"No I didn't see her." Arri said in answer to Claudia's question as she sat down. "But as I said before... I was late. She'll probably show up soon." Scooting in closer to the table she smiled at one of her only human friends. For the most part she hated humans... so she found it really wierd when she started liking this one. "Hey Tori!" she said excitedly. "My summer was good. I went to Spain with my family. How was yours?" She looked a little down the table and seeing her twin added, "Oh hello Hayden."

Adrial finally stopped looking at Jay and turned to Basil. What is with him!? He's acting so wierd tonight... she thought to herself. She shook her head and let it out of her mind. "What do you mean Basil?" she asked with a confused look.

Liz saw the girl put her head down, "What's the matter not hungry?" She asked curiously. Honestly everyone was hungry today. I guess humans are different.

Victoria eyed the girl who spoke to her, slightly raising an eyebrow. "No, not really. I rarely am," she answered slowly. She lifted a small hand and rubbed her red tinted eyes in frustration. A dull throbbing pain was beginning to form over her left eye. Stupid telepathy. Victoria wished that she could just control the power and not have a bunch of humans in her head.

As soon as Liz saw her red tinted eyes she knew she was a vampire, but this one drank human blood. She wanted to keep up the small talk, maybe she knew about how many vampires actually came to this place. "Hmm. Really? Me too. It gets really irritating when humans think your on a starvation diet or something." Her eyes widened. Wait! Did I just say humans?!

"Mhmm. Everyone think I`m some sort of freak because I don`t eat," Victoria answered. She was glad to have found her 'own kind', though she was still shocked by the fact that she had spoken so much in such a short space of time. It was most unlike Victoria to speak more than five words a day. She winced slightly as a particularly loud wave to thoughts streamed through her mind.

She felt a flood of relief run through her. "Yeah I know what you mean. That's why I try to stay away from humans. Also it's hard to resist the thirst, I'm kind of new at it."

"Oh. New at it, eh? I`ve been like this most of my life," said Victoria. "Humans taste amazing. Much better than animals. Don`t resist," she added with a cruel smile playing on her lips. She often thought that humans deserved what they got at her hands, or, in most cases, teeth.

"I barely started living like this. It's really hard but I just think that if there's a way for me to live and spare lives why not? I do admit I slip up now and then but I've been getting better." Liz replied. With all the talk about human blood Liz's mind started recalling the smooth rich taste. No I can't think of that, gotta stay in control!

"The better question is: why spare them at all?" Victoria stated with yet another evil smile. Oh, how she hated humans. If only they new. She shrugged, knowing a lost cause when she saw one. Oh, well if she couldn`t convince her to feed off of humans. There are plently more to turn.

Adrial shrugged. "Well... I guess your right." she said in a thoughtful tone. "But I'm still just so excited!" she said happily. "I love running! And... It will get me in the school spirit." She shook her head to herself. That sounded stupid. "Not that running and racing has anything to do with school spirit-" She sighed. "Nevermind. It makes sense to me. You are still going to come though right?"

ooc: Just so you guys know Mariel had fallen into a group of werewolves and is standing there so i dont know if they would be discussig werewolf stuff that blatently im just wondering not saying anything but i was just curious

Good thinking. Adrial thought back with a smile. Looking at SK she said, "Exactly! We have nothing to worry about." She glanced around the room then back at SK and Zee. "Are we ready to go?" she asked anxiously. She was really excited.

Chanel had been silent for the whole meal. She had been observing Skah, and his endless meal. An elbow hit one of her purple bruises and she winced. She started a low hiss in its direction before realizing it was a vampire. She went back to her previous thoughts of how best to take down Skah. It was a pity, really, he was quite attractive and in an odd way, appealing for a werewolf. She tried to subdue these thoughts as she planned a course of action. She was amazingly strong and a skilled fighter, especially for a girl, but the thought of watching her mother be ripped to shreds by his kind still put traces of doubt in her mind as plentfiul as the bruises on her slender body. She popped a blood-lolli-pop in her mouth to keep from thinking of how best to kill the first human she met alone. She had been "human-sober" for quite awhile, but she also had not been stuck in a dirty closet of pipes on a moving train with hours of her life erased from memory for a while, either.

She opened up her compact. She did this constantly to observe her eyes which changed with her mood. They forcasted her feelings more clearly than she could even understand. They were a lusty red color. Sh-t. The only person Chanel could think of that would have this affect on her was Eric at home, but someone was obviously taking his place here. She turned to Skah, suddenly realizing. Double sh-t.
