her temper, he believed it made his opponent look like an idiot. That's why he had tried to learn how to control his temper. Looking like an idiot infrong of their pack was not something he wanted to do in the near future.

Thankfully at that moment the headmaster rose and clapped his hands together. "Now that the sortings have finished, I want to tell you about our school year!" he said cheerily. "The first years will be learning the basics, and how to duel! The second years will go into more advanced subjects, and learn more spells and very advanced plants! The third years will be preparing for their fourth year with lots and lots of new subjects! The fourth years will be learning advanced dueling after classes. Fifths, choosing a career! Are sixths will be focusing in on a new course in DADA. They will be learning how to defeat, and protect themselves against a common malice, werewolves and vampires! The seventh years will be brushing up on everything! Getting ready to leave! And with that! Eat!"

As he heard Liz he began to violently tremble. He could barely think. All he wanted to do was get back at Liz. "I-am-perfectly... capable... of keeping... control of.... myself!" He shouted between gritted teeth. Skah was finding it difficult not to transform right then and there.
