OOC: I need someone else to be evil with me. *cries*

Still adjusting to this new way of 'seeing' the world, Eros made his way downstairs and outside, the whole world in distorted, infrared-type images swirling before him. He managed to avoid walking into a tree, realizing the shape before he ran into it, and ran his hands over the bark of the tree. He could faintly hear water gently slapping against rocks and realized that he must be near the edge of the lake, though he couldn't "see" it, even with his newly-developed sight.

Cringing at the thought of what would have happened had he not realized the lake was there, he decided to sit at the foot of the tree to gain his bearings and try to hone this strange, new ability.

"Definitely not." Ginny said, excitedly. She tugged on Harry's hand and made her way to the portrait hole. She stepped through and waited for Harry. "Come on, or are you scared of being beaten by me in a race?" She taunted.

Aphrodite looked a little hurt but she couldn't blame him. She probably was a little stuck-up, vain, that was part of the package of being the goddess of beauty. She certainly didn't give Ares a second glance until they had arrived here. His bitter personality on Olympus had been knocked down a notch or two here, as did her vanity. "you know...I'm glad that we did both end up here. If we didn't we wouldn't be here right now. And by here I mean together...not location wise." Her eyes finally found his bright green ones and she smiled kissing him softly. Then her eyes looked around him to see...Eros sitting by the lake. Uh oh. She looked back to Ares trying not to look worried and kissed him again to keep him distracted.

Harry laughed loudly. "oh Ginny, my love, you are too funny. You beat me in a race? We will see about that. Of course you'll have to beat me there." He jumped through the portrait hole and grabbed onto her waist and laughed before runnin down the stairs totally forgetting he had left this cloak sitting on the common room table.

Ares looked worried as he noticed her hurt look. He was terrified he had done something completely wrong. He put a hand under her chin, but didn’t make a move to have her look at him. As their eyes met he tried to smile, listening to her words closely. “Right.” He chuckled softly before accepting the kiss and noticing her worried look. “What i-?” He asked, having started to turn before feeling her lips meet his. He softly stroked her jaw with his thumb. Breaking away, he looked up at her, a slightly concerned look on his face. “What’s wrong?” He asked, running his thumb down her jaw once again. “You look worried.” All his attention was on her.

Aphrodite closed her eyes. Her typical reaction to the soothing rubbing of her jaw. She sighed softly and opened her eyes again to look at him, snugglig her cheek against his palm. "Nothing is wrong. Just please don't turn around. This has been absolutely perfect so far. I'm afraid if you turn around, it's going to kill the moment. " Not to mention that it would put Ares in an extremely bad mood.

Ares nodded reluctantly. “Fine.” He conceded. “I won’t turn around.” He stole a quick kiss before smirking softly. “You know, I really don’t see what could ruin the moment besides the world exploding…or something wild like that.” He frowned slightly, not liking the way he had worded that. His smirk returned soon enough and he gently tightened his grip on her waist. “And now you’ve got me wondering what it is.”

"If you think hard enough you will figure it out." Aphrodite said smiling slightly. She wrapped her arms round his waist and hugged him, knowing sooner or later his curiosity would get the better of him. Sighing she lay her head on his chest. Their little outing had ben going so well, and although Eros was ne of ehr closest friends, unfortunately, Ares wasnt so accepting of him.

"Your right" Athena said smiling at Hera. "I'm the Goddess of Wisdom and War..." Athena laughed as she realized Hera was at a complete loss of direction. "It's this way..." Athena led the way and soon they were both in Gryffindor Tower. "His rooms up there" Athena said pointing up a staircase leading to the boys dormitory.

“The suspense is terrible.” Ares smirked, stealing a quick kiss. “I hope it lasts.” Giving a quick wink, he let his head fall against the ground. He let out a sigh as he rubbed her back and let his eyes slide closed. After a moment or two, he decided he didn’t like them closed and opened them back up. He took a deep breath, letting it back out slowly and lightly played with a strand of her hair. “I’m in love with the good girl.” He gently teased.

Aphrodite relaxed more against him as his hand ran over her back and sheclosed her eyes as well. This day could not get any better. At his statement he giggled. "I think we've proven that I'm not as good as I look.

