Phillip ran into the common room livid, he had heard what had happened and wanted an explanation from someone NOW!!!!! "WHAT HAPPENED?" he yelled unable to control his rage but keeping it to the point of stopping any transformation that might occur while he was in this state. "WHERE IS THAT MISQITO?"

Adriel gave a small jump as Phillip came bursting into the quiet common room. She didn't want to let go of Jay and she didn't want to think about it or say anything. Looking over she asked, "Which one? Desdemona?"

"Who else!" he said. His face contorted with rage he went about pacing the room as though his prey was in front of him, "I know she's the cause of this!" he growled, "who was the last to see her and where?" he asked knowing it was pointless that blood sucker never left a trail but Phillip was to angry to register that thought as it swam around in his head.

Adriel's gaze dropped towards the floor. She knew of one other. The one who, in her opinion, was to blame for it all. Chanel. She desperately wanted to rip her to shreds, let her burn in hell, make her suffer some how. But then the words hit her hard. Tell Chanel I love her... But don't forget Chanel... Tell her that if she sheds one tear over me I swear I'll murder her... She bit her tongue hard to keep from letting those last few tears that were waiting eargerly to come out fall down her cheeks. Now she felt like she had to protect someone that she hated more than any other. For Skah. She glanced up at Jay for a moment with glistening blue eyes, but looked away again, leaning her head against his chest.

Phillip watched Adriel and waited for answer to his question. There was another part to the story he knew it but what and why was Adriel reluctant to say. "What is it Adriel?" Phillip asked he was bound to find out sooner or later that he knew whether it was from Adriel or the source itself. As he waited for answer he thought of ways he would rip Desdemona to shreds her and any accomplices she had.

Adriel's eyes looked back up to Phillip. She cursed herself for being so readable. She desperately wanted to scream that it was Chanel, but those words went through her brain again and again like a movie that was stuck on the same scene. "I haven't seen Desdemona or heard from her." Adriel said, honestly, looking him in the eyes, though not exactly answering his last question.

"I figured as much," Phillip said in a gruff, "But what else?" he asked again, "I know something is missing from the story last I remember Des had a prearranged fight with me not Skah." he said crossing his arms and waiting for her answer. Phillip wasn't the kind of guy who like twists and turns especially when it came to answers.

Adriel finally let go of Jay and turned to look full on at Phillip. Anger rushed through her. Anger that wasn't because of him, for he had every right to know after all, but because of the fact that she couldn't... wouldn't tell about Chanel. She crossed her arms and looked at him. "I don't know Phillip." she lied. "Maybe she got mad and went after him. Maybe there were other people involved!" She shook her head to herself, "Like Arri... or Liz, or one of them." You could tell by the look in her eyes that she was lying. She tried her hardest to cover it up, but that was always something she was bad at. Making it sound convincing wasn't hard. It was her expressions.

Jay continued to hold Adriel but then....She pulled away and he saw the anger in her beautiful face. As she became short with Philip, he wanted to throw his arms around her. He wanted to see Skah....

"Philip...." Jay began, looking at him sorrowfully. "The only thing I need to know is where Des is. After that...."

He couldn't go on.

Phillip looked at Adriel, "That wasn't my question." he said, "and why would the vamps be involved.." he said thinking, "unless...." He remembered Skah talking to Chanel, could it be did Des see them, or did they both gang up on him, was it Chanel who drew him in so Desdemona could kill him. "Grr!" he shouted shaking his head. He looked at Jay as he spoke, "No Jay I need to find Des she owes me a battle anyway." he said and stormed out of the common room running down the hall and onto the ground where he transformed into a wolf as soon as he entered the forest. Phillip ran as hard as he could sniffing everywhere for the scent of the demonic vamp, her name fit her perfectly Desdemona. Demon or not she was going down even if Phillip died in the attempt.

Jay sighed as Philip ran off. "Philip!" He called, but he was gone.

If you're taking her down, I'm coming with you. He thought, sedning his message to the werewolf who had just departed.

"See you later..." He whispered to Adriel, resisting the urge to kiss her. He ran out into the grounds, transforming into his large, white wolf and bounding after Philip.

Fine but if I say go you go Phillip sent back he wasn't going to let anymore members of the pack get hurt it didn't matter if he got hurt he was used to it by now pain was nothing more then a day in the park. Phillip ran harder weaving in and out of trees, around bushes, and through shrubs; each raking his coat of white fur and leaving a scratch here and there but Phillip paid them no heed and continued to run.

Jay was about to snap back but then sighed. Okay. He thought, suddenly seeing Philip in the distance.

