Ron sat open mouthed as Hermione put her head on his shoulder and when she lifted it all he could get out was, "erm." He shook his head to clear it, well as clear as it would get anyways. "Wait a minute now. I know some boys who are just as smart as you Hermione. Besides while Ginny may be in shape from training this summer, you haven't been. So...umm...yea." Ron stared at his hands, what in the world did I just say?

Ron laughed as well, though felt slightly uncomfortable when Harry mentioned spending some alone time with Ginny. At least it was Harry though, he could trust Harry. He leant over and whispered to Harry, "Yeah, and if things work out alright tomorrow, I may be able to spend some quality time with Hermoine."
Hermoine scowled at Harry. "Did I ever tell you Harry, how much I disliked you sometimes? Ever since we made the DA you've gotten used to telling me what to do." "Yeah but we all know seekers are just there to look pretty and claim all the glory for winning matches. Chasers are the ones that put the real effort in, we're the ones that are constantly on the go for the whole match. We've got to be able to throw a Quaffle hard and fast enough to pass the keeper and with great accuracy as well as having to chase down the Quaffle if we lose it." Ginny exclaimed as Harry bragged to her, maybe it was just because she was a chaser but she refused to believe that anyone had a harder job than they did. And she wanted Harry to admit that, he was the Captain he should be able to realise who put in the most effort and had the most work to do. Infact she was slightly insulted if he truly thought he did more work on the Quidditch pitch than her. | |

Ginny scowled as Harry replied to her, she couldn't believe that he actually thought that seekers were better than chasers.
"You mean you get to fly around really fast to confuse the other team's seeker while we ensure that the team might still be in with a chance of winning if you mess up?!" She said to him in a decidedly cold voice. "Do you not remember the Quidditch World Cup three years ago? Ireland won because their chasers were doing all the work, their seeker messed up and got beaten by a better seeker, by Krum. They won because of their chasers, not because of some guy flying around trying to look cool by winning the match!" Ginny told him and scooted away from him, her arms folded in front of her and an angry expression on her face. | |

Ginny nodded, feeling much happier, and snuggled in closer to Harry. She wished that Ron and Hermione could be like this as well, then Ron would be too busy with Hermione to worry about what she was doing with Harry. Ginny heard Harry's comment and looked up to the Head Table, wondering the same thing. She was getting sleepy and wanted to head back to the Gryffindor Tower so she could go to her dorm and get some sleep. | |
