" football... its a team where you get four chances to go a certain distance. once you go this distance you get another four times to reach that same distance. you have a hundred yards from one end to the other. when you reach the end of your side of the field you get six points. then you kick a ball between two posts to add another point to your score. after that its the other team's chance to score. im a quarterback which throws the ball to the other players. its actually more dangerous then it looks. everyone tackles each other and kids usually break fingers, shoulders, legs.... stuff like that. " he just skipped right over the modeling because he was really just joking. he didnt really do it that often. it was more of a thing in the past then anything else."hows france?" he asked her. that was were his mother was from.

Peter looked at blake then nodded." i was yelling then. sorry about that." he told her as he stared at the rest of the kids at the table. they were all wearing green, he never felt out of place before now. he was the only one wearing blue. " well..." he said then pausing. " i guess i'll let you drink your coffee." he told her. he stood up and started leaving.

"Oh, that's pretty confusing," she said to his explanation of football. "It's beautiful in here, but it's cold. Thank you for your jacket, but I don't want you to freeze. Why don't we just go back to the common room and talk by the fire?" She said heading for the door. "Oh, France is beautiful! Sights every where! I'm sure I didn't see the half of what there is to see, because we only went to Paris. The food is strange, but it's good once you give it a go. There's a place there, a bit like our Diagon Ally, it's called, hm, I can't remember the name. It was French, and I could barley pronounce it," she laughed. "Well, it's really fun and charming. The people are all so nice, and there's just so much to see, and buy. Have you ever been?"

josh just smiled at the fact that he might get cold. He rarely got cold but that was because he was always out in the snow without jackets in the winter." sure,But dont worry about me. im use to the cold." he followed her and listened to her experience in france. she seemed to enjoy her trip their by the way she was telling him." i've never been anywhere besides england really. i've been to parts of it ,but nothing like other countries. My dad especially doesn't want to see it because thats where my mother was from. says it brings back to many memories. " he told her as he opened the door for her." i'll go anywhere unless i go their with someone from hogwarts or because of work." he moved to hold her hand as they walked to the commons." is that your favorite place to visit then?"

"Thank you," she said stepping through the opened door, and then taking his hand. "No, my favorite place so far has been some where in America. There's this place called Los Angels. There are sooooo many wizards and witches there, and they're open about it! Muggles just think that they're crazy and just know a few magic tricks, but they're the real deal! It was amazing! They don't do big deal magic in front of Muggles, but they do some magic, and Muggles there just blow it off! It was strange, but very fun," she said with a huge smile. "Too bad I wasn't old enough to do any in front of them too," she added, a little disappointed.

josh just laughed at her last statement." its probably good you couldnt because they would of thought you really strange. Your so good at it , it would of been over their heads." he said meaning it as a complement. "los Angeles right? we should go their this summer. Maybe i could meet your parents too. Then you'll be able to show off some magic." they reached the common room and josh sat on the couch relaxing.he was just thinking about her in los Angeles, he chuckled a little more. he had a big smile on his face as he looked at her," so , whats your favorite animal?" he asked her.

Blake nodded Peter off. So much for secrets. Oh well. Maybe he should start his own letter. But what could he say? Dear Jessyrah, he wrote it down, but still wasn't sure what to add.
Charlie couldn't think of a reason for Peter to stay, so she said "Goodbye, see you soon." And she would. She smiled and let him leave, then leaned over to see what her brother was writing. "Oooh, Jessyrah." She grinned, he glared. "Tell her what you like about her," Charlie suggested.

Victoria gently placed her head on her bag, her hair falling into her eyes. She brushed the strands away, still looking around for Padfoot. Where on earth could that boy be. She was getting a bit frantic about it.

James laughed to himself and said, "Well I hope her knowing it's me doesn't stop her from saying yes!" He truly hoped she would say yes, and that she would see his heartfelt feelings in his letter.

"This summer my dad is taking us to Africa." Jessica leaned against him and sighed, "My favorite animal? I guess it would be a cat. Their so cute and sweet." She laughed to herself at the question.

Peter saw charlie talking to her brother and decided to ask her if she wanted to go do something. couldn't hurt. " hey." he said to the two of them sitting at the slytherin table." hey charlo-" he always called her charlotte, he preferred it actually." charlie , would you want to go for a walk or something?" he asked her.

Ooc: Well, I s'pose Charlie and Blake were sitting at their House table, but Charlie seems about to leave.
Charlie looked to Blake who nodded at her. He needed to write his letter anyways. "Sure." Charlie said, getting up from the table. She thought for a moment to take her coffee with her... but left it instead, walking behind Peter.
Blake watched his sister leave, then went back to his letter.
Dear Jessyrah, I'm not very good at this letter writing, but I do hope that you will go to the ball with me. I'm sorry again, for this letter being short and not very romantic, but you have to imagine it's a bit difficult to write these things and I do so hope you'll come with me.
Sincerely, A secret Blake sent the letter off with an owl to find Jessyrah.

josh was quite for a second as he stared out ."um..well. its really not that exciting." he said to her then sighing. he started out but not in his usual happy tone." I had a older brother , but when he went on one of the auror 'trips' with my dad , he died. My mom died when i was four and my dad lives for being an auror. during the summer its just pretty much me." he told her but his tone got even sadder.' i had a sister once. she was teaching me how to drive." he gave out a little chuckle." i was driving ,even though we were both wizards, driving to a movie theature. i had pushed on the gas when the light turned green. when i did a car hit her side. it killed her." he said ," its my fault she died." he told her. " like said , its not very exciting."

Peter slowed down to were they were walking together." why does everyone call you charlie." he asked her as he was curious. he perfered charlotte but their had to be a good reason behind it.

Charlie thought for a moment. Why did people call her Charlie? They always had. Even her mother called her Charlie, and she didn't generally like whatever her mother had done. So then what was the reason? She shrugged, "I just like it better, I guess." And she did like it better. "Charlotte is too... formal," she supposed.

Charlie shook her head, "No." As long as she didn't have to ask anything. She was bad at asking questions. "I'm a singer." She said. Not many people would believe her, but she had a beautiful voice and back home in France she had been a star of the choir. "And I play a bit of football (soccer). How about you?" It was only polite to at least ask the same questions back.

"Maybe sometime." Charlie said coyly, "And I like the piano. It's a nice instrument, I had always wished I could play." She sighed, "American football is nice too, but not as nice as our own. English football is definitely more fun to play." Soccer and singing, two very different talents that made Charlie the girl she was. "But, hey, maybe I could play you sometime."