Running as hard as he could, he caught up.

"I can't believe this!" yelled Basil in spite of herself. there was too much fighting going on.
It took a few seconds for the wave of frustration to pass before the deep sadness returned, and she sat down again.
"Nevermind. We're fighting the others again?" Basil asked, meaning Des and her group but still hardly registering what was going on. The entire gravity of the situation was just coming onto everyone.

Riley's energy wavered at the news of Skah's death.
"Really?" he said, looking at the ground for a moment. "Who would have thought," Riley wasn't a great friend of Skah's, but he had been a relatively friendly person. He felt burdened at the thought.
"You said there was a fight; were you involved in anyway?" Riley asked. The werewolves and the vampires he had been told fought every so often, and Victoria, being who she was, probably knew more than he did.
"I saw..." Riley began, before trailing off. He sighed, tossed some white hair out of his face, before trying to speak again.
"I was looking out the window. There was a lot of noise and movement outside."

Victoria shrugged at Riley`s comment. She did not really know how to properly reply to him.
Victoria turned and looked at Riley sharply at his question, her eyes flashed. "No. I do not so openly kill," she said softly and turned away, allowing her hair to shroud her face. Had anyone seen her expression, they would have realized just how surprised she was at her own reaction.
"It wasn`t me, but a friend of mine," she said quietly, in an almost lachrymose voice.

Riley scolded himself for how he worded his questions.
"No, that's not what I meant!" he said quickly, hopwign she wouldn't be too mad at him.
"I'm sorry, that was a dumb question on my part." Riley said apologetically. "I didn't mean you killing...erm. Nevermind." He didn't want to say something unintelligent again.
"Look, I'm not sure why one of your friends killed Skah, but they must have their reason." Riley tried. What that reason was was beyond him.
"I didn't mean to upset you." Riley said, bowing his head slightly.

Victoria nodded and waved her hand in a dismissive gesture. "Its fine. Don`t hurt yourself over it," she said. He seemed to be strugging with his words as much as she was.
Victoria frowned slightly. "Oh she had a reason. But it wasn`t a good reason. She over-reacted, I think," Victoria said, half to Riley, half to herself. It was true, she disargeed with how Desdemona handled things. Not that she felt much remorse for the fallen wolf or anything.
Victoria looked at Riley and gave him a tiny, humorless smile.

Riley sighed, returning a small awkward smile.
"A lot of fights seem to do with people over-reacting. Sad business really, if you call fights business." he said, thinking back to a few he had been in growing up in the city. No one ever died, but the fights were usually over stupid things.
He turned a corner and found they had wandered all the way to the library.
"Er, do you want to cut through the library. It would take us towards the center of the school." he asked. Riley knew these halls better then his own home.

Victoria nodded again and muttered, "True." Rilely really was not bad, for a human that is.
"Sure the library sounds fine," she said.
"Ow," Victoria said and put a small hand to her head as dizzying wave of noise came over her. Oh, great, Victoria thought. Telepathy is fun. How was she supposed to concentrate now? Victoria rolled her eyes. Why do humans have to think so loudly?

Starting forward, Riley turned to see Victoria cringe at something. He loked around quickly to see if anyone had discovered them out of their common rooms, but he didn't see anyone.
"What's wrong Victoria?" Riley asked, suddenly very worried for her, though he didn't really understand why.

"Wha-oh. It`s my telepathy acting up again. I really need to learn how to control it," Victoria said, distracted. She rubbed her eyes, pushing on them until she saw little stars floating around.
Gah.
Releasing the pressure on her eyes, Victoria furrowed her brow. Was he actually worried for her, a vampire? That was a first. But nevermind that now. "Stupid thoughts," she muttered, shaking her head slightly.

Riley relaxed a little. Who was he to worry?
"Telepathy! That's..." Riley said, stopping to find the right word. "Different. It sounds awesome, but you seem to portray it as painful." He really didn't know much about telepathy, since Riley didn't have it himself.
"It must come in handy, if you control it." he asked. Wizards used spells that could mimick telepathy, but he hadn't been very good at it.
Riley walked into the library, scanning the rows and columns of books. It was very creepy at night, but that made it interesting.

Victoria nodded slightly. "It certainly has its uses. It`s good for getting youself out of - sometimes into - trouble," she said. There were numerous times when Victoria was able to use her telepathy to her advantage.
"But it`s not always painful. Only when it`s really loud, makes it hard to think straight," she added, looking around the library. It was quieter, farther away from everyone. Victoria`s head stopped pounding as much as it was before, and she was able to relax a bit.