"I don't think there's any need to go up there." Hera replied cryptically. Her gaze was not on Athena, but the shimmering material on the table. It was the invisibility cloak, she was sure of it. "Does this look familiar?" She asked, draping it over herself, and looking down, seeing straight through herself. "Incredible." She whispered.

Ginny laughed as she was pulled along by Harry. She broke away from his grasp and started to sprint down the corridors, weaving her way towards the Entrance Hall. "If it's a race you want then it's a race you'll get!" She called back to him.

"I'm always up for a challenge." Harry said laughing and raced after her. He caught up to her just as they reached the bottom of the staircase and he caught her from behind wrapping his arms around her waist. "Seems like you were too slow Miss Weasley." He said whispering into her ear and kissed her lightly on the cheek holding her close to him.

Ares smiled back. “True.” He replied, opening his eyes. She looked so calm, lying on top of him with her eyes closed. He brushed a strand of hair out of her face and the hand on her back found it’s way under the hem of her shirt as he continued to rub her back. He leaned up just enough and stole a kiss.

Aphrodite sighed happily and kissed him back almost immediately returning to her position of comfort. "Ares, you are going to make me fall asleep by doing that." She lifted her head slightly to look at him and smiled. "Not that I want you to stop, just thougt I would through that out there."

Ares smiled back, putting a hand under her chin. “Don’t worry, I won’t stop.” He told her, changing position slightly so she was only half on top of him. He kept his arm wrapped around her waist hugging her close. He gently massaged her cheek before leaning in to kiss her softly.

"Good." Aphrodite said softly and closed her eyes as he kissed her. Once they broke apart, she lay her head back down on his chest letting her fingers trace softly over his sides and across his stomach. "I'm really enjoying this. Like not just this, but just the atmosphere in general."

“Mmm.” Ares made a noise that seemed to be a cross between an annoyed and pleased as she spoke and ran her fingers over his sides. His eyes had slid closed as she laid her head back on his chest and he continued rubbing her back. “Me too.” He muttered. “It’s nice.” He opened his eyes slightly and smirked at her. “Especially when I’m with you.”

Aphrodite looked up at him, her blue eyes sparkling and smiled. "Thats the best part. Without you it woulnd't be much fun." She paused for a moment then looked back at him. "I wonder where the others are..Hera and Athena...Hermes hasn't been around for a long time."

Ares smiled back, nodding. “Ditto.” He agreed, stealing a quick kiss. He shrugged at her next question. “I don’t know.” He smirked. “Don’t really care much either.” He gave her a wink, shifting the hand on her back to the back of her neck, softly massaging it. His smirk melted back into a smile as he watched for her reaction. She was so beautiful it was going to drive him mad. “I love you.” He whispered softly, tempted to lean up and kiss her.

Her eyes closed and she bit her lip as his hand moved up to her neck. "I love you too." She said softly kissing him on the cheek. He probably found the look on her face extremely musing. She was perfectly content and relaxed and it seeme as if absolutely nothing else in the world existed.

Ares smirked as she moved to kiss his cheek and quickly turned his head so she instead kissed his lips. She looked so content and he simply continued to massage her neck. “Comfortable?” He asked softly, a small, calm smile plastered onto his face. He let his fingers trace around the back of her neck and smirked slightly as he leaned up and kissed her softly.

Aphrodite sighd happly and closed her eyes. "I'm so very veyr comfortable." She smiled and although she wasn't tired, his touch was so relaxing it gav the impression that she was sleeping. "I coulnd't be more comfortable."

“That’s good.” Ares replied, chuckling softly. She didn’t really look comfortable, but if she said she was he was fine with it. “You want to sit here all day or should we do something?” He asked, wondering how she’d respond to the ‘obnoxious’ response of before. He didn’t want to do anything just yet, but she was getting awful heavy. She was, after all, pretty much dead weight on his chest.

"Well apparently it is since your half gone" Athena smiled walking over to Hera and feeling the cloak. "Shall we go now? Or...do you think we should at least tell Harry were leaving?" Athena didn't know why but she cared what Harry thought about her...
